Iratus: Lord of the Dead DLC Out Now

Publisher Daedalic Entertainment and developer Unfrozen are happy to announce that their popular Roguelike RPG Iratus: Lord of the Dead today receives its first extensive DLC, Wrath of the Necromancer. The new content will go live on Steam, GOG.com and other PC stores at 10 AM Pacific / 1 PM Eastern for $14.99 and expands the main game with new challenges, enemies, bosses as well as previously unknown minions for the Necromancers’ monstrous army.

Iratus rises from the dead and rebuilds his undead army of monsters from the remains of his enemies. The necromancer and his mouldy minions have hundreds of different skills you must develop and combine effectively in order to fight your way out of your crypt and get your revenge on the good guys.

The new expansion adds a whole bunch of new content to Iratus’ journey through the dungeons of the underworld: A new sixth floor expands the game world and offers a new ending for Iratus after defeating the final boss. New bosses, as well as regular enemies on all floors, present more challenges for the necromancer. But on the plus side, with the Reaper and the Abomination, there are two new minions Iratus can craft from the body-parts of his foes to make his escape easier. And since you want to leave your prison in style, there are numerous new skins for the necromancers’ trusty subordinates. Iratus has also improved his Alchemy skills and can now concoct potions he can use on friends and foes during battle. A number of additional items and artifacts complete the list of new content.

Everyone knows that he likes warm hugs, but few know the whole story about Olaf’s first moments—until now. Beginning today, “Once Upon a Snowman” is available to stream exclusively on Disney+. The previously untold origins of the innocent and insightful, summer-loving snowman who melted hearts in Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 2013 Academy Award®-winning “Frozen,” and its acclaimed 2019 follow-up, “Frozen 2,” are revealed in the all-new animated short. The film follows Olaf’s first steps as he comes to life and searches for his identity in the snowy mountains outside Arendelle. “Once Upon a Snowman” is directed by Trent Correy (animation supervisor, “Olaf” in “Frozen 2”) and Dan Abraham (veteran story artist who boarded Olaf’s “When I Am Older” musical sequence in “Frozen 2”) and produced by Nicole Hearon (associate producer “Frozen 2” and “Moana”) with Peter Del Vecho (producer, “Frozen 2,” “Frozen” and the upcoming “Raya and the Last Dragon”). Olaf is voiced by award-winning actor Josh Gad.

Scorn Xbox Series X Gameplay Trailer

Ebb Software today unveiled a new, extended gameplay trailer of its upcoming first-person horror game, Scorn. The video shows a significantly updated version of the level first shown in 2017, this time running on Xbox Series X.

The footage is from a different part of the level revealed previously, and showcases the progress the team has made on the singular experience of Scorn. Gameplay and game systems have been enhanced, with new weapons, animations, environments and creatures added.

The entire environment and every encounter within it are designed to tell a specific story and draw you into the world of Scorn. Initially indifferent to your humanoid presence in the sticky, organic passages they inhabit, the creatures you meet quickly turn hostile if crossed.

The game has been running on Xbox Series X for only a couple of months, but has already reached parity with high-spec PC configurations. Many further optimizations for both platforms are planned before Scorn launches in 2021.

MXGP 2020 Gameplay Trailer Released

Milestone is proud to announce its first adrenaline-fueled gameplay video of MXGP 2020, showing Tony Cairoli rolling the British hard pack ground of Matterley Basin on his KTM. Starting from the sixth position in the standings, he climbs the ladder until a fast-paced duel for the first position with his teammate Jeffrey Herlings. MXGP 2020 will be available from December 10th on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox One and Windows PC®/STEAM.

In MXGP 2020 players can fully experience the excitement of the current MXGP season, competing with 68 riders from both MXGP and MX2 categories on the 19 circuits of the 2020 season. Starting as a rookie, players can choose their path to glory: joining an official team or creating their own.

To expand limitless the game longevity, the Track Editor is back with some great features added in. Thanks to the new Heightmaps feature, players can replicate the real MX tracks configurations, often built on hills and mountains, adding realism and all the challenges that real riders face during races.

In MXGP 2020 returns one of the most beloved features, the Playground. Players can test their riding skills in the new setting inspired to Norwegian fjords terrains, and this year they can also free ride together with other 3 friends*. And to create more fun in the Playground, the beloved Waypoint mode returns, now allowing races up to 4 players.

Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios today revealed a new Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate gameplay trailer showcasing the franchise debut of Rambo, featuring the voice and likeness of actor Sylvester Stallone.

John J. Rambo, the former Special Forces soldier, brings his unique fighting skills to the Mortal Kombat universe, equipped with his signature survival knife for up close encounters and compound bow for longer range targets. As an expert in hand-to-hand combat, Rambo attacks with vicious grapples and uses traps to keep his opponents guessing, combined with his brutal strength to take on any Kombatant who stands in his way.

Rambo, licensed by STUDIOCANAL, joins the roster as a new playable fighter on Nov. 17 as part of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate and Kombat Pack 2 and will include character skin variants inspired by the “First Blood,” “Rambo: First Blood Part II” and “Rambo III” films.

As World War II nears its climax, air raids and artillery shells are the least of Sundäe’s concerns. The remote Norwegian village, home to the delicious three-testicled salmon, has caught the interest of the Third Reich’s Okkulte-55 Division, who are keen to exploit this supernatural hotspot and turn the tide of battle in Germany’s favor.
