FROSTHAVEN 1.0 Launches on Oct. 15

Arc Games and Snapshot Games today announced that FROSTHAVEN, the digital adaptation of the critically acclaimed board game by Isaac Childres and Cephalofair Games, will officially launch on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on October 15, 2026. Snapshot Games CEO Julian Gollop and Game Director Hristo Petkov revealed the official release date in a new trailer detailing FROSTHAVEN’s early access evolution thanks to community feedback, as well as what players can expect with the game’s full release this fall.

Since entering early access, Snapshot Games has incorporated community feedback and steadily developed major content updates, refining and enriching FROSTHAVEN with a digital-only “Road to Frosthaven” introduction, playable heroes, storylines, quality-of-life improvements, and much more. The full launch will represent the culmination of that journey, with Snapshot Games delivering the most polished and feature-rich version of FROSTHAVEN to date.

At launch on October 15, FROSTHAVEN players can look forward to:

  • Complete Story Campaign – Experience the full FROSTHAVEN campaign from the tabletop board game, including the climactic final chapter.

Halloween Horror Nights 2026 Unleashes Hellraiser

Halloween Horror Nights tempts guests to step beyond the threshold of pain and pleasure with all-new haunted houses inspired by the first three Hellraiser films that forever changed the genre. This terrifying new experience will transport fans into the twisted world first brought to life by Clive Barker, where desire, suffering and the unknown collide, beginning Friday, August 28 at Universal Orlando Resort and Thursday, September 3 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Since its debut in 1987, Hellraiser has become one of horror’s most influential franchises, introducing audiences to the chilling mythology of the Lament Configuration puzzle box – which, when solved, opens a portal to another dimension inhabited by the ritualistically torturous beings, the Cenobites, and their leader, the iconic Pinhead. Known for blending psychological horror with graphic imagery and philosophical themes of pain and desire, Hellraiser helped redefine supernatural horror and cemented its place as a cult classic that continues to inspire filmmakers and haunt audiences worldwide.

Wreckfest 2 Content Update #08 Trailer

With Update #8, Wreckfest 2 introduces its player progression system. This first version marks the beginning of a living system that will continue to evolve throughout Early Access and beyond.

For now, you’ll earn experience through your actions across three pillars: racing, crashing, and pure madness. Focus on what you enjoy most and progress your way — whether you specialize or embrace the chaos. It’s up to you. We’re excited to hear what you think about this first iteration.

Another request we heard loud and clear: more suicide and waypoint races. Consider it done. And for waypoint races, we’re adding something even more chaotic – the Random Waypoint Mode. You’ll never know where the next waypoint appears, even if you know the track inside out. This feature is currently limited to multiplayer races, as the AI still needs to catch up. Humanity: 1, AI: 0.

We’re also introducing the ability to share your paint jobs with other players. For now, this requires exchanging files manually, but this is just the foundation – we’ll make the process much smoother in future updates.

Update #8 is available now and brings new cars, new tracks, and a range of additional improvements.

Tekken 8 Unleashes the Onigiri Savior Bob at Evo 2026

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. today revealed a new trailer showcasing game play for Bob, bringing back the character first introduced in TEKKEN 6 as the second DLC character coming to TEKKEN™8 Season 3. Revealed during Evo in Las Vegas, Bob, the “Onigiri Savior”, brings his unique, almost physics-defying, martial arts skills to the roster this August. Additionally, Bandai Namco crowned Arslan Ash as Champion of the TEKKEN 8 tournament at Evo, further setting the stage for the TEKKEN World Tour Finals, which was revealed to take place at Evo Singapore 2027. Initially introduced in TEKKEN™6, TEKKEN 8 finds modern-day Bob in the hospital following a beating he received from Bryan on the way to the King of Iron First Tournament 7. While bound in his hospital bed recovering from the fight, Bob gets fed up with the hospital’s bland food and becomes inspired to conceive of his own delicious burger recipe. After being discharged from the hospital, Bob goes on to establish a hugely successful burger chain, leading to the creation of “Bob’s Onigiri,” which brings him even greater fortune and renown. Bob soon finds himself crossing paths with Kazuya on his quest to take over the world, and yet, despite Bob’s newfound successes, he is inspired to take on the greater cause of bringing the hammer of justice down on his foe, Kazuya Mishima.

Bob will be available for TEKKEN 8 Season Pass 3 holders on Wednesday, August 19th in North America, while the character will be available for all on August 24, 2026. Bob joins the previously released Kunimitsu and the upcoming Roger Jr. and Yujiro Hanma as the characters of the Season 3 Pass.

Surprising fans at Evo, Bandai Namco unveiled the new TEKKEN! CARTOON series, which will begin airing on July 10, 2026. The first season will consist of bite-sized episodes of less than a minute and focus on five characters: Paul, Yoshimitsu, Kazuya, Alisa and Kuma, depicting the fearsome warriors in cartoon style with cute animation featuring catchy original music.

New TEKKEN World Tour details were also revealed at the event, where it was announced that the TEKKEN World Tour 2026 Finals will take place from January 14-17, 2027, at Evo Singapore 2027.

THE KING OF FIGHTERS AFK Heats Up With Summer Festival Update

Netmarble, a renowned developer and publisher of high-quality games, has announced a new update for its AFK RPG THE KING OF FIGHTERS AFK that kicks off the Summer Festival event with the arrival of Aqua Splash style Kula Diamond and various limited-time events.

Kula Diamond returns in a new Aqua Splash style, showcasing her unique ability to instantly freeze moisture in the air to unleash powerful attacks. Available only for a limited time during the Summer Festival, Aqua Splash style Kula features the [Deathblow] synergy that adds new strategic options for team building. Assetto Corsa Rally – Update 0.5 OUT NOW Trailer

505 Games and Supernova Games Studios, in technical partnership with KUNOS Simulazioni, are delighted to announce that Assetto Corsa Rally has received a massive new update today which adds two new real-life stages – Loutraki and Elatia – which have previously featured in the World Rally Championship rally in Greece.

The new Greece Rally content in the 0.5 Update and is flanked by the first integration of online multiplayer with players able to host and join full customisable lobbies for up to 16 players, as well as a hefty physics overhaul bolstered by an upgraded tire model which offers more realistic interaction between rubber and surfaces.

Currently available in Early Access on Steam, Assetto Corsa Rally is the newest entry in the acclaimed Assetto Corsa franchise and brings realistic driving physics to one of the most demanding and spectacular forms of motorsport, delivering an authentic and immersive experience that captures the true essence of rallying. The 0.5 Update is the latest free content update for Assetto Corsa Rally with Supernova Games Studios working on further sizeable updates and new content in the future as they race along to 1.0.

  • New: Greece Rally – Loutraki Special Stage 
    The Loutraki stage is a famous Special stage that was used for years in the World Rally Championship. It starts on the outskirts of the town and climbs into the hills of Aghii Theodori, following roads typical of Greek rally stages: dusty, with stones and boulders at the edges and hazards around every corner. The route is winding, alternating fast sections with wide turns and featuring a medium-width roadway. High speeds combined with broad lines challenge the driver’s concentration and car control, while also allowing plentiful opportunities for drifting.
  • New: Greece Rally – Elatia Special Stage
    Near the town of Elatia, the Elatia–Zeli special stage connects the two settlements and has been used for many years in the World Rally Championship. The roads are wide and dusty, featuring numerous ruts, exposed rocks, and hazards typical of Greek rally stages. The stage is fast and filled with sweeping corners, allowing drivers to fully exploit their cars’ power and perform spectacular drifts. However, the high speeds and challenging surface conditions still demand great precision and concentration from the drivers.
  • New: Online Multiplayer Game Mode – Single Stage
    The first phase of online multiplayer introduces custom and public lobbies for up to 16 players in single-stage events, featuring full control over weather, car restrictions, and real-time live spectating. This update also debuts official developer-managed ACR Lobbies, which utilize automatic multiple instances to ensure the community always has open slots to join. Launching with version 0.5, multiplayer features a rotating event calendar consisting of two standard weekly events and one premium event exclusive to the weekend from Friday to Sunday.
  • New: Physics 
    This major physics overhaul introduces an upgraded tire model featuring a revised peak slip angle formula that enhances inner tire utility, alongside a more stable load sensitivity calculation scaled by pressure and contact patch size. Surface recognition has been refactored with unique parameter sets and modifier overrides per terrain, complemented by the introduction of longitudinal and lateral bulldozing effects on soft surfaces. Enhanced camber dynamics now scale grip based on load and angle sensitivity, while experimental stick-slip and dig-dependent vibrations reintroduce detailed surface feedback. Additionally, a new dynamic ideal line that widens through corners debuts in Greece, all backed by a global rebalancing pass for all surfaces, cars, and setup presets.
