Conan Exiles Gets New Dungeon and More

April 6, 2017 – Players can now enjoy an all new dungeon in our open-world survival Early Access game Conan Exiles. The dungeon is called The Dregs, and in it you can explore the dark sewers which spread beneath the ruins of an ancient city filled with corrupting magic.

You must perform a grizzly ritual before you can open the secret entrance to the dungeon and descend into the murky depths below. The Dregs offer a brutal challenge with new monsters to fight and puzzles to overcome. The final boss of the dungeon is the Abysmal Remnant, the result of an experiment with dark sorcery which went horribly wrong. Players can get their hands on new armor, weapons, gear and new crafting recipes by defeating the dungeon boss.

Read the Developer Blog about the new Dungeon here:
https://blog.conanexiles.com/en/update-24-explore-new-dungeon-dregs/

This dungeon is the third content update for Conan Exiles in the last three weeks. Two weeks ago, we introduced the dyeing system, where players can color their clothes and armor, plus many new weapons and a set of armor. Last week players could get their hands on the all new trebuchet war machine, which can fire huge boulders and even demon-fire barrages at enemy cities.

Conan Exiles was released into Early Access on January 31st 2017 and Funcom reported that the game sold half a million units in about a month. The developers continue to update the game constantly with both fixes, improvements, new content, and new features. For more information, visit www.conanexiles.com

Nongünz – Official Teaser

April 5, 2017 – Nongünz is a nihilistic action platformer which combines hectic shootouts with the management of a mysterious idle game.

Each run has the player parting from a black and white graveyard into an ever-changing gothic dungeon full of nightmares fleshed out of human viscera. Surviving this distraught roguelike will not only require skill but style, since in Nongünz rewards the player for long-lasting combos along with a variety of challenges and gameplay modifiers… moreover, score will play a key role in the progress of the mysterious idle game: the formation of your very own band of lost souls and death cultists.

As the world of Nongünz evolves, the player will find special characters that will inhabit their graveyard: praying cultists, self-scourging martyrs, somber gravediggers… These characters will provide special services such as shops, slot machines, dungeon shortcuts, and more; which will either help you widen your killing skills or improve the performance of the mysterious idle game built around the graveyard.

Nongünz aspires to seduce the player into a reflexion around the undeniable appeal of violence and the instincts behind accumulation of power and superiority. Hence its gritty black and white aesthetics; the omnipresence of flesh, bones and death; and the oppressing atmosphere of its dark environments and primal themes.

Nongünz is to be released on the following months, the secular god willing.

1C and Destructive Creations Unannounced Game Reveal May 9

April 5, 2017 – 1C is thrilled to announce that it will be working with indie developer Destructive Creations, adding their current work-in-progress title to its portfolio. In development since 2015, the game will take players into the early Middle ages, with both an extensive singleplayer campaign and intense online multiplayer, all built around real events and featuring historical accuracy and advanced game mechanics. More about the forthcoming title will be revealed on May 9th 2017 and a full-scale hands-on presentation is planned for this year’s Gamescom.

Despite being a relatively new indie team, some of Destructive Creations’ members have already worked with 1C on various other projects. Making good use of their collective experience, and anticipating the needs of today’s gamers, the DC team are now working on their third title, which will also be their most extensive so far. Although the developer is still dripping with controversy from their first – and most successful title, Hatred – they have managed to consistently bring games to market that are both of a high technical standard and appeal to many players.

“We do realize there has been a lot of controversy with their previous titles, but we see and value the team’s potential in its many strong individual talents, and are looking forward to working together, to publish their third game,” said Anton Ravin, the 1C Company’s Business development director.

“We always wanted to make a title like this one. All of our past work has been leading to this point. The name we’ve made for ourselves cuts both ways, and I believe the quality of our products and their captivating content will always be the stronger one. This is also why we chose 1C to be our partner on this project,” says Jarosław Zieliński, Destructive Creations’ CEO.

DLC Gameplay Notes

Blondie’s “One Way or Another”, a hit song from the Rock Band 2 soundtrack, is now appearing as a downloadable single. “One Way or Another” was the final single released off the smash hit album Parallel Lines, and has been ranked as one of the greatest songs of all time. In Rock Band, the guitar has some tricky chord changes, and some quick hammer-ons. The drums have a good amount of variety, never staying with any pattern for very long. Finally, the bass travels the frets, slowly building up through the song to a tough outro.

“You Make My Dreams” is the fourth Hall & Oates hit to join the Rock Band DLC Library. Coming from Voices, the duo’s ninth album, “You Make My Dreams” reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1981, and has since been featured in many movies and TV shows. The bass holds down the groove throughout the song, giving some well-deserved limelight to the instrument. The harmonies are endless fun, as one would expect from Hall & Oates, featuring many high notes and runs.

Vital 4U Screamin Energy Max Hit Review

One of the things that can happen after long periods of video gaming or, for that matter, any sort of activity is that you begin to feel fatigued and sluggish. Runners have known about energy gel shots for a long time – different than the energy shots you find at the super market or gas station, these gels are designed to replenish energy stores and get you moving again. My personal hobby of choice these days is long-duration airsoft games. These games can go on for several hours and can be made up of numerous bouts of high endurance activity separated by long periods of walking. It is very easy to run out of gas after a few big shoot outs, and it was my hope that the Vital 4U Screamin Energy Max Hit would help.

The Screamin Energy Max Hit pouch is made from a foil like material that allows for easy storage, and features an easy-to-use, tear-off top when read for consumption. I had been playing for a couple hours and my proverbial wagon and seriously dragging. I opened a pouch and swigged it back. The first thing that hit me was its terrible flavor. The Screamin Energy Max Hit product comes in a Coffee Mocha flavor that is bitter and, if that were the only issue, would not be a problem. It is also mixed with a concoction of vitamins and panax ginseng. The mix of flavors is not good. But, I pressed on and drank it down, followed by copious gulps from my canteen (Important Safety Tip: Hydrate!).

Thankfully, the taste was the only drawback of the Vital 4U Screamin Energy Max Hit product. Within about a half hour I started feeling a boost of energy that I would classify as “smooth”. I always recommend you check with your doctor before using any new health products but I had no issue with this one. Unlike some energy supplements, the Screamin Energy Max Hit did not make me jittery or upset my stomach. The energy seemed to last for a couple hours and then I just didn’t notice it – one way or the other. Just as smoothly as it came on, it went away with no crash. I applaud Vital 4U for creating such a smooth energy supplement and would definitely use it again in future long-duration airsoft events.

*Please check with your physician before using ANY new energy products

You can purchase Vital 4U’s Screamin Energy Max Hit at their official website for $17 dollars a multi-pack.
