Hozy Your Favourite Cozy Game Playtest Update Trailer

tinyBuild and developer Come On Studio have released a new trailer for Hozy, the stress-free, cozy room renovation game. This impeccably relaxing trailer details fresh content being added to Hozy’s playtest on Steam today, including one new level to enjoy. Declutter with new items to discover while you paint, scrape, clean, and more! Get cozy in Hozy, transforming dusty, neglected spaces into warm, welcoming places!

Today’s Steam update adds a new level to the playtest where you can put your organization skills to the test. Dive into a tiny NYC-inspired apartment previously occupied by a brainiac who adored math and physics, but later rented out to a hoarder who turned the place into a dump! Breathe life back into this desolate den and make it a comfy corner where new memories can be made.

The development team has been keeping up with player testing feedback, introducing quality-of-life improvements since the initial playtest like placing items outside of level boundaries (and into the lost & found) for later use, new control hints for interactions, and new sound effects for different surfaces!

Hide the Corpse Out Now on PlayStation VR2

Hide The Corpse, the chaotic and quirky VR body-hiding sandbox from publisher HyperVR Games and developer Realcast, seeks no suspicion on PlayStation VR 2 today. Hide the Corpse is also available on Meta Quest.

Placed in an incriminating scenario, avoid the wrongful wrath of the law by dragging Gus the corpse into clever hiding spots across physics-based levels. Hide evidence and rub away fingerprints while scanning retro-themed rooms for the perfect place to stash Gus’ uncooperative corpse before the cops arrive in four short minutes!

Take Gus on a field trip to several distinct locations, each with new challenges to overcome. Manufacture a body-hiding masterpiece at the Museum or use some elbow grease to conceal him in the Garage. Escape international sovereignty to outrun the authorities – send accusations to Davy Jones’ Locker in the Sunken Ship, or eject evidence from the zero-gravity Spaceship!

Earn points by eliminating evidence and then spend them on new outfits. Gussy up Gus to rest in style with a dance floor-ready Disco outfit, rise from the dead in Zombie clothes and makeup, or make him a hero among corpses in a Superhero suit. Complicate each level further with fun Modifiers such as Flubber, which makes Gus and other objects bounce unpredictably around the room!

“Hide the Corpse aims to put a lighthearted spin on an otherwise gruesome scenario,’’ said Eneko Barandiaran, Publishing Manager, HyperVR Games. “We hope the PlayStation VR community can get a laugh out of Gus’ post-mortem adventure!”

Hide the Corpse is now available on PlayStation VR 2 and the Meta Quest Store for USD 14.99, with an upcoming SteamVR version in the works.

Vampires: Bloodlord Rising and Permafrost Gamecom Trailers

While the doors to gamescom 2025 in Cologne don’t open before August 20th, Toplitz Production continues their preliminary gamescom festivities with a double-barrel of excitement. Following the release of the showreel last Friday the German publisher proudly unleashes new trailers for Permafrost and Vampires: Bloodlord Rising.

With both titles slated for a release later this year as well as being an integral part of the gamescom activities of Toplitz Productions, the new trailers give you a glimpse into the beautifully crafted worlds and the diverse gameplay that Permafrost and Vampires: Bloodlord Rising have to offer.

Emerging from the shadows, brimming with gothic charme and blood soaked fights, we invite you to dark and broody Sangavia to embrace your dark side as Dragos, clawing your way to power in the open world of this highly anticipated action adventure.

From transforming into a bat to traverse the wide areas of Sangavia’s open world illuminated only by the pale moonlight to bestowing the “Kiss of Eternity” upon unsuspecting villagers, the trailer for Vampires: Bloodlord Rising (developed my Mehuman Games) teases the seductive as well as gruesome choices you have to take as Dragos.

Will you reign with an iron fist, build a towering blood-stained gothic castle, succumb to your instincts and leave drained corpses in your wake? Witness the Bloodlord in fierce hand-to-hand combat against the relentless inquisition and Dragos’ rise to power with the help of his loyal vampire workers.

In the world of Permafrost (developed my SpaceRocket Games) on the other hand, you’d wish for the pale moonlight as you used to know it. For here you are thrown into a post apocalyptic scenario where the moon has been shattered, resulting in a cataclysmic event that covered the Earth in snow, ice and permanent sub-zero temperatures.

To survive in this frosty wasteland, you need to rely on your wits, your instincts and your trusty dog. Or grab your friends in co-op multiplayer and withstand the relentless nature as you try to help rebuild society.

Can you unite the factions vying for control, or will you succumb to the danger they present and become prey? Do you have what it takes to survive in the unforgiving Permafrost?

Both Vampires: Bloodlord Rising as well as Permafrost will be released in Early Access on PC later this year. While the nightwalkers are already confirmed to rise again on October 23 just in time to make your halloween a bloody one, the release date for Permafrost will be announced in the coming weeks. Both games will be shown to media and content creators at Toplitz Productions’ Permafrost cave in Hall 4.1. Booth D-038g – C-029g.

PowerWash Simulator 2 Price Reveal Trailer

FuturLab is pleased to confirm that PowerWash Simulator 2 will launch at $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99, the same price as the original game. Regional pricing is also under review and will match or be lower in several territories at launch. A new trailer has dropped today to mark the announcement.

Launching in late 2025, PowerWash Simulator 2 is a standalone sequel, launching with a 38-level Career Mode and a suite of upgrades: split-screen co-op, 4-player online campaign, improved visuals, new traversal mechanics (abseiling, scissor lift and more), expanded equipment (including a surface cleaner and new attachments), and a customisable Home Base – complete with pettable cats.

FuturLab acknowledges that in the current cost-of-living climate, players often have limited budgets for games and entertainment. For many, PowerWash Simulator is more than just a game, it’s a wellbeing tool, a way to decompress and reclaim a moment of calm. The team is keen to keep that experience within reach.

The studio also recognises the game’s place in many players’ libraries as a comforting, complementary title, one that supports a broader gaming lifestyle without demanding exclusivity. That approach continues with the sequel.

The choice to stick with the original price comes from a place of genuine appreciation. The team has been genuinely moved by the response to the original game and its DLC packs, and the hope is that continued support into the sequel will allow them to keep this accessible price point locked in at launch, with no plans to raise it.

“We’re in a fortunate position because of the success of PowerWash Simulator and its passionate community to keep the price of our sequel as accessible as possible. There are so many personal anecdotes of how the game has helped our players that we wanted to ensure we could continue to widely offer the experience at a competitive price point,” said Chris Mehers, Chief Operating Officer at FuturLab.

As with the original game, a steady stream of post-launch support is planned for PowerWash Simulator 2. A full roadmap is already in the works, including free updates and licensed content, with more to come well into 2026. While the team isn’t ready to reveal details just yet, fans can expect new additions in the months following launch.

PowerWash Simulator 2 is currently in development for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
