SKÖVDE, Sweden – April 29th, 2020: Coffee Stain Publishing and Ghost Ship Games are pleased to reveal the launch date of Deep Rock Galactic. The extreme space mining co-op first FPS launches globally on May 13th on Steam, Xbox One, and the Microsoft Store for $29.99/€29.99/£24.99, dwarfing anything that’s come before.
Deep Rock Galactic began its voyage in 2016 before heading into Early Access in 2018, inviting players to dig deep on the mineral-rich planet Hoxxes IV and take up arms as one of four classes of badass dwarven miners. Each dwarven class comes with their own invaluable set of skills and gear and a clear mission: Work as a team, extract rare and valuable minerals across multiple Biomes to keep the corporation profitable, and try to survive the endless hostile alien infestation. A new fully narrated game trailer can be seen here.
Since its reveal, Deep Rock Galactic has surpassed one million sales and seen thousands of miners recruited who have helped to evolve the core features of the game and destroy the bugs. Month after month, the game has been updated with tons of new features and content, such as enemies, weapons, missions, perks, assignments, deep dives, through to vanity items, beard physics, dwarven shouts, and a multitude of beers in the Abyss Bar.
“When we started developing Deep Rock Galactic four years ago, none of us at Ghost Ship Games had imagined the game as it is today. While many of the core features have evolved and works as we hoped, there are also entire sections of the game that we didn’t dream of, and that is largely due to our community,” said Søren Lundgaard, CEO, Ghost Ship Games. “Our focus has always been co-op first so to create something that truly requires teamwork meant we needed to team up with the community. We want to thank our players for their support and feedback after four years we’re incredibly excited to officially launch.”
Deep Rock Galactic will launch with two cosmetic DLC packs including new sets of armour, weapon skins and the official Deep Rock Galactic soundtrack is expanded with 50 new minutes of space-dwarf synth goodness. Ghost Ship also ran a community competition inviting the community to make their own launch trailers for the game. With over 200 entries, Ghost Ship has selected the top 40 who will compete for the top prizes. New fan trailers will be shown each day on the Deep Rock social channels concluding with the winner on the day before launch.
“Deep Rock Galactic was one of the first games we signed. The journey from the Closed Alpha through to launch has been incredible and it’s been fantastic to see such a passionate community support the game’s development,” said Anton Westbergh, CEO & Co-Founder of Coffee Stain. “We’re thrilled to be the publishing partner for Ghost Ship Games, a studio with a unique focus and strategy for co-op combined with creativity and a real community-first approach.”

Moscow – April 28, 2020 | Population Zero launches on Steam May 5th, and developer Enplex Games has a special treat to mark the occasion. ‘Gravity’ lays the groundwork for the life of the player as they try to survive the harsh wilds of the planet Kepler. With a stirring original song ‘Movement’ by indie pop artist Naadia, this cinematic launch trailer hints at the mystery which awaits players on May 5th.
Additionally, Enplex Games recently released a developer blog that highlights a few of the different game modes in Population Zero. Both PVE and PVP servers will be available, ensuring that those who wish to explore Kepler without fear of other players can do so freely. The first time you start a 7-day cycle you will join the Standard PvE mode. PVP modes are unlocked via account progression after the first few hours of life on Kepler.
If you enjoy single-player or co-op experiences, then Standard PvE will be up your alley. It will also teach the genre newcomers the basics of survival on Kepler. The very first session in Population Zero starts in an instanced training dungeon, the Drop Zone, where you will get the hang of movement, platforming, and combat by going through several simple tasks. Then, if you so choose, you can brave the harsher, more free-for-all lifestyle of PVP.
With launch just mere days away, players can wishlist Population Zero, and the game will be $29.99 USD at launch with an additional 17% discount for the first week. Additional packages come with additional cosmetic perks to help players stand out from the crowd of survivors on Kepler.
Vienna, AUSTRIA / Helsinki, FINLAND, April 28th, 2020 – Wreckfest received its own, free tournament mode, which is out now on PC and consoles.
“Okay, but where’s the trailer?”
Fine, here you go…
The highlights of the tournament update:
Introducing daily, weekly, and monthly challenges, each at a different reward tier (daily=low, weekly=mid, monthly=high)
None of these challenges need longer than 5 to 10 minutes of your time
Keep doing said challenges (daily, weekly, monthly) to increase your “fame” for exclusive in-game loot (a unique vehicle, car skins, vanity items and other cosmetic items)
Even if you do not own a DLC car, but you need it for one of the challenges: no problem and we got you covered, as you can use all DLC cars just for the challenge without having to buy the DLC. Think of it as a testdrive where the condition in which you return the vehicle does not matter much.
Tournament mode will bring you FOUR new race modes, with new modes releasing every month.
Rumble Race: more or less a typical racing event on a track
Score Streak: derby mode, cause as much damage as possible to gain score
Rampage Rush Derby: Wreck as many as you can or as quickly as you can
Rampage Rush Race: Wreck as many as you can or as quickly as you can
Further modes will be added in the following months.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif – April 28, 2020 – Today, Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a leading publisher of live service games, and Gunfire Games announced Swamps of Corsus, a new premium DLC for Remnant: From the Ashes, is now available on PC (Steam) for $9.99, along with a bundle including the Remnant: From the Ashes base game and Swamps of Corsus DLC for $44.99. From April 28 to May 3, the bundle will be available for 40% off the retail price as part of Steam Midweek Madness. The new DLC and DLC bundle will be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation®4 on June 4. In the latest DLC for Remnant: From the Ashes, players navigate a more deadly version of the world of Corsus, inhabited by the Cult of Iskal, and also take on the toughest challenge yet: the brand-new, rogue-like “Survival Mode.”
In the revamped Corsus zone exclusively in Adventure mode, the hive mind Cult of Iskal has claimed the swamps for themselves, proving to be as lethal and dangerous as the Root, the evil force plaguing Earth. All hope is not lost for players, however, as a lone holdout remains, out of reach of the Iskal’s grasp. To change the future of Corsus, players must confront the Queen and stop the Iskal once and for all or choose to help her complete the Iskal’s plan. Exploring Corsus in Adventure Mode gives players the chance to earn unique rewards- including three powerful weapons – by overcoming various challenges in the form of deadly overworld enemies, four side dungeons and two epic bosses, like the menacing Barbed Terror. Along with the swarm of new content in the Swamps of Corsus, the DLC includes a new rogue-like test of will in “Survival Mode.” This intense mode thrusts players into a completely randomized permadeath experience that challenges them to progress as far as they can in one life. In the new mode, players start with nothing but a Repeater Pistol, a few consumables and a handful of scrap. Players travel randomly through corrupted World Stones to various biomes and fight for survival against hordes of enemies that get stronger with each stage, in hopes of finding epic rewards, such as new armor, and new weapons – like the Hero’s Sword that unleashes a powerful wave attack.
Below is a detailed list of features for Swamps of Corsus:
New Mode – Survival: Players fight for their lives as they begin their journey with nothing but a pistol, some scrap and the skin on their back in this new rogue-like game mode! Those brave enough will travel randomly through corrupted World Stones to different biomes, scrap-up gear, fight insanely-difficult bosses and test their endurance.
The Iskal Rise – The swamps of Corsus swarm with new content! Players will discover a plethora of new content in Corsus, including a new zone, new bosses, new stories, new events, new quests, and more.
Lock & Load – Adventurers will collect new items, new armor, new weapons, new mods and new traits.
Armor Skins – By defeating bosses in Survival Mode, or the Hard and Nightmare difficulties in Campaign and Adventure Mode, players earn Glowing Shards which can be used to purchase alternate armor skins for every piece of armor available in the game.
Remnant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival action shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by monstrous creatures. As one of the last remnants of humanity, you set out alone or alongside up to two other players to face down hordes of deadly enemies and epic bosses, and try to carve a foothold, rebuild, and then retake what was lost.
Remnant: From the Ashes is available digitally for $39.99 on PC (Arc and Steam), Xbox One and PlayStation®4. The physical version is also available now at Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, among other retailers for PC, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One for $39.99.
