All-New Terror Tram Features Jordan Peele’s Nope and Us

This year’s iconic “Terror Tram” expands to include a cinematic twist on Jordan Peele’s blockbuster films in a crossover experience that reimagines Us, featuring The Tethered, a revolutionary army of vengeful doppelgangers, whose uprising invades the all-new Jupiter’s Claim set from the filmmaker’s latest pop nightmare, Nope, as part of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, which kicks off on Thursday, September 8.

The “Terror Tram” is unique to Universal Studios Hollywood, inviting guests to explore by foot parts of the famous movie studio backlot, home to some of the most notorious movie sets. Once guests disembark the Tram, the terror is unleashed. This year, the villainous Hollywood Harry unravels “Hollywood Harry’s Halloween,” a nightmarish spectacle with a demented cast of characters that winds past the iconic Psycho House then through Steven Spielberg’s War of the Worlds set. As guests make their way through a choreographed massacre at the Jupiter’s Claim set from Nope, they will encounter The Tethered from Us in a frightening finale of epic proportions. After the success of the 2019 “Us” house, this experience will feature all-new choreography by conceptual artist and choreographer Madeline Hollander.

The madness continues with thrilling haunted house experiences. The full line-up follows:

“The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare” takes guests into the twisted mind of multi award-winning artist The Weeknd as they step into a surreal living nightmare filled with grotesque characters and themes inspired by his music and short films.
“Halloween” ventures back to where it all began in an eerily authentic haunted house that depicts the most chilling moments from the critically-acclaimed original film.
“The Horrors of Blumhouse” brings to life Blumhouse’s supernatural thriller The Black Phone and horror-comedy Freaky.
“Universal Monsters: Legends Collide” expands on the thrilling legacy from Universal Pictures as the most notorious horror icons, The Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy, come together for the first time ever in an epic battle.
MGM’s “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” traps guests in a frightening funhouse of murderous clown-like creatures.
“La Llorona: The Weeping Woman” features the legend of La Llorona who comes to life to terrorize the living as she mourns the children she murdered.
“Scarecrow: The Reaping” finds that Mother Nature’s retribution against the homesteaders for their sins of the past will be carried out by the farmland’s scarecrows who have remained mute witnesses – and are now guardians of destruction for anyone who crosses their path.
“Universal Horror Hotel” lives ups to its reputation as the original owner, who was executed years ago for his dastardly deeds, continues to haunt the place today – and guests must escape his vengeful spirit or risk becoming a permanent resident.
Award-winning hip-hop dance crew Jabbawockeez brings an all-new, high-energy show nightly to this year’s event, featuring their gravity-defying dance moves, special effects and pulse-pounding music.

All-new scare zones will taunt and torment guests as they navigate the darkness from one terrifying house to the next:

“El Pueblo del Terror” is an extension of “La Llorona: The Weeping Woman” as the horror continues once guests exit the haunted house and discover there is no escaping the frightening legend along with other supernatural characters from Latin America’s most frightening myths.
“Sideshow Slaughterhouse” turns New York Street into a battle zone as the performers and workers from a seedy carnival sideshow are on a murderous rampage.
“Clownsawz” features a demonic troop of clowns who band together to terrorize guests with chainsaws as they enter the park.

Guests also can revel at select theme park attractions open during the run of event, including “Jurassic World—The Ride,” “Transformers™: The Ride-3D,” “Revenge of the Mummy—The Ride” and “The Simpsons Ride™.”

“The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™” will also be open during Halloween Horror Nights, inviting guests to experience some of their favorite attractions, including “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™” and “Flight of the Hippogriff™.” For the first time ever, Death Eaters™, a group of Voldemort’s most devoted followers, will roam Hogsmeade™ village, looking to find others willing to show loyalty to the Dark Lord’s cause.

The fun just keeps on rolling! ACE Team and Good Shepherd Entertainment have revealed that the award-winning, critically acclaimed The Eternal Cylinder will officially launch on Steam, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S on Oct. 13, 2022. PlayStation®4 and Xbox One players will be able to upgrade to the next-gen version of this completely original open-world survival adventure game for free on their respective consoles.

Also arriving on October 13 is The Eternal Cylinder’s special Anniversary Update, introducing new game content for all platforms, including two fearsome new creatures to beware of and a powerful new Trebhum ability to discover. The update will also add a variety of technical enhancements for select systems. Train Sim World 3 First Dev Diary Talks Freedom

Dovetail Games, developer and publisher of authentic simulation titles, today released their first development diary video for Train Sim World 3, coming to PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on Sept. 6. This is the first of three videos focused on three topics core to Train Sim World 3: Freedom, power, and weather.

Freedom forms an important part of what sets Train Sim World 3 apart from previous releases. At the heart of this is the new Training Center where players can get to grips with the locomotive controls through a series of tutorials, and experienced players can experiment in a sandbox fashion. The Training Center area, effectively a whole new route, is inspired by a real-world test track in Germany with an area to explore at will in the cab of any of the game’s locomotives.

Training Center marks the beginning of an area of development in Train Sim World 3 that will ultimately ensure that future locomotive add-ons are not pinned to set routes, as they were in previous releases. In addition, all tutorials, regardless of where they are set, will be accessed through the Training Center interface giving players an easy place to navigate when learning the different modes of operation.

Outside of Training Center, players of Train Sim World 2 will be able to continue enjoying any previously purchased routes* in addition to the three routes new to Train Sim World 3: Kassel-Würzburg, Cajon Pass and the extended Southeastern Highspeed route.

Those purchasing Train Sim World 3: Deluxe Edition will also have the freedom of choosing steam, diesel or electric locomotives, with the addition of an upgraded version of the popular Spirit of Steam add-on.

Developed and published by Dovetail Games, Train Sim World 3 will release for Windows PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles on Sept. 6, 2022. The title is available for pre-purchase digitally now on Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation®Store, and Microsoft Store with a Deluxe Edition available for £49.99/€59.99/$59.99 and four ‘Starter Packs’ each available for £29.99/€35.99/$39.99. Super indie publisher Versus Evil, in partnership with indie development studio Drop Bear Bytes, today announced that they will publish Broken Roads, a traditional isometric RPG coming to PC, Switch, PlayStation and Xbox in 2023. Broken Roads presents a post-apocalypse future with real-world locations and landmarks serving as the backdrop for the complex stories of Australia’s survivors wrapped in an intricate hand-drawn aesthetic.

Drop Bear Bytes headquartered in Australia, brings a wealth of revered industry talent to the fold with a team comprised of talented developers, artists and writers from Australia, South Africa, Canada, USA and the UK. RPG genre professionals including Colin McComb (Fallout 2 and Wasteland 2) Creative Lead, and Leanne Taylor-Giles (Rainbow Six Siege and Torment: Tides of Numenera), Narrative Director, have also contributed their expertise to the whole team.

Broken Roads skillfully blends traditional and all-new role-playing elements on top of a classless system offering near-unlimited character development options built around four philosophies: Humanist, Utilitarian, Machiavellian, and Nihilist. In CABINET OF CURIOSITIES, acclaimed Academy Award-winning filmmaker and creator, executive producer and co-showrunner Guillermo del Toro has curated a collection of unprecedented and genre-defining stories meant to challenge our traditional notions of horror. From macabre to magical, gothic to grotesque or classically creepy, these eight equally sophisticated and sinister tales (including two original stories by del Toro) are brought to life by a team of writers and directors personally chosen by del Toro.

Owlcat Games and Prime Matter today opened digital pre-orders for multi award-winning, critically-acclaimed Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. PlayStation and Xbox gamers can now place a digital pre-order, ahead of the epic RPG coming to consoles on 29 September, 2022. PlayStation Plus owners get an additional 10% discount.

The physical edition of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous was also revealed today. This collector’s item will include 4 free DLCs, a set of stickers, and the official printed handbook introducing the universe to newcomers and featuring exclusive artwork. Physical pre-orders will start soon – check local stores for availability.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will be available on both physical and digital formats for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S via backward compatibility); as well as Nintendo Switch via the Cloud.

The Enhanced Edition of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will become the standard version for the console release, featuring quality-of-life improvements, a photo mode, together with additional high-level content related to several mythic paths and other features and tweaks. All owners of the PC version will also receive a free update to the Enhanced Edition on September 29.
