ARK: Lost Colony Announced Starring Michelle Yeoh

At Game Developers Conference 2025, Studio Wildcard revealed a two-minute anime-style trailer for ARK: Lost Colony, the first all-original ARK: Survival Ascended expansion pack. The expansion will feature numerous cinema-grade anime story sequences, created by legendary Japanese animation studio MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan, Chainsaw Man). In this new frozen world, players follow in the footsteps of legendary ARK survivor Mei Yin, on a soul-searching quest deep into the chilling heart of darkness to find answers to long-buried secrets of ARK’s past.

ARK: Lost Colony directly connects the storylines of ARK’s Extinction and Genesis expansions and leads into the events of ARK 2. Atari Unveils Missile Command Delta

Atari, Mighty Yell and 13AM Games today revealed Missile Command Delta, launching later this year for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Missile Command Delta reimagines Atari’s 1980s missile defense arcade classic as a turn-based tactical game set against a mysterious narrative that leaves you questioning whether you’re trapped in a simulation or truly defending cities from attack.

As players explore an abandoned half-century old facility they will encounter locked doors, dishevelled work rooms, massive super computers and newly awakened missile command terminals. Players must defend against waves of missiles from an unknown enemy using a battery of missiles, each with its own unique type, range, and explosion size. Only by managing their arsenal carefully will they have enough firepower to clear the skies.

“While Missile Command Delta approaches gameplay in a completely new way, it retains all the tension and suspense of the arcade original,” said Ethan Stearns, VP of Games at Atari. “You have to think strategically about every move you make because even one poor choice can have grave consequences.”

As enemy attacks increase and pressure mounts, relationships will be put to the test, blurring the lines between what is real and who they can trust. If they succeed, they may even learn the truth behind this Cold War defense program.

SQUARE ENIX® revealed during today’s Letter from the Producer LIVE broadcast that FINAL FANTASY™ XIV Online Patch 7.2: Seekers of Eternity will launch on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

The date was announced alongside a new trailer introduced by Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida, which also offers a fresh look at what to expect in the upcoming patch. The update includes new main scenario quests, a new raid, updates to Player versus Player content and more.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows Will be Verified on Steam Deck at Launch

We have some exciting news to share: our talented developers gave Steam Deck players the option to play Assassin’s Creed Shadows at launch ; despite initially announcing we wouldn’t be able to support until later. Indeed, the team made great progress over the past few weeks and was able to make it happen for launch, despite the fact the team thought it would not be the case. It is now fully confirmed the game is “Steam Deck verified” for launch on March 20th.

We know many of you who play on Steam Deck have requested this, so we’re thrilled to be able to bring Shadows to this platform. While graphical settings will be locked at launch, you’ll be able to choose the upscalers you want, and we’re looking into providing further options in future updates.

Steam players will also be able to enjoy Assassin’s Creed Shadows Achievements from day one, and you can find the full list of achievements here. You can also check out the collectible virtual trading cards, badges, emoticons, and background images coming exclusively to Steam.

Wishlist Assassin’s Creed Shadows now or pre-purchase it to get the Claws of Awaji expansion and Thrown to the Dogs bonus quest for free. Assassin’s Creed Shadows releases on March 20 on Steam, with the expansion launching later in 2025.

Tripwire Presents Unveils Turn-Based Viking Game, Norse
