Paradox ARC Announces Crusader Kings Project for Roblox

Paradox Arc is joining with Magic Spark to oversee the development and launch of a new Roblox game inspired by the celebrated strategy role-playing franchise Crusader Kings.

Paradox Arc, a publishing arm focused on smaller or more experimental games, will oversee the launch of a Crusader Kings project for Roblox, a game where players can engage in person-to-person scheming as they and their court gather power and prestige on a dynamic map. Rather than attempting to replicate the entire Crusader Kings III PC experience, the Roblox title captures the spirit of medieval intrigue in a fun, social environment. Engage in light-hearted mischief and drama in a medieval setting – scheming with allies in your chambers, building a strong kingdom and preparing campaigns of conquest from your war tent. Live the royal life, gathering friends and followers and painting the map in the colors of your dynasty.

The title includes the blend of roleplaying and strategy that has made the Crusader Kings games some of the most popular strategy games in the world, rich with personal relationships, and a little bit of scheming on the side.

Designers Magic Spark have a strong pedigree with Roblox development, having already worked on Roblox experiences drawing on the Conan the Barbarian and My Little Pony brands. This project is their first major foray into collaboration with a strategy game studio.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Paradox Arc to bring a taste of Crusader Kings into the Roblox universe,” said Nele Vaarmets, CEO at Magic Spark. “As long-time fans of grand strategy games, our team saw a strong opportunity to reimagine the drama and intrigue of medieval kingdoms in a way that’s fun and accessible for Roblox players. This project isn’t about recreating the entire Crusader Kings experience, it’s about giving players a new way to roleplay as kings and queens, build their domains, and write their own stories in a lively Roblox world.”

The project is expected to release into early access this spring.

Nightdive Studios Repents and Announces 2026 Release for SiN: Reloaded

Set in a near-future dystopian world, SiN: Reloaded puts you in control of security consultant Colonel John R. Blade as you take on the seductively evil Doctor Elexis Sinclaire. When Elexis, CEO of SinTEK Industries, begins injecting the streets with a DNA-altering drug, it’s time to reassess the laws of morality by facing off against Elexis’ unholy army of genetically-engineered mutants.

Known for pushing the Quake II engine to its limits, the original SiN was lauded for introducing a groundbreaking amount of interactivity in every level. Players can hack their way into computer terminals using DOS-style code, use elevators and security cameras to wreak havoc, and traverse levels using a variety of vehicles, including a forklift, a patrol boat, and a helicopter. Your actions have consequences, creating branching paths as the game progresses. From a combat perspective, SiN also helped pioneer the ability to knock weapons out of an opponent’s hands and take area-specific damage from their attacks.

SiN: Reloaded includes the Wages of SiN mission pack, where you go up against a diabolical mafia boss with a new army of dangerous freaks. Both games have been optimized using the KEX Engine to play on modern systems. Graphics have been beautifully remastered with new textures, while control schemes have been modernized, and maps have been improved with Nightdive’s established precision. Arrow Video US Unveils April 2026 Release Schedule

On April 7, Tokyo’s vice-filled underworld explodes as the Wandering Ginza Butterfly Collection makes its North American debut on Blu-ray. Both Wandering Ginza Butterfly and She-Cat Gambler star the iconic Meiko Kaji, who dominated ‘70s Japanese cinema in the Female Prisoner Scorpion and Lady Snowblood film series. The limited edition release includes High Definition (1080p) Blu-ray presentations of both films, hours of special features, and newly commissioned extras.

Nami “The Red Cherry Blossom” Higuchi (Meiko Kaji, Blind Woman’s Curse) is a fearless drifter moving through a world of gamblers, hustlers, and ruthless killers. In Wandering Ginza Butterfly, Nami is released from prison after killing a Yakuza member and heads straight for Tokyo’s dangerous Ginza district in search of a fresh start. She reconnects with local pimp Ryuji (Tsunehiko Watase, Sailor Suit and Machine Gun), who sets her up with a hostess job, and she quickly becomes a favorite among the club’s clientele. But when mobster Owada (Koji Nanbara, G.I. Samurai) attempts to seize control of the bar, Nami proves she is more than capable of defending her turf, wielding a pool cue and anything else within reach to make sure his takeover fails.

In Wandering Ginza Butterfly 2: She-Cat Gambler, Nami returns to Ginza on a personal mission to find her father’s killer. After freeing a young woman forced into prostitution to settle her father’s debts, she once again draws the ire of the Yakuza. This time she teams with well-meaning pimp Ryuji (Sonny Chiba, The Street Fighter), and together they stand against the criminal underworld determined to drive them out of the district.

Special features include the original lossless Japanese mono audio for both films; optional newly translated English subtitles for both films; a brand new audio commentary for Wandering Ginza Butterfly; an archival audio commentary for Wandering Ginza Butterfly; a brand new interview on Wandering Ginza Butterfly 2: She-Cat Gambler with Patrick Macias and Matt Alt; an archival interview with director Kazuhiko Yamaguchi; an archival appreciation of star Meiko Kaji; original trailers for both films; and a collectors’ booklet.

The limited edition release features a brand new 4K restoration by Arrow Films, along with hours of special features and newly commissioned extras.

Wong Kar Mun (Angelica Lee, Re-cycle), blind since childhood, is a gifted classical violinist given a second chance at sight through a cornea transplant. As her vision slowly adjusts, she glimpses a shadowy figure in the hospital guiding the woman in the next bed out of the room. Once discharged, Mun begins seeing mysterious figures others cannot, leaving her to question whether they are hallucinations or something far more supernatural. The Eye was later remade in the United States starring Jessica Alba (Sin City).

There is also a Blu-ray release.

Lt. Tuck Pendleton (Dennis Quaid, The Substance) takes part in a groundbreaking miniaturization experiment that will make him the smallest test pilot in the world. Along with his high-tech pod, Tuck is shrunk and intended to be injected into a rabbit’s bloodstream. But when commandos from a rival corporation storm the lab mid-procedure, the syringe containing Tuck is stolen and later accidentally injected into unsuspecting store clerk Jack Putter (Martin Short, Only Murders in the Building) instead of the rabbit. Innerspace also stars Meg Ryan (Top Gun), Robert Picardo (Star Trek: Voyager), and Orson Bean (Being John Malkovich), and was produced by Steven Spielberg (Poltergeist).

Also on April 28, the science fiction action-filled Soldier touches down for a world premiere on 4K UHD. What happens when the ultimate army fighter is harshly retired? The limited edition release features a brand new 4K restoration by Arrow Films approved by director Paul W.S. Anderson, hours of special features, and newly commissioned extras.

Sergeant Todd (Kurt Russell, Big Trouble In Little China) was raised from birth to be a merciless, emotionless killing machine for the military. The decorated soldier fought around the world and galaxy for decades, only to face his biggest battle at home. A unit of genetically engineered super soldiers arrives at Todd’s headquarters. Captain Church (Gary Busey, Point Break) pits Todd and his best men against the new breed, including Caine (Jason Scott Lee, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story) and led by Colonel Mekum (Jason Isaacs, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets). The brutal competition doesn’t end well for the veterans. Todd’s busted-up body is dropped on a waste disposal planet, where he finds a group of peaceful scavengers living among the scrap heaps who teach him what it’s like to be social and act human. The inner growth comes to an abrupt end when Todd’s old captain drops by so the new troops can engage in live target practice. Soldier is filled with exciting stunts scenes from action impresario Paul W.S. Anderson (Mortal Kombat & Resident Evil). The movie also stars Connie Nielsen (Gladiator), Sean Pertwee (Dog Soldiers), Michael Chiklis (The Shield), and Wyatt Russell (Monarch: Legacy of Monsters).

EVE Frontier Enters Cycle 5: Shroud of Fear Trailer

Today, CCP Games announced that EVE Frontier enters Cycle 5 of Founder Access, beginning Wednesday, March 11. Titled Shroud of Fear, Cycle 5 marks another step toward CCP Games’ long-term vision for EVE Frontier as a hardcore space survival experience. A new trailer, released today, showcases how EVE Frontier is evolving:

Shroud of Fear introduces Shell industry: allowing players to manufacture the clone bodies they inhabit, taking direct control over their production, storage, and enhancement. With the introduction of the Nursery manufacturing facility and the Nest storage facility, players can create new Shells and manage their equipped skills through Crowns – specialized memory constructs – to shape their capabilities and progression. If a Shell is destroyed, the skills and memory imprinted on that body are lost with it, demanding preparation and adaptability to survive the Frontier’s unforgiving nature.

The galaxy also evolves. Orbital Zones now replace dungeons, introducing distinct, persistent ecosystems across solar systems and distributing resources, NPCs and loot naturalistically. Feral AI now patrol and move dynamically between points of interest, reacting to their surroundings, analyzing and defending key locations. Two new types of rifts and crude matter are available across almost every star system, allowing players earlier and more frequent access to crude industry.

Base building continues to deepen. Construction Sites at owned Network Nodes allow players to collaboratively deliver materials before structures come online. At L-Points, multiple players can now establish a base, increasing opportunities for cooperation and conflict. Defensive infrastructure has also been overhauled with the introduction of three specialized turrets: the Autocannon Turret, built to shred smaller ships; the Plasma Turret, designed to counter mid-sized threats; and the heavy Railgun Turret, engineered to engage larger combat vessels.

Traversal and combat have been refined, redefining how ships travel, fight and manage risk. Combat has been rebalanced to clearly distinguish between light and heavy ships. Lighter hulls now accelerate faster and carve tighter flight paths, with slot layouts that emphasize active defenses. Heavier ships trade angular agility for greater mass, higher top speeds, and passive durability. A powerful new Exclave frigate can also be manufactured, offering a focused, high-mobility option for pilots who favor precision. Traversal systems have also been updated. Fuel now carries new properties that impact active consumption and interstellar travel, while passive scanning allows players to detect signatures in space and monitor their surrounding environment before committing movement or engagement.

With Shroud of Fear, EVE Frontier migrates from Ethereum to the Sui blockchain. Launching the same day, the 2026 Frontier Hackathon features an $80,000 prize pool, inviting builders to develop mods that extend the Frontier both inside and outside the game world.

Players can purchase Founder Access at www.evefrontier.com/founderaccess. A new game access-only tier for Founder Access will be available for a limited time (11-31 March) for $19.99. Register for the 2026 Hackathon at https://www.deepsurge.xyz/evefrontier2026. For more information about EVE Frontier, visit www.evefrontier.com.
