Electronic Arts has released a new gameplay video from their upcoming RPG, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Square Enix has announced “The Missing Link”, the first DLC pack for their popular action-RPG, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Due out in October, The Missing Link explains the disappearance of protagonist Adam Jensen and will add new locations as well as allow players to rebuild Adam’s augmentation set.
“We are very excited for DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION fans to be able to further develop Adam’s journey in the game with The Missing Link DLC,” said David Anfossi, producer of DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION at Eidos-Montreal. “Gamers will be able to experience a vulnerable side of Adam like never before, which gives the overall game a whole new dimension. Bethesda Softworks and id Software have released a new gameplay video from their upcoming id Tech 5-powered shooter, RAGE. The game is due out on October 4, 2011 for the Windows PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 platforms.
EA Sports has announced that its newly-released Madden NFL 12 has sold more than 1.4 million copies in its first week on the market for all platforms.
“Madden NFL 12 is off to a great start, and we’ve seen a tremendous amount of excitement and demand this first week,” said Chris Homeister, senior vice president and general manager of the home entertainment group at Best Buy. “Fans lined up at Best Buy stores around the country for midnight launch events to be the first to bring Madden NFL 12 home and get a jump on their rivals.”
