NCsoft has released the official launch trailer to their new MMO, AION. AION is available now on Windows PCs and features a great struggle between to winged-races over control of the planet Atreya and its human inhabitants.

Capcom has released the launch trailer for their newly-released Wii-exclusive, Spyborgs. The arcade brawler features three characters for players to choose from, each with their own abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
2K Sports has released a gameplay trailer for their upcoming NBA2K10. The game is due out on October 6th in North America for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii, and PC platforms. It will be released in Europe a few days later, on October 9th.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Eidos have announced that Batman Arkham Asylum has shipped over 2.5 million units since its launch on August 25th. If for some reason you have not heard about it, Batman Arkham Asylum shows Batman on what he would probably describe as a ‘bad night’, fighting through the infamous mental facility fighting all sorts of infamous Batman villains.
The official Army of Two: The 40th Day website has been updated with a new developer diary talking about the reasons behind developing the title in Shanghai, China. Army of Two: The 40th Day is due out on January 12th, 2010 in North America on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PSP platforms.

‘In Army of Two: The 40th Day, Salem and Rios fight their way through Shanghai in order to survive as the city is destroyed by the 40th Day Initiative. The decision to set Army of Two: The 40th Day in Shanghai was ultimately crucial in developing fun gameplay and an intriguing story, and as you will see it will be an all around…’

Capcom has released the third webisode to their upcoming Nintendo Wii-exclusive, Spyborgs, entitled ‘The Betrayal’. In case you missed the second webisode, you can see it here.
Turn 10 and Microsoft Game Studios have released a second, huge collection of Ferrari screenshots from their upcoming racer, Forza Motorsport 3. The game is due out on October 27th for the Xbox 360 and, apparently, features a lot of Ferrari vehicles.

Electronic Arts has released the Need for Speed Shift launch trailer, celebrating the game’s release this week. As you can see from the trailer, Need for Speed Shift implements a virtual cockpit for the first time in the 13-game franchise.
Reakktor Media has announced the launch of a new website, the Stellarvox Veritas, which will give gamers important backstory information for the upcoming space combat MMO, Black Prophecy.
While they do not list an official release date yet for the upcoming title, once Reakktor Media locks down a North American publisher that information will most likely be released.
Namco Bandai Games has released a slew of new screenshots from the upcoming fighter, Tekken 6, featuring some new costumes designed by Japanese manga artist, Mamoru Nagano. Tekken 6 will feature 42 playable characters and should hit North American shores on October 27th of this year.
