This Summer Trailer invites us to follow Styx, the two-century old Goblin whose main occupation is thievery and assassination, as he begins infiltrating the huge Tower of Akenash. It is in this immense tower that is jealously kept hidden by elves, humans and other fantasy creatures, the World-Tree and its Heart, source of the precious Amber. This is the final objective of Styx, who today demonstrates a few of his skills and special powers, that will be of great help to make a silent way to his goal.

TNT Renews The Last Ship, Final Season of Falling Skies

July 18, 2014 — TNT has renewed three of its chart-topping summer hits:  The Last Ship, Major Crimes and Falling Skies. All three dramas rank among basic cable’s Top 5 scripted series this summer with total viewers and adults 25-54. They have also helped TNT score a significant lead as basic cable’s #1 network in primetime for the summer-to-date.

TNT has ordered 13 episodes of The Last Ship, an increase over its first-season order of 10 episodes. The network is also ordering 15 episodes for season four of Major Crimes. And Falling Skies will mark its fifth and final season with 10 episodes.

“TNT’s refreshed and recharged drama brand is soaring this summer, and that is due in large part to these three enormously popular dramas,” said Michael Wright, president, head of programming for TNT, TBS and Turner Classic Movies (TCM). “The Last Ship has become this summer’s top drama among key adult demos with its epic scale and visceral storytelling. Major Crimes continues to be one of the most enduring and popular crime-drama franchises on television. And Falling Skies has begun an ambitious and thrilling story arc this summer as it sets the stage for next year’s climactic final season.”

The Last Ship is a blockbuster hit in its first season, not only among total viewers but also among key adult demos. The action-packed drama from executive producer Michael Bay has averaged more than 7.2 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery in its first season and currently ranks as basic cable’s #1 scripted series this summer with adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. The show is also cable’s #1 new series for the year-to-date among total viewers and adults 25-54.

Major Crimes is showing an uptick over last year, with 7 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery for its third season so far. It ranks second behind Rizzoli & Isles among the summer’s top scripted series on basic cable. Major Crimes has also drawn key demo deliveries of  2.1 million adults 25-54 and 1.5 million adults 18-49.

Falling Skies has averaged more than 5.5 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery for its fourth season, including 2.5 million adults 25-54 and 2.1 million adults 18-49. It ranks behind The Last Ship and Rizzoli & Isles among basic cable’s Top 3 scripted series this summer with adults 25-54.

TNT’s summer success also includes Rizzoli & Isles, which ranks as basic cable’s #1 scripted series this summer. The show has brought in a whopping 8.5 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery in its fifth season, a slight increase over its summer average last year, and ranks right behind The Last Ship as basic cable’s #2 scripted series this summer with key demos. In addition, TNT’s new crime-drama Murder in the First has averaged 5.0 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery for its first season, and Perception is averaging 4.6 million viewers in Live + 7 delivery for its third season.

TNT will continue to roll out summer dramas in August. The network will launch the highly buzzed-about drama Legends, starring Sean Bean, on Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). It will be followed by Franklin & Bash, which is coming back for its fourth season. And on Aug. 18, Dallas will return to continue its third season.

July 17, 2014 — Wargaming today deployed another exciting slew of content—Rapid Fire Update—for World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition. Available worldwide, this content update to the successful multiplayer tank warfare game allows tankers to command some of history’s most dominant U.S. autoloader tanks and adds a total of thirteen brand new American and German tanks. Two dynamic new maps have also been included in the Rapid Fire Update, delivering variety to the battlefields.

Players can now research advanced autoloaders, including the deadly T-57 heavy, and roll them into battle. Further expansion of the U.S. and German tech trees and the addition of the high-tier autoloaders give players more options to strategize and engage in battle, while adding a new tactical element to their tank play.

Each map in the Rapid Fire Update offers different tactics for various tanks. The Arctic Region presents large areas covered in ice and snow, rocky outcrops, hills and ridges. The turns and twists in this icy deathtrap make Arctic Region an engaging battlefield. The Erlenberg map offers green hills adjacent to a close-packed town which is bisected by a river with three bridges. These bridges and the different types of terrain in this map create natural contact points between opposing forces and allow for a variety of viable tactics.

Marvel Announces All-New Captain America

New York, NY – July 17th, 2014 – Marvel is excited to announce that beginning in November 2014, the title of Captain America will be passed to Sam Wilson, The Falcon, in the pages of All-New Captain America #1 by series writer Rick Remender (Captain America, Uncanny Avengers) and series artist Stuart Immonen (All-New X-Men).

Announced on “The Colbert Report” by Joe Quesada, “Sam Wilson…The Falcon, is the new Captain America.”

Addressing how Sam Wilson will follow in the footsteps of his predecessor, Steve Rogers, Remender says, “Sam wants to lead by example. To help people see their own selfishness and to turn it around. To build better communities, to never forget the little guy.”  Remender continues, “Sam follows his heart and his belief in what the American dream means and how it belongs to everyone.”

The question remains: what happens with the original Captain America, Steve Rogers? Executive Editor Tom Brevoort says, “Steve’s spirit is as willing as ever, but his body is no longer up to the task of being Captain America. So he’ll employ his skills as the new Cap’s remote strategic advisor, running Cap’s missions from his headquarters in Avengers Mansion and providing Sam with technical support and field information from a distance. He’ll also tutor Sam in how to throw the shield, a skill that’s deceptively difficult for the new Cap to master. So Steve will continue to be a vital part of the series moving ahead.”

Star Trek’s Large 2014 Comic-Con Presence

NEW YORK– CBS Consumer Products announced today an out-of-this-world lineup for the iconic Star Trek™ franchise at Comic-Con International 2014 in San Diego. Fans will be able to participate in a full weekend of Star Trek events and activities at the world-famous convention including the Star Trek’s Ships of the Line panel on Thursday evening, and Star Trek: Live in Concert with the San Diego Symphony at Embarcadero Marina Park South on Saturday.

Star Trek fans will have an assortment of one-of-a-kind products to choose from including the debut of a collection of six dog tags featuring each series’ respective ship. Star Trek’s presence at Comic-Con will kick off Thursday, July 24th from 8:30 – 9:30 pm with the Star Trek’s Ships of the Line panel in Room 4. In a Q&A moderated by Ben Robinson, editor for the long-running Star Trek Fact Files and the manager of Eaglemoss’ new Starship Collection, a team of Star Trek designers will take fans into the art department to showcase the art and inspiration of Star Trek’s most famous Ships of the Line and explore why starships have fascinated and inspired fans for nearly 50 years. gamigo AG and Ubisoft Partner Up

Hamburg, 17/07/2014 – Today, gamigo AG and Ubisoft announced the signing of a new partnership agreement. This partnership will include the integration of Ubisoft’s online games in the gamigo portal gamigo.com, as well as the marketing of these games by gamigo AG.

Ubisoft’s multiplayer online games are close to getting integrated directly into gamigo.com, allowing registered gamigo users to play these titles for free. Revenue will be generated via the sale of digital items in the game. The proceeds will then be distributed among Ubisoft and gamigo. This cooperative effort will begin with the titles “Anno Online” and “The Settlers Online” from Blue Byte, an Ubisoft studio.
