SONY E3 2013 Press Event Details
Looks like Sony’s E3 2013 press conference will take place in Los Angeles on June 10 at 6 p.m. PT. The company will be streaming the presser live via http://us.playstation.com. There was also a teaser trailer for the event released today, showing off blurry bits of what appears to be a cube-like object (presumably, the console). Hopefully the cube shape is the console as seen from above as a big cube will be difficult to fit in with my home entertainment setup, lol. Check it out below: Teaser
KONAMI to Stream Pre-E3 Show

Xbox Infinity Rumors Resurface [Rumor]
According to a leak last year, and more recent rumors, it looks as though Microsoft’s next Xbox console will be titled the “Xbox Infinity” – with an infinity symbol resembling a Windows 8 “8″ turned on its side. These rumors were further reinforced today by the good people at The International Business Times, the console will indeed be called the Xbox Infinity. Micrsoft Sends out Invites to E3 2013 Event
Microsoft has sent out invitations to their E3 2013 press event, which will take place at the Galen Center on Monday, June 10, 2013. We are anticipating that the event will begin at 9am or 10am, given that the Electronic Arts briefing begins at 1pm. Nintendo Clarifies its E3 2013 Plans
Early this morning, bleary-eyed gamers were surprised to see that Nintendo president Iwata said the company would be skipping out of the E3 press conference war. Today, however, Nintendo of America’s SDCC, Charlie Scibetta, has issued a statement clearing up the company’s plan for the yearly gaming event. Nintendo Will Not Have Large E3 Press Event
According to a Gametrailers post, Satoru Iwata, president of Nintendo, has stated that the company will not hold a traditional, large-scale E3 press event as they have done in years past. Instead, the company will be holding a number of smaller events focused directly on the West. Xbox Reveal Event Set for May 21
Looks like Microsoft is all locked and loaded to show off their next Xbox game console on May 21st, 2013. That’s only 19 days prior to the start of the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. Should be a great show and it will be very interesting to see how all the rumors of used game prohibitions, 24/7 connections, and everything else play out in reality. Is This the PlayStation 4 SplitShock Controller? [RUMOR]
Some new information has surfaced about the controller for SONY’s soon-to-be announced PlayStation 4/Codename Orbis console. If true, this is a HUGE leak! If false, it is another rumor in a sea of rumor/fervor surrounding the upcoming console, which is reportedly going to be announced at a February 20th event in New York City.
