KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA announced today that their open-world action RPG Rise of the Ronin is now available on Windows PC via Steam®, complete with a host of PC-unique features, including ultra-wide monitor compatibility, 8K resolution, 120fps, 3D audio, and more! Originally released for PlayStation®5, the epic Bakumatsu era tale takes players on a historic journey where a masterless warrior, known as a Ronin, must fight to forge their own destiny through the chaos of war and political unrest.
Rise of the Ronin takes place in 1863 Japan where, after three centuries of the Tokugawa Shogunate’s reign, the Black Ships of the West descend upon the nation’s borders and the country falls into a state of turmoil. With the fate of Japan now in the hands of a Ronin, players will encounter various historical figures, and the countless choices players make, like choosing whether to assassinate or protect key political figures, will evolve not only their destiny, but the multiple endings found in the game.
Throughout the experience, players will be able to customize weapons and styles to their liking in order to engage in the deep, accessible combat system. Various melee weapons include katana, spear, and odachi, with each weapon offering multiple styles. This leads to a variety of fighting strategy and tactics based on the types of enemies and enemy weapons confronting players. Long-ranged weapons such as guns and bows are also available depending on the situation.
Players will even be able to explore the mixed cultural landscapes of Edo, Yokohama, and Kyoto during the Bakumatsu period, with the stunning scenery actually changing with the seasons, showcasing such details as cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. Additionally, a grappling rope can be used to climb onto rooftops while an Avicula glider can be used to soar through the air, giving players the ability to capture their favorite views using photo mode.
In addition, new PC features exclusive to the Steam version include:
8K resolution support
DirectX 12 Ultimate support
Ultra-wide and super ultra-wide monitor compatibility
120fps support
Ray tracing support
3D audio support
Customizable keyboard and mouse controls

Today, Disney+ revealed the trailer and key art for the upcoming documentary “Pets,” premiering April 11 on National Pet Day. From Disney Branded Television, Imagine Documentaries, and directed by Bryce Dallas Howard (“The Mandalorian”), “Pets” explores the extraordinary relationship that exists between animals and their people, all around the world. The documentary invites viewers on an uplifting journey that showcases the universal love transcending species, filled with moments of laughter, tenderness, and genuine emotion.
Following her documentary “Dads” in 2019, Howard explores another topic that is very close to her heart. Marking this as her second documentary feature, she perfectly curates her own love and interest in animals to relate to any viewer, no matter what their own relationship with the pets in their life is like.
“Directing a documentary about the relationship between pets and their people has been a dream for years. There’s something about these wordless intuitive bonds, full of mischief and love, that feel like magic. And pet videos? They tap into such pure innocence and happiness, the kind of laughter that catches you off guard and reminds you why we love them so much,” said Bryce Dallas Howard. “Working with the incredible teams at Imagine Documentaries and Disney Branded Television was an absolute gift, and my hope is that audiences feel the same joy watching this film that we did while making it.”
Humorous and heartfelt, the film profiles a diverse cast of characters from every-day pet guardians to dedicated animal rescuers and beyond, highlighting the uniquely vital connections they share with their dogs, cats, pigs, goats and even birds of prey. With a mix of inspirational stories, archival footage, viral videos, and engaging interviews, “Pets” takes us on a hilarious and poignant journey that celebrates love, loss, and licks along the way.
The original film from Disney Branded Television is produced by Imagine Documentaries who recently produced the EMMY® Award-winning documentary “Jim Henson Idea Man” and the inspirational Disney+ docuseries “Harlem Ice.” The film is produced by Sara Bernstein, Justin Wilkes, Meredith Kaulfers, Bryce Dallas Howard and Elisabeth Jamison. Executive Producers are Brian Grazer and Ron Howard.
Additionally, now through March 30, new and eligible returning customers can subscribe to the Disney+, Hulu Bundle Basic for $2.99/month for four months – a $32 savings compared to the regular monthly price for four months – by visiting www.disneyplus.com.
The DJI Osmo Mobile 7, particularly when paired with its dedicated DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Tracking Kit, represents a significant leap forward in the realm of smartphone stabilization and content creation. For years, DJI has dominated the gimbal market, and with this latest iteration, they’ve addressed previous limitations while further refining their core strengths. The Osmo Mobile 7, on its own, presents a compelling package for casual users and aspiring content creators, but the addition of the Tracking Kit elevates it to a professional-grade tool capable of handling demanding shooting scenarios.
One of the most notable advancements is the enhanced tracking functionality. Historically, DJI required users to operate within their proprietary Mimo app to leverage subject tracking. While the app itself is robust and feature-rich, this restriction limited flexibility, especially for those who preferred to utilize their native camera apps or stream directly to social platforms. The Osmo Mobile 7, with its Multifunctional Tracking Module, effectively dismantles this barrier. This module allows for seamless tracking across any app, providing a level of freedom previously absent in DJI’s mobile gimbals. This is a game-changer for live streamers, vloggers, and anyone who values spontaneity in their content creation.
The Multifunctional Tracking Module is more than just a tracking tool; it’s a multifaceted accessory that expands the gimbal’s capabilities significantly. It integrates a wireless mic receiver, enabling users to connect the DJI Mic Mini for superior audio capture. This is crucial for professional-sounding videos, as clear audio is just as important as stable visuals. Furthermore, the module incorporates a fill light with adjustable brightness and color temperature, ensuring subjects are well-lit even in challenging lighting conditions. This eliminates the need for bulky external lighting setups, streamlining the shooting process. The inclusion of gesture control further enhances the user experience, allowing for hands-free operation of tracking, shooting, and framing. This is particularly useful for solo creators who need to manage their shots without assistance.
The Osmo Mobile 7 itself boasts a refined design that prioritizes portability and ease of use. Its lightweight construction, coupled with its foldable design, makes it incredibly travel-friendly. The built-in tripod, now seamlessly integrated into the handle, provides a stable base for hands-free shooting, eliminating the need for separate tripod accessories. The magnetic phone clamp ensures quick and secure phone mounting, allowing users to switch between shooting and other tasks with minimal disruption. The removal of the built-in extension rod in the standard Osmo Mobile 7, a feature reserved for the 7P model, is a trade-off that prioritizes compactness. However, the 7P, and the separate purchase of the extension rod, remains an option for those who need it.
DJI’s Mimo app continues to be a powerful tool for content creation. The ActiveTrack 7.0 system, accessible through the app, offers advanced subject tracking with improved accuracy and smoothness. The app also provides a range of shooting modes, including hyperlapse, time-lapse, and panorama, allowing users to experiment with different creative techniques. While the app offers in-app editing capabilities, professional users may still prefer to use dedicated editing software for more control over their workflow. However, the app’s intuitive interface and one-tap editing features make it accessible to beginners and casual users.
The Osmo Mobile 7’s stabilization performance is exemplary, delivering smooth and steady footage even in dynamic shooting scenarios. The 7th-generation 3-axis stabilization effectively eliminates unwanted shakes and jitters, resulting in professional-looking videos. The gimbal also offers various shooting modes, including pan follow, tilt follow, and FPV, allowing users to customize their shooting experience. The addition of a wheel control on the side of the gimbal provides precise control over manual focus or zoom, further enhancing creative flexibility.
DJI OM 7 What’s in the box?
Battery life is another area where the Osmo Mobile 7 excels. With up to 10 hours of runtime, users can shoot for extended periods without worrying about running out of power. The gimbal also functions as a portable charger, allowing users to top up their phone’s battery on the go. This is a valuable feature for long shooting days or travel. The ability to add a separate power bank to the gimbal for extended use, while using the multifunctional module, is a huge benefit for long shooting days.
In terms of build quality, DJI maintains its reputation for producing durable and reliable products. The Osmo Mobile 7 feels solid and well-constructed, capable of withstanding the rigors of frequent use. The magnetic phone clamp and Multifunctional Tracking Module securely attach to the gimbal, providing a stable and reliable connection.
DJI OM 7 Tracking Kit
The DJI Osmo Mobile 7 with the Tracking Kit is a comprehensive solution for smartphone content creation. It combines advanced tracking capabilities, versatile accessories, and robust stabilization performance in a user-friendly package. While the price point may be a consideration for some, the features and performance justify the investment.
Overall Rating 5 out of 5
Pros:
The Multifunctional Tracking Module allows tracking in any app, not just the DJI Mimo app.

Paradox Interactive, a developer and publisher of games that last a lifetime, today celebrates the 10th anniversary of Cities: Skylines, the award-winning city-building management game series with over 45 million players. Originally released for PC platforms on March 10, 2015, Cities: Skylines was developed by Finnish studio Colossal Order and quickly became Paradox’s fastest-selling game, had subsequent releases on several consoles, and continued to grow with over 60 different expansions and content packs and a full sequel in 2023. The series became a global phenomenon, inspiring players to seek careers in urban planning, and has even been used to help design neighborhoods and districts in real-world cities.

The following week, on March 25, 2025, a separate free Anniversary patch will be added to the original Cities: Skylines in celebration of its decade of community support.
