007 First Light Out Now

IO Interactive, the independent video game developer and publisher behind the HITMAN franchise, and Amazon MGM Studios proudly announce the worldwide launch of 007 First Light. One of 2026’s most anticipated releases, 007 First Light invites players into an original, reimagined origin story of a young James Bond as he earns his place within MI6’s elite training program. 007 First Light is available now on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, on Amazon.com, as well as for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store.

In 007 First Light, players step into the shoes of 26-year-old James Bond, a promising yet sometimes reckless Royal Navy air crewman recruited into MI6’s rigorous training program for the once revered and newly resurrected, elite 00-Programme. For the first time in video games, fans will be able to experience Bond’s ascent at MI6 from a recruit into a fully-fledged spy, as his sharp instincts, resourcefulness, and heroism propel him through the ranks and into the world of high-stakes covert operations.

Blending IO Interactive’s signature fluid, creative approach to missions with a globe-trotting espionage thriller, players will navigate each mission through infiltration, investigation, and the art of the bluff. Players will be able to choose how to overcome obstacles and challenges through brute force, cunning strategy, or disarming wit. Armed with Q-Branch’s finest gadgets, Bond will travel across breathtaking and dangerous exotic set pieces that capture the elegance, danger, and spectacle synonymous with Bond, ensuring every mission feels like a blockbuster adventure.

“With 007 First Light, we set out to honor the incredible legacy of 007 while creating a Bond gaming experience like no other,” said Hakan Abrak, CEO of IO Interactive. “This is a Bond still finding his footing, one players can grow with on his journey shaped by instincts, intelligence, and the resolve that ultimately built the character’s lasting impact.”

Star-Studded Ensemble Cast

To bring this original narrative to life, IO Interactive has assembled a standout cast. Rising star Patrick Gibson portrays James Bond in this reimagined origin story. He is joined by Priyanga Burford as the formidable M and Lennie James as Bond’s mentor John Greenway, alongside Alastair McKenzie as MI6’s tech wizard Q, Kiera Lester as Miss Moneypenny, and Noemie Nakai as the enigmatic Miss Roth. The ensemble cast also includes acclaimed actress Gemma Chan as the brilliant Dr. Selina Tan and Grammy Award winner Lenny Kravitz as the charismatic and unpredictable Pirate King Bawma. Further enriching the world of 007 First Light are special cameo appearances from Khaby Lame, the globally recognized creator and cultural sensation, alongside beloved British entertainer Jacksepticeye and legendary American streamer Shroud.

Iconic Sound

No James Bond experience is complete without a signature musical identity. Grammy-nominated artist Lana Del Rey, with legendary Bond film composer David Arnold, co-wrote and performed the game’s official theme song, “First Light”. In a blend of Del Rey’s signature vocals with Arnold’s sweeping orchestration, the track serves as the perfect atmospheric backdrop for Bond’s entry into a world defined by allure, danger, and consequence. The Flight, the UK duo, serves as the composers for 007 First Light’s score, delivering a bold soundtrack honoring the timeless legacy of the franchise’s sound, underscoring the game’s tension, elegance, and momentum. The game’s musical world is further expanded by cameo appearances from Superstar DJ Dimitri Vegas and drum and bass duo Chase & Status, who bring contemporary electronic energy to key in-game moments, with a high-voltage club sequence featuring original music from Chase & Status.

Time-Honored Partnerships

The game will feature the Aston Martin Valhalla supercar, heavily modified with Q-Branch’s latest advancements, for assistance in high-stakes encounters across global locations, alongside a selection of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and a special Triumph motorcycle that help shape Bond’s journeys on land. Field operations are elevated with Leica’s camera, putting cutting-edge optics in the hands of the world’s most famous spy. In the game, Bond is equipped with OMEGA’s brand new Seamaster Diver 300M Chronograph 007 First Light, a gadget-loaded essential that serves as a critical component on his adventure. Completing the look and lifestyle, 007 First Light partners with Orlebar Brown clothing, Coca-Cola, and Herman Miller, bringing the realism and immersiveness of these brands into the experience.

Cutting-Edge Technology

To achieve a new benchmark in visual fidelity, IO Interactive’s proprietary Glacier engine has been supercharged in partnership with NVIDIA. 007 First Light incorporates DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, maximizing frame rates on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops. Path Tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction will also be coming to 007 First Light later this summer.

007 First Light is available today on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, on Amazon.com, as well as for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will follow later this Summer 2026. 007 First Light is available in Standard, Deluxe, Collector’s, and Legacy Editions. Life Below Official Launch Trailer

Publisher Kasedo Games and Norwegian development studio Megapop are proud to announce that Life Below is out now on Steam for PC.

Life Below is a reef-building strategy game where players grow coral ecosystems, attract wildlife, and help life return to an ocean under pressure. Inspired by real marine biology, the game offers a fresh take on the city-builder genre – one seen from nature’s point of view.

Rather than focusing on endless expansion and extraction, Life Below asks players to nurture living systems where every species plays a role. As reefs grow and biodiversity increases, players must carefully balance fragile ecosystems against invasive species, rising temperatures, devastating hazards and the unpredictable forces of the sea.

Following a warmly received Steam demo, strong player feedback, and as a winner at the Unity Awards 2025, Life Below launches with a teeming selection of marine species, atmospheric original music by composer Julie Buchanan, and narrative design by acclaimed game writer Rhianna Pratchett.

“Most city builders are built around endless expansion and consumption,” says Lise Lie, Game Director on Life Below. “With Life Below, we wanted to explore a different kind of growth, one where the goal is to help an ecosystem flourish instead. Seeing players become emotionally invested in coral reefs and marine life has been incredibly meaningful for everyone working on Life Below.”

Launching alongside the game is a meticulously crafted Special Edition, as well as a Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) Supporter Pack, where all revenue goes directly toward supporting ocean conservation.

Life Below is available now via Steam and players can join the community on Discord.

Town to City 1.0 also brings a major Tourism update that introduces new tourism mechanics, allowing players to plan tour routes between hotels and landmarks and show off everything their idyllic town has to offer.

Players will also be able to build a variety of hotels, from cosy boutique stays to grand luxury resorts. Alongside the new tourism features, the update adds new quests and jobs, a brand-new town, improved townsfolk animations, and plenty of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes.

Town to City launched in Early Access in September 2025 and currently holds an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam. Since its launch, Town to City has added new features like animals, a first-person ‘Free Walk’ mode, terraforming, bridges and more.

Elgato Brings AI Control to Stream Deck

Elgato, a CORSAIR® brand, today announced MCP support for Stream Deck, opening the platform up to AI assistants for the first time. With this integration, AI tools that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can now connect to Stream Deck and trigger actions selected by the user. NVIDIA Project G-Assist, the on-device AI assistant for GeForce RTX PCs, is the first to connect, giving gamers voice control over their entire setup. Aitum, a popular automation platform for streamers, is also integrating, letting live events like raids and subscriptions trigger Stream Deck actions. More partners are on the way.

“We’ve spent years bringing Stream Deck to more surfaces,” said Julian Fest, SVP and General Manager of Elgato. “We put it in a mouse, a keyboard, and on your screen. Opening it up to AI is the next step in that journey, and we’re just getting started.”

How it Works

Users with the latest version of Stream Deck software can enable the integration in their settings. This creates a dedicated virtual device called MCP Deck, with 32 keys that can be filled with actions from Stream Deck’s vast library of integrations. An MCP server connects AI tools to the deck, but the user decides exactly which actions to make available, keeping control predictable and intentional.

NVIDIA Project G-Assist

NVIDIA G-Assist is an on-device AI assistant for GeForce RTX PCs. Powered by a small but capable language model running locally on the GPU, it responds to voice and text commands, letting users optimize performance and manage their system on the fly.

With Stream Deck integration, G-Assist’s reach expands well beyond the desktop. Through a dedicated plugin, it connects to the user’s MCP Deck, gaining access to every action on it. It also brings something entirely new to Stream Deck: voice control. For the first time, users can trigger Stream Deck actions just by speaking.

Here’s what that looks like in practice. Gamers can trigger in-game abilities or save a clip by voice, keeping their hands on the keyboard and mouse. Streamers can launch their entire broadcast setup with a single spoken command. Video editors can fire off actions without reaching for a key or breaking their creative flow.

These are just a few examples. With Stream Deck’s vast library of integrations and deep customization, there’s plenty more to discover.

“Project G-Assist helps gamers and creators get more from their PCs. Stream Deck expands that even further, giving G-Assist access to a whole new range of actions beyond system settings,” said Gerardo Delgado, Senior Director of Product Management at NVIDIA. “Press a button for a single action, or talk to G-Assist to trigger several at once. That’s AI delivering real, everyday value.”

Aitum

Aitum Nexus is a popular automation platform that helps creators run more interactive and responsive livestreams. It already connects to platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, as well as broadcast tools like OBS and Streamlabs Desktop. With MCP integration, its reach expands into Stream Deck’s broader ecosystem, letting live events trigger actions across it.

This opens up a new kind of reactive production. A donation could activate a voice effect. A channel point redemption could post a message in Discord. A raid could launch a Multi Action that switches scenes, dims the lights, and plays a sound all at once. The more a creator has built into Stream Deck, the more Aitum can do with it.

Looking Ahead

G-Assist and Aitum are the first to connect to Stream Deck through MCP, but they won’t be the last. Because MCP is an open standard, any compatible AI platform can plug in the same way. Each one inherits Stream Deck’s ecosystem — the apps, hardware, shortcuts, and systems that users have already built into their workflows. AI provides the input; Stream Deck provides the actions.

Availability

Stream Deck’s MCP support, a new plugin for NVIDIA Project G-Assist, and Aitum integration are available today. To get started, users need Stream Deck 7.4 or later and an existing Stream Deck device.

GeForce RTX owners can install G-Assist through the NVIDIA App, where the Stream Deck plugin comes pre-installed with v0.2.1. Setup also requires the Elgato MCP server, with a step-by-step guide available to help.

Horror Deckbuilder INFERIUS Debuts New Trailer

Lucid Rain Studios is thrilled to debut a horrifying new trailer for INFERIUS, its upcoming horror deckbuilder, as part of this weekend’s Endix digital event. The trailer is accompanied by a new demo that features a mix of first-person horror traversal and creepy card gameplay. Players can also check out the virtual demo of INFERIUS at Endix from May 23rd – 24th, located on the second floor. The Lucid Rain team designed their own custom booth based on INFERIUS for Endix, which was both a chance to let the game’s design shine and a challenge for the team.

“Our goal for the booth was to create a space that is unmistakably INFERIUS before a single gameplay trailer plays. An environment where the theme does the work, where a player can step in and immediately understand the tone, the tension, and the world the studio has built,” said Inferius Game Director Rosche Reeder.

“Building a digital booth meant making real creative decisions, not just slapping up a banner and a monitor, but designing an atmospheric space from scratch. What does this world feel like? What should someone sense the moment they walk in? The horror theme wasn’t a backdrop to work around. It was the foundation on which everything was built,” said Reeder.

You can check out the demo and booth for yourself by downloading Endix on Steam. The Lucid Rain Studios team will be checking in at the booth throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday, along with dedicated time from 3 – 5PM Eastern.

The INFERIUS demo covers the game’s full first dominion, including its branching paths, exploration segments, card battles, and the newly revealed boss encounter. Each run reshuffles encounter types across the map, so no two descents into Limbo play the same way.

WAR SAILS Expands With Major New Patch

TaleWorlds Entertainment today announced the release of a major new patch for both MOUNT & BLADE II: BANNERLORD and War Sails, its naval expansion [WS v1.2 / BL v1.4]. The updates introduce a wealth of new content and improvements across both titles, marking the latest milestone in TaleWorlds’ ongoing commitment to expanding and evolving both Bannerlord and the War Sails experience.

The War Sails expansion launched in November 2025, and player feedback has played a central role in shaping the direction of post-launch development. This update reflects that ongoing dialogue, and TaleWorlds would like to thank the community for their continued support and input. That support has been echoed by the games press, with many outlets praising the expansion’s ambition and impact on Bannerlord’s core experience:

SEABORNE VILLAGE RAIDS (War Sails)

The centrepiece of the War Sails update v1.2 is the introduction of Seaborne Village Raids – a brand new feature that brings the brutal coastal assault tactics of the Viking era to both the Campaign and Mission gameplay.

Players and AI lords can now launch or defend raids on coastal settlements directly from the sea or rivers, requiring shallow draft ships and a crew of at least 15 troops. Village militia will assess the balance of power and either stand and fight – triggering a seaborne village raid mission – or yield, allowing looting to begin immediately. The feature deepens naval strategy, increases lord activity at sea, and introduces new fleet considerations that add fresh layers to campaign planning.

Seaborne Village Raids play out across 16 newly designed coastal scenes that offer a distinct and replayable mission experience for War Sails players. This headline addition arrives  alongside a broad range of further updates and improvements to both War Sails and Bannerlord, including:

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord Updates

  • HIDEOUTS – Improved hideout gameplay with more flexible stealth options and distinct rewards for stealth and assault approaches.
  • DIPLOMACY – Overhauled diplomacy featuring smarter wars, deeper alliances, trade agreements, and meaningful consequences that reflect the evolving political landscape.
  • BATTLES & SIEGES – Refined combat with more forgiving outcomes, smarter AI, and improved unit balance.
  • ARMY CHANGES – Armies now require a more substantial force to form and will disband more quickly if too weak to attack, resulting in fewer but stronger armies on the map. This also leaves more noble parties free to respond to threats, strengthening settlement defence – while auto-resolved sieges now take twice as long, giving reinforcements time to arrive.

War Sails Updates

SEABORNE VILLAGE RAIDS – Coastal villages can now be raided directly from the sea or rivers, with village militia either standing their ground or yielding – triggering different outcomes across both Campaign and Mission gameplay.
INCREASED NAVAL ACTIVITY – Enemy nobles now actively target coastal ports and sea lanes during wartime, while rebalanced AI drives greater naval travel across all factions – increasing the frequency of meaningful encounters at sea.
NAVAL BATTLE MISSION CHANGES – Naval battles have been refined for a smoother, more engaging experience. Players can now delegate control of their ship to the crew, freeing them to move and fight independently.
NEW ROLES & WANDERERS – Two new naval party roles bring more options to crew management, alongside three new Nord wanderer types.
2 NEW SHIPS – The Battanian Barlinnger, a slower, sturdier vessel built for larger engagements with strong ranged capabilities, and the Nord Battle Knarr, a reinforced ship designed to carry ballistae and larger crews.
NEW BODY ARMORS & HELMETS – Two new body armours – the Reinforced Mail Coat and the Nordic Long Heavy Mail – arrive alongside nine new Nord helmets, including the Nordic Spectacle Helmet and the Brass Vendel Helmet.

Major Update: Crusade Mode 1.0

  • Can select three lengths of Crusade, Short (1 planet), Medium (2) and Long (3);
  • Each planet has a number of zones, each with a number of battles within it against the same enemy faction;
  • Each Zone also has its own unique gameplay modifier and completing a zone gives a significant resource bonus and also a one-off choice of additional rewards;
  • The army starts with 1000 army cap, but only 500-600 points worth of units within it. Players are free to spend some of the initial resources to customize the starting force;
  • After each battle players earn HQ Tokens and Requisitions equal to the current Income for those two resources. This is shown in red on the strategy map. Income can be increased by some zone rewards.
