The details of the next chapter of DOOM Eternal were revealed today during Gamescom Opening Night Live. DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods, Part One – releasing October 20, 2020 – is a new single-player expansion to the award-winning and critically acclaimed entry to the DOOM franchise.
The first of a two-part story expansion for DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods, Part One casts players once again as the DOOM Slayer to confront an ancient evil awoken from an imbalance in the heavens. Ripping and tearing through never-before-seen locations in the DOOM universe, players will face off against fierce new demons and discover a new chapter in the DOOM Slayer’s story.
The Ancient Gods, Part One will be available at no additional cost for players who own the DOOM Eternal Year One Pass or the Digital Deluxe edition of DOOM Eternal. For players who don’t own the Year One Pass, The Ancient Gods, Part One will be available to purchase separately and will include free access to BATTLEMODE. This year again, players will be able to enjoy a selection of legendary cars in WRC 9, the official video game of the FIA World Rally Championship.
The latest edition of the highly-successful game, which will be available worldwide on PC on September 3, 2020 and in North America on Consoles September 8, features a total of 15 classic cars that have all left their mark in history by winning the WRC’s drivers’ or manufacturers’ world titles at least once. Many of these extremely responsive cars come from an era in which high-tech driving aids were not available, and require very specific handling skills.

Yet, she was brought to trial and acquitted by an all-male jury in unanimous agreement that a woman surely could not be capable of murder!
No one back then could have predicted the worldwide and enduring fascination with this as yet ‘unsolved’ cold case making it the most famous crime in America, second in the entire world only to the infamous Jack the Ripper murders in London, England.
The double murder of Lizzie Borden’s parents, Andrew and Abby seems to have stirred the spirits into great unrest, leaving The Lizzie Borden House perpetually occupied by roaming ghosts which, depending on the individual, frighten and delight guests of the now entitled Lizzie Borden B and B. Could it be the spirits are trying to tell us something? Are they restless because the crime is, to this day, officially unsolved?
“The Lizzie Borden Murder House” will be a 24-hour, 4-day-long live streaming immersive experience investigating not only the crime in search of answers, but also fully investigating the active haunting and anomalous activity of the location. With guests from television psychic Chris Fleming, to real Scotland Yard Homicide Inspector, Colin Taylor, we and our audience will try and get to the bottom of who really committed the evil acts and why the spirits are still so restless in the Borden House. Six Flags Great Adventure recently launched its hiring season for HALLOWFEST to fill positions from September 18 through November 1. The theme park will hire scare actors and entertainers, as well as other positions in diverse departments, all while conducting virtual hiring and training.
The new HALLOWFEST fall event will temporarily replace Fright Fest, and feature family-friendly activities during Thrills by Day, and spooky attractions with coasters in the dark during Chills by Night.
With a focus on safety, Six Flags Great Adventure has implemented new protocols for the hiring process.
