Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for their upcoming monster-slaying Shadows of the Damned titled ‘Enlarge Your Johnson’. In the trailer, we learn how the player can increase and enhance the capabilities of the various weapons to be found in the game, which is due out on June 21st for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms.

Gun Sonata Out Now for Bulletstorm PC

Electronic Arts has announced that the Gun Sonata DLC pack for Bulletstorm is out now on the Windows PC platform. Gun Sonata retails for $9.99 and features three new maps for the game’s Anarchy multiplayer mode (Sewers of Stygia, Hotel Elysium, and the Villa) as well as two new Echo gameplay mode maps (Crash Site and Guns of Stygia).

Battlefield Heroes Pirates Trailer

Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for their online shooter, Battlefield Heroes, announcing the Summer arrival of Pirates to the game. This is all part of the Battlefield Heroes “Summer of Heroes” campaign which will see the released of several character packs over the coming months.

Fullmetal Battle Announced for iOS, Browsers, and Android Markets

Funimation Entertainment and Good Game Productions have announced that they are bringing the world of Fullmetal Alchemist to the iOS, Android, and Web Browser markets this Summer with Fullmetal Battle. Fullmetal Battle is a turn-based RPG / fighting game that will allow players to create their very own Alchemists and can partner up with fellow players in 3v3 battles.

“FUNimation and Good Game Productions teamed up to bring fans the opportunity to battle in the rich Fullmetal Alchemist universe. As both fans and longtime followers of the show, we hope to appeal to our loyal fans and to expose new fans to this show which continues to resonate with so many people,” said FUNimation president and CEO Gen Fukunaga.

FEAR 3 Scoring Trailer Released

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released a new trailer for their upcoming F.E.A.R. 3, showing off the game’s scoring system. One interesting aspect of the multiplayer scoring system is that players gain points for secretly stealing and backstabbing each other for kills. FEAR 3 is due out on June 21st for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Windows PC platforms.

Arma 3 Announced with Screenshots

Bohemia Interactive has announced the sequel to the popular wargame, Arma 2. Arma 3 is due out exclusively on Windows PCs in the Summer of 2012 and will feature an all-new version of the Real Virtuality game engine. The game takes place during a fictional war between NATO and the Eastern Block nations in the European theater. Bohemia Interactive is showing a few titles at E3 this year, and I just got confirmation that this was one of their secret showings for the expo. We will be bringing you a full preview of the game from E3 as soon as we meet with them in a few weeks.

Bohemia Interactive´s CEO, Marek Spanel, explains: ”We’re happy to bring the next generation of the Real Virtuality engine to life. The increased potential of the engine should allow Arma 3 to become our best-looking, most detailed and innovative military simulation game to date.”

Top Chef Champion to Open Restaurant at Nexon America Media Event

Top Chef winner, Chef Michael Voltaggio confirmed plans for opening his new Los Angeles-based restaurant, ink., in July. Prior to this official opening, however, Voltaggio will open the restaurant by hosting a special video game event for online game publisher, Nexon America. The menu at this E3-timed media event? Chinese-inspired eggs benedict as well as a dragon fruit and frozen yogurt dish.

Why Chinese? Nexon America will be heavily promoting their upcoming social MMO, Dragons Nest, which is schedule to launch later this Summer.

Awesomenauts Announced for XBLA and PSN with First Screenshots

dtp Entertainment and Ronimo Games have announced Awesomenauts, an upcoming side-scrolling battle arena title that is due out on the Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network later this year. They also released the first screenshots from the title, which you can see below. The game will be first demoed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in a few weeks.

“We are thrilled to surprise the world with Awesomenauts at E3, and look forward to announcing further details then. If MOBA games and classic animated series were to have a baby, this would be it!”, says Jasper Koning, co-founder of Ronimo Games. “They don’t make ’em like this anymore!”

Immortals Contest Wants to Send Two People to Comic Con

Just got word from Relativity Media, Archaia Entertainment, and Fandango that they are hosting a contest in honor of the upcoming flick, Immortals, which will send two lucky winners to the San Diego Comic-Con in July. Immortals is an upcoming flick chronicling the journey of Theseus as he battles the forces of Hyperion. The film is due out on November 11th, 2011.

Electronic Arts has released a brand-new trailer for their soon-to-be released The Sims 3 expansion: Generations. The Sims 3 Generations is available on June 3rd and will give Sims of all ages new activities to do and ways to interact, from the baby Sim to the grandparent Sim.
