It’s summertime in Riders Republic, and things are heating up with the release of Season 15. The new season brings exciting new Toys, the Pockett Plane and the Pockett Hovercraft, as well as a new Season Progression, and new Events to the Republic – not to mention a summertime hub redecoration.

Explore the Republic in chaotically fun new ways with the Pockett Plane and the Pockett Hovercraft, each of which are available in the Premium Season Progression or for purchase with Republic Coins. The Pockett Plane speeds through the air and can take off directly from the ground, no runway required. The pack comes with three planes: the V4M-Rick, Night Hawk, and F404.

The Pockett Hovercraft can ride over any terrain and also comes with three hovercrafts in the pack: Mad Billy, Ranger, and Typhoon. Throughout the season, there will be at least one live Event per week that will let you try the Pockett Plane and Pockett Hovercraft for free. Along with the Pockett Car that was introduced in Season 14, all Pocket Toys now have their own section in the Gear category in the menu.

Riders Republic Season 15 will also bring six live Events, two LIVE areas with weekly challenges, Mass Races, and 1 to 8 Challenges. The Special Summer Week will run from July 9-16 and is all about the art of boarding, with three live events with Skates, and two live events for the Longboard and Mountainboard. There will be two live areas and discounts on Skates, and Riders Republic will be showcasing some of the parks created by players that were inspired by other skate games.

The new Season Progression features 20 tiers of unlockable rewards, including headwear, gear, skins, and other in-game rewards. The in-game Shop will also feature summer-themed items to help you beat the heat, including the Flybikes Pool Party, Wild Ducks, and Horsefeather Arctic Camo outfits, among others. Season 15 also introduces gameplay improvements for User Generated Events, notably a change in checkpoint rules, where you’ll now be teleported to two seconds before a missed checkpoint instead of having a failed event, and a Quick Test improvement in Creation, where you follow a trail and have a maximum time, but no trick limit.

Expansive Worlds, a creative division within Avalanche Studios Group, has launched theHunter: Call of the Wild’s new DLC map “Askiy Ridge Preserve” today on PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store, as well as on PlayStation and Xbox. Hunters will have to wrap up warm to endure the icy Canadian wilderness, as they challenge themselves in 13 new missions and hunt the 19 species inhabiting the Alberta map.

As theHunter: Call of the Wild base game arrives free today for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, all PlayStation Plus members can expand their hunting horizons with a 15% discount for the Alberta Preserve at launch. Players on Steam can also enjoy a 15% launch discount for a period.

Avalanche Studios has also launched The Hunter Pro Pack bundle, including a loyal Bloodhound companion plus nine previous DLCs, and a plethora of hunting gear upgrades. This will be exclusive to the PlayStation platform for the coming months.

FBC: Firebreak Available Now

Paradox Interactive today announced that Archon Prophecy, the new expansion for their award-winning fantasy strategy game Age of Wonders 4, will launch August 12 on PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S for a suggested retail price of $24.99/£20.99/€24.99. Archon Prophecy includes the new Architects culture, allowing players to construct vast, magical monuments within their cities, new forms, new narrative content, two new story realms, and much more. Warner Bros. Games today released a new trailer spotlighting the 12 primary game modes in DC Worlds Collide, the upcoming free-to-play squad-based role-playing game set in the DC universe. Ranging from boss battles with increasing difficulty to 5v5 player vs. player arenas, fans will experience a large suite of solo and competitive game modes as they unite a team of the mightiest DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains to take on the Crime Syndicate from another Universe.

Featuring 12 different game modes to master, DC Worlds Collide will provide unique challenges that gradually increase in complexity, allowing players of all experience levels to enjoy as they aim to stop a twisted Justice League from destroying the world. These modes include:

Main Stages: Play through the main story and experience a thrilling narrative inspired by the DC comic storylines in “Trinity War” and “Forever Evil.” Recruit more than 70 Super Heroes and Super-Villains from the DC universe including Raven, Constantine, Two Face, Nightwing, Mr. Freeze, Blue Beetle, Sinestro and more – all with their own unique abilities. The chilling new “Nightmare” chapter introduces the most challenging content yet, headlined by the all-new Nightmare Mode, a deadly dance with the Grim Reaper, a Trap Starter Deck, new cards, traits, and a raised level cap.

Nightmare Mode – 13 Layers of Terror

Nightmare Mode challenges you to survive 13 sequential Nightmares, each composed of 13 cursed nights. Every Nightmare throws new curveballs your way: curated groups of humans with unique traits, and escalating modifiers that carry over from one Nightmare to the next. It’s a brutal, escalating gauntlet of strategic horror.

And then… there’s the Grim Reaper.

In Nightmare Mode, every kill or madness you induce earns you souls. Collect 13 souls, and you can summon the Reaper to harvest a human of your choice instantly. Survive all 13 Nightmares and you’ll unlock the Crypt Room, letting the Reaper haunt with you in future/other game modes.

Nightmare unlockables include Corpse Explosion (card), the Crypt Room, Sleep Paralysis (card), and a new achievement.

New Trap Starter Deck

Once you reach XP-level 12, you’ll unlock a new starter deck built entirely around traps. These cards specialize in ambushes, synergy, and indirect terror, giving you new strategies to exploit adventurers who get a little too confident.

Combined with existing mechanics, traps offer new ways to sow fear and chaos, one carefully laid mechanism at a time.

This update also comes with several tweaks and polish including heart death animation, dead human portraits removed, and a counter of turns on humans with the “Helpline” trait.

And yes, “Jason” is now officially in the name pool for humans. Happy Friday the 13th!
