Enlisted: Reinforced Early Access Launch Trailer

**Update: Enlisted Has Been Removed from Steam, here is the official message from Gaijen:

Dear Players,

We see that many of you are very dissatisfied with the Early Access version we made available on Steam. Some of you are not happy that the game is bundled with a paid DLC on Steam. Some of you couldn’t link your existing Gaijin.Net accounts to the Steam version due to technical issues. We’re deeply sorry for this.

We’ve removed the Early Access version of Enlisted: Reinforced from the Steam Store for now. All users who purchased a Steam access pack for Enlisted: Reinforced can continue playing via Steam. Meanwhile, we’ll do our best to assess what we can do to address the issues you raised.

Unfortunately, there is a significant technical obstacle preventing us from making the linking process smooth enough. It occurs if a player has already linked their Steam account to another Gaijin.Net game, but the email used there and the one used for Enlisted do not match. This completely breaks our linking procedure.

The existing Steam version was never intended to be available to a massive number of players, hence the “Early Access” status, so making it available to existing huge audience of Enlisted fans could probably lead to even more dissatisfaction, as more people would face these technical issues, or new ones.

We’d like to apologise once again for letting down both our existing players and those who wishlisted the game on Steam. Please follow the news on our website while we continue exploring our Steam options, looking for a solution for a linking issue and polishing all aspects of the game.

Original News Release

Darkflow Software and Gaijin Entertainment announce that the WW2 online shooter Enlisted: Reinforced is now available on Steam. Early Access to the game is granted to those who purchase one of the access packs with unique game content. Enlisted: Reinforced also runs on Steam Deck and supports full cross-play with all platforms where Enlisted is available.

Early Access phase will give developers time to improve support for the unique features of Steam and Steam Deck (a Linux version of the game was created for this device from scratch).

Early Access packs include premium soldier squads and vehicles, that will allow commanders who are new to Enlisted to fight any opponents on equal terms even in their first battles. Players who continue to support the developers using the Gaijin.Net client can purchase similar packs in the Gaijin.Net store to receive the same gaming experience as users of the Steam version.

Enlisted: Reinforced boasts all the content created for Enlisted in recent years – hundreds of weapons, vehicles and equipment that actually existed during WW2. Some of the latest additions to Enlisted include Type Hei automatic rifles, M26 Pershing heavy tanks, Ki-84 ko fighters & more. After the recent update, the game allows you to control the tail gunners of the aircraft. Major updates for Enlisted are usually released several times a year, bringing even more content.

The visuals are also constantly being improved: i.e. in March, Enlisted added support for the DirectX 12 API (currently being tested) and FSR 2.0 scaling technology. On previous generation consoles, a “high performance mode” preset was added, which can increase FPS up to 60 frames per second. The version for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 runs in 1080p resolution, and on PlayStation 4 Pro – 1800p.

More information about these and other changes in the game can be found on the official website of the game.

Beast Fighter: Karate Bullfighter & Karate Bearfighter Blu-ray Announcement

Eureka Entertainment announces the June 25 release of Beast Fighter, two thrilling martial arts movies based on the hit manga series Karate Baka Ichidai and starring Sonny Chiba. Presented for the first time ever on Blu-ray from brand-new restorations as part of the Eureka Classics range. The first print run of 2000 copies will feature an O-card slipcase and collector’s booklet.

The mighty Sonny Chiba (Bodyguard Kiba) stars in two spectacular martial arts movies based upon the real life of Masutatsu “Mas” Ōyama – the fabled bull-slaying karate master who trained none other than Chiba himself.

In Karate Bullfighter (or Champion of Death), a karate tournament is crashed by an enigmatic martial artist calling himself Ōyama (Chiba), who arrives in tattered rags and beats all who dare challenge him. But Ōyama’s entrance into the world of karate has unforeseen consequences, and soon he is fighting for far more than sporting victory. Then, in Karate Bearfighter, Ōyama is expelled from the karate community for refusing to pull his punches. With nowhere else to turn, he takes a job with the yakuza after running into Kimura (Hideo Murota), who Ōyama once knew as a fellow member of the Imperial Japanese Air Service before he turned to a life of crime. Ultimately, though, Ōyama has no more respect for his superiors on the streets than he did in the dojo…

Directed by Kazuhiko Yamaguchi (Sister Street Fighter), Karate Bullfighter and Karate Bearfighter were adapted from the popular manga series Karate Baka Ichidai by Ikki Kajiwara, which ran from 1971 to 1977 and chronicled the life and legend of Mas Ōyama. Eureka Classics is proud to present both films for the first time ever on Blu-ray from brand new restorations of the original film elements by Toei.

SPECIAL EDITION FEATURES:
Limited edition O card slipcase (first print run of 2000 copies only); 1080p presentations of both films across two Blu-ray discs, from new restorations of the original film elements by Toei; Original Japanese mono audio; Optional English subtitles; Brand new feature length audio commentaries on both films by action cinema experts Mike Leeder & Arne Venema; In Search of the Ultimate Truth – Brand new video essay by Jonathan Clements, author of A Brief History of the Martial Arts; Original theatrical trailers; PLUS: A Limited edition collector’s booklet featuring new writing by Eddie Falvey (first print run of 2000 copies only).

In addition to the reappearance of the Anni Rappy at the NGS 3rd Anniversary Event, the new Anni Emperappy and Anni Great Rappy will also flap their way over for the festivities. The NGS 3rd Anniversary Event will feature the Limited-time Urgent Quest: Happy Rappy Rumble: Stia. Leciel Exploration Updates Begin on April 10

Starting April 10th, a new gameplay element will be added to Leciel Exploration. In addition to enemy level increases, there will be items that enhance Player Ability Buffs, some allowing for consecutive use of Photon Blasts, and others that further empower Throw Actions. Both offer exhilarating power-ups. A new DOLLS enemy called Giruva will appear in the new Trial Giruva Diversion, relentlessly pursuing players with its eerie appearance. Defeat Giruva to get powerful Ability Enhancements but be careful as your options to do so are limited. Additionally, if players get caught by Giruva it’ll unleash an incredibly powerful attack, so be sure to stay alert and exercise caution. If players destroy all the Giruva Cores on the field, they will have a chance to counterattack, so beware!

In addition, new Ruinus boss enemies are waiting for players in the final area; Ruine Vibras, with its large horns, and Ruine Exegul, which manipulates gravity. To help against these powerful enemies, a new 10-star Rarity weapon series called Xover will be introduced. Weapons from the Xover series not only restore HP when you use Photon Blasts, but also possess three different Potentials depending on the weapon type. Multi-weaponize them and find the best combination that suits your play style. In addition to this, Growthment II and LC-type Augment Capsules will drop in the updated Leciel Exploration.

In conjunction with the Leciel Exploration update, All-Ship Matchmaking will be available, which will allow you to be matched with ARKS from other Ships. By enabling All-Ship Matchmaking under Matchmaking Word Settings, players can play Leciel Exploration with ARKS from different Ships. In All-Ship Matchmaking, any Meseta or items obtained within the quest will be acquired as if they were obtained on your normal Ship. By enabling All-Ship Matchmaking, players will not be able to utilize Alliance or friend features specific to their Ship. Additionally, features such as Urgent Quest notifications and Live Boosts will be turned off. At this time, All-Ship Matchmaking will only be available for Leciel Exploration, but the NGS Team plans to gradually expand the list of eligible quests in future updates.

Tech Arts Customization will offer additional PAs and Techniques. This update will include one PA for each weapon type, plus Ice, Thunder, and Dark Techniques. This excludes Wands and Talis weapons.

Major Target Suppression Mission: Planetcrusher Blitz

The new High-difficulty Quest: Major Target Suppression Mission: Planetcrusher Blitz will be available to play from April 17th. The Dark Falz Dalion that appears in this quest is an extremely powerful Starless that attacks the ARKS together with its clones. As in previous Major Target Suppression Missions, up to four players can participate, and you will fail the quest after a set number of incapacitations. Prep like a top chef and slice and dice this new threat with your friends!

The new 11-star-Rarity Wingard weapon series is a drop for this quest. The Wingard series Potential increases damage to enemies for a set time after hitting them with a Photon Blast. In conjunction with this quest, Major Target Suppression Mission Title Tasks will also be added. Weekly Tasks have also been updated, with the Target Quest changed from Halphia Lake Interception Part II to Planetcrusher Blitz, and a new Task for Planetcrusher Blitz from NPC Leah May. We dare you to complete them all!

Sweet New Build Parts

Starting April 17th, an assortment of sweets-themed furniture and retro furniture will be added to Build Parts so players can spice up their Creative Space or Alliance Space.
