During today’s Nintendo Direct, Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games revealed the Star Wars™: Battlefront Classic Collection, launching March 14, 2024, on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam for $35.01. This new title brings the original Star Wars™ Battlefront (2004) and Star Wars™ Battlefront II (2005) games to modern platforms with online play for up to 64 players, expansions to Hero Assault mode, and all previously released bonus content. Steam users will also enjoy Steam Deck support.

League of Geeks is gearing up for the release of Solium Infernum by premiering a four-episode video series that proves a strategy game can end friendships. The political grand strategy game of subterfuge, intrigue, and betrayal set in Hell is set to release on PC via Steam on February 22nd.
Inspired by the community’s stories from the original game, Between Two Infernos follows the path of a group of four players on the development team fighting for the Throne of Hell. The first episode dives into the initial political manoeuvres and treacherous plots of these soon-not-to-be friends. The following three episodes will be available on League of Geeks’ YouTube Channel after the release.
Solium Infernum is a political grand strategy game of subterfuge, intrigue, and betrayal set in Hell. Players assume the role of one of Hell’s eight great Archfiends and must outwit and outmanoeuvre their rivals to claim the vacant Infernal Throne.
The game boasts diverse multiplayer modes, accommodating both time-strapped players and those seeking extended strategic encounters. Asynchronous multiplayer matches support up to six players with turns taken across several days or weeks and requiring just a few minutes to play every day, fitting a genre notorious for its multiplayer inaccessibility into its’ players’ busy schedules. For strategy fans favouring immediate action, real-time multiplayer is also available.
The future will be written today. Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance, a licensed Skydance real-time strategy game, has launched today on Steam. Publisher Slitherine invites players to join the fight for humanity’s survival, pitting man against a terrifying synthetic machine network.
War unleashed
Set in the Terminator: Dark Fate cinematic universe, Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance unleashes a war of survival featuring complex tactical battles across a riveting single-player multiple-choice campaign and online multiplayer battles. Three distinct factions – Founders, Resistance, and Legion – await the player’s command in the gritty real-time strategy game. A player’s decision will resonate in a myriad of ways as they must decide between gaining intel, volunteers, or potential open conflict with other human survivors.
Future War
Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance offers a gamut of strategy and tactical options, including branching dialogue, events, and mission objectives, as well as a strategic army management screen where players can upgrade character skills, weapons, and vehicles, plus unit customization.
Future War will be featured in full, from plasma cannons, drones, guerilla warfare, and the careful husbanding of limited resources and weapons. Dynamic physics-based battlefields and realistic damage models further enhance the real-time tactical feel of Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance.
A New Way of Fighting
Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance ships with four skirmish modes, including Assault mode, which see players choose the Founders or Legion factions and either attack or defend an Underground base, and Domination mode, which allows all factions to be played with different reinforcement and gameplay rules. Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance includes four playable maps in multiplayer mode, allowing up to players to duel it out in 1vs1 and 2vs2 games.
KOEI TECMO America and developer Omega Force, alongside collaborators TYPE-MOON and Aniplex Inc., announced that the first DLC for their action RPG Fate/Samurai Remnant, is now available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™, and PC Windows via Steam®. DLC Vol.1 “Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship” adds all new story elements and controllable characters to the mix as Masters and Servants team-up to compete in the ultimate tournament against some of Fate’s greatest fighters.
In “Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship”, the boss of Babyloni-ya summons Masters and Servants to a mysterious arena, where he suddenly announces the commencement of the Keian Command Championship. In addition to Iori and Saber, players will be able to control the other characters, including the newly playable Rider, enabling everyone to experience the tournament from different perspectives that were not depicted in the main story. Between matches, players will discover new cutscenes and learn more about the characters – and if they manage to win the tournament, players will unlock an ending sequence unique to each team.
In addition to the seven different teams already participating, a new Servant will join the Keian Command Championship: the Divine Spirit Ibuki-Douji! Depending on the team players choose to play as, they may also be able to directly control Ibuki-Douji and fight their way to victory. And once players meet a certain condition, they will even be able to recruit Ibuki-Douji and the boss of Babyloni-ya as Rogue Servants in the main story.
Fate/Samurai Remnant is now available in both Standard and Digital Deluxe editions. The Digital Deluxe Edition features the base game, a digital artbook and soundtrack, the Fate/Samurai Remnant Season Pass that includes three DLC sets, and the Season Pass Bonus item “Hallowed Relic Sword Mountings”.
The Fate/Samurai Remnant DEMO is also currently available on all platforms. Starting from the encounter between the protagonist, Miyamoto Iori, and his Servant, Saber, to their first battle against Rider and Lancer, this demo version includes thrilling action as the team explores the town of Asakusa. Save data from the demo can be carried over to the full version*.

Forza Motorsport Update 5 is now available across Xbox consoles, Windows PC, Steam, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
