LYSFANGA: THE TIME SHIFT WARRIOR LAUNCH TRAILER

Today, Quantic Dream and Sand Door Studio are proud to announce the release of Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior, a new tactical hack ‘n’ slash published under the label SPOTLIGHT by QUANTIC DREAM.

The game is now available on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store at a recommended retail price of $24.99. To celebrate the release, partner platforms will offer a 20% discount during the first week of launch, for a suggested retail price of $19.99.

“We’ve put much creativity and care into Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior, and I am so excited to see how players will challenge themselves and make the game their own,” states Thibault Legouet, Game Director at Sand Door Studio. “It is an honor to lead the development of Sand Door Studio’s inaugural game, and to see a bright idea from our student project grow into a full-blown game. I hope players will have tons of fun strategizing, challenging themselves, and summoning an army of their past selves to save the kingdom of Antala.”

Thanks to the godlike powers of the game’s protagonist, Imë, players can rewind time a few seconds in the past and summon clones – remnants – to overpower their enemies. Each arena can be defeated in countless ways with a combination of remnants, spells, and weapons, bringing a strategic approach to battle.

Additionally, players can push their limits by changing the difficulty of settings and adding combat modifiers to unlock new rewards with a special game mode called “Figments of Battle.” By replaying and optimizing each arena, they can challenge themselves to rise to the top and beat the game’s high scores.

The game is fully dubbed in English and is also available with subtitles in the following languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Latin American Spanish and Turkish.

Furthermore, Quantic Dream and Sand Door Studio have released the game’s official soundtrack on digital streaming platforms, available today in partnership with KidKatana Records. The soundtrack blends various music genres – such as electronic, dark ambient and industrial tribal – and the composers Thomas Lanza and Pablo Gomez have taken inspiration from artists like Ulf Söderberg, Steve Roach, and Tzol’kin, among others.

Bulletstorm VR Releases Significant Patches

People Can Fly and Incuvo S.A. today released a major update for Bulletstorm VR. Today’s patch for the PlayStation VR 2 and Steam VR provides fixes for multiple crashes and bugs, improves the AI on select enemies, adds several quality of life improvements and more. Additionally, the developers recently released a patch on January 26 for Meta Quest 2 and 3 which decreases crashes happening on the platforms by 75%, improves enemy AI drastically, fixes occasional soft-locks in menus and features many quality-of-life improvements within the brutal sci-fi first-person VR shooter. The second patch for Meta platforms is in development.

ARK’s “Love Ascended” V-Day Event and First Premium Mods Available Now

World of Tanks Adds Exclusive Dune: Part Two In-game Events

Wargaming announces the licensing of Dune from Legendary Entertainment, unveiling in-game adventures across World of Tanks, World of Tanks Blitz and World of Tanks Modern Armor.

From February 15th to April 1st, as the sands shift, players can expect a range of in-game events tailored for each platform, featuring diverse mechanics and exclusive rewards that add a touch of ‘Dune’ magic to their playtime.

World of Tanks PC Dune: Part Two – Destiny Arrives Battle Pass will run from February 15th to February 25th. This chapter develops a captivating narrative through the mystical desert world, showcasing iconic characters like the warrior-poet Gurney Halleck, the “Beast” Rabban and Lady Jessica. Players can recruit heroes and villains from the film as crew members and receive precious items such as distinctive 2D styles, decals, and inscriptions – some featuring soon-to-be iconic lines from the upcoming film, Dune: Part Two. Moreover, a true dune rider awaits the players – a Tier VIII Mittlerer KPZ.PR.68 Premium tank coated in a permanent 3D style with special visual effects.

World of Tanks Blitz is hosting a planetary-scale event, based on the Dune: Part Two film universe. From February 23rd to March 7th, players can obtain items such as Crysknife and Maker hooks, collect Gurney Halleck’s profile background and avatar, and embark on the “Beast” Rabban and the Fremen quests. The main reward for the players is the formidable Groundtank, inspired by the Sardaukar forces. Additionally, a spectacular Harvester skin for a Maus tank will be available in special bundles.

World of Tanks Modern Armor enters the fray with its own unique offerings. Players will join a time-limited community event divided into three stages, each featuring a set of unique tasks and engaging content with exclusive Dune: Part Two-themed rewards. Upon completion of these stages, iconic characters like Gurney Halleck, the powerful Sardaukar Warrior, and the menacing “Beast” Rabban can be obtained as Commanders. Moreover, a special 3D commander, “Beast” Rabban, will be available exclusively for console players. The event is scheduled to commence on March 5th.

All these in-game events perfectly set the stage for the highly anticipated theatrical release of Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ Dune: Part Two.

Knott’s Berry Farm, California’s original theme park, plans to hire 2,000 associates throughout the remainder of 2024. The park’s hiring event is part of a plan by parent company Cedar Fair Entertainment to hire approximately 35,000 seasonal associates across its network of parks in 2024. Cedar Fair anticipates filling the majority of those roles during hiring events to be held across all parks in the U.S. and Canada from Feb. 17-24.
