Cyber Ops Launch Trailer

May 21st, Warsaw, Poland. There was a TV series back in the ’90s starring Peta Wilson, called “Nikita,” that was co-directed by Luc Besson and an obvious spin-off to his famous movie of the same name. One of the main characters there was a typical nerd and IT genius, Seymour Birkhoff. He wasn’t exactly the typical James Bond type, but the world wide web, computers, or security systems, couldn’t keep any secrets from his hacking. As a result, he was the one that often saved agents working in the field, as such, the whole mission.

Modern wars don’t always happen to the accompaniment of bombs falling and tanks’ artillery volleys. Instead, a battles’ fate is quite often determined in dark rooms, illuminated only by the blue light of flickering screens. Behind these screens sit people unfamiliar with guns, but deadly effective when it comes to finding security breaches in IT systems – or better, causing them. This will be your task, among many others, in the now available Cyber Ops.

In Cyber Ops, you’ll get the chance to feel like Birkhoff for a while. And even though the game is not based on the TV series, it will allow you to supervise operations, hack security systems, scan the environment to provide the safest routes for agents working in the field, and be the man in the shadows – the one who really holds all the cards.

Once ready, download Cyber Ops from Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/863460/Cyber_Ops/) and start your career in Geist Division.

Those who know a good agent needs to do their research on the mission objectives first can check out the mission briefing prepared by the developers.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Launch Trailer

May 21, 2020 – Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today released the official launch trailer for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, the new expansion available digitally first beginning May 26. Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expands the critically acclaimed Story mode with an all-new, action-packed campaign centered around trust and deceit. In the launch trailer, the story picks up directly where Mortal Kombat 11 left off as Fire God Liu Kang, the new keeper of time and protector of Earthrealm, is ready to activate Kronika’s Hourglass and restart history. But, now that Kronika’s Crown has been destroyed, he is forced to team up with the most unlikely of allies in the villainous Shang Tsung. The soul-stealing sorcerer, along with Fujin and Nightwolf, must now embark on a time-bending adventure into the past to recover the Crown as the fate of two worlds hang in the balance.

The entire Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion will be available digitally beginning May 26, including the addition of new playable fighters – Fujin, Sheeva and RoboCop. The trailer showcases the triumphant return of Fujin, the God of Wind who serves as Earthrealm’s protector alongside his brother Raiden, and Sheeva, the four-armed, half-human and half-dragon queen of the ancient Shokan race. RoboCop, the highly advanced cybernetic police officer, makes his franchise debut and features the voice and likeness of actor Peter Weller, who portrayed the popular character in both the original “RoboCop” (1987) film and “RoboCop 2” (1990) sequel.

Additionally, all Mortal Kombat 11 owners will have access to new Stages, including the new Dead Pool, Soul Chamber, RetroKade and Kronika’s Keep arenas, accompanied by Stage Fatalities, the fan-favorite finishing moves that use the environment to destroy opponents, and the popular Friendships feature from the ‘90s, allowing players to take down their adversaries with a hint of kindness. These features will be available on May 26 as a FREE content update in conjunction with the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath release.

Those who have already purchased Mortal Kombat 11 can preorder the Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath expansion now, which includes the franchise-first story expansion, three new playable characters, three character skin packs (incl. three skins each) to be released over time and the “Thanks a Million” Johnny Cage skin, all for $39.99 (SRP).

World of Warships Collaborates with Warhammer 40K

AUSTIN, TX (May 20, 2020) — World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends announced their first-ever simultaneous collaboration with Games Workshop that will bring the grim darkness of the far future to the popular naval combat franchise. The update will feature new content such as themed ship skins, commanders, camouflages and more; all based on the popular Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Two of the biggest factions in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, the Imperium and Chaos, will be represented through unique and dreadful ships helmed by their fearless commanders: Justinian Lyons XIII and Arthas Roqthar the Cold.

“We are very excited to collaborate with such an iconic brand that gathers an incredibly passionate audience, some of them coming from our own ranks,” said Philip Molodkovets, Executive Producer for World of Warships. “The gothic, grim atmosphere of Warhammer 40,000 provides a sharp edge to the realistic World of Warships universe, which makes this collaboration even more interesting.”

World of Warships PC Pre-Sale

Pre-sale that includes flags and patches will start from May 27. Players who purchase the pre-sale package will subsequently get a special mission bonus, where they can earn Warhammer 40,000 containers containing themed ships, commanders and camouflages.

Full-blown content will be available for purchase in both World of Warships (PC) and World of Warships Legends later in June.

Dead Age 2 – Apocalyptic Feature Video #1

May 20, 2020 – Back in 2016, Dead Age brought something new to the indie market: It combined turn-based combat with survival management, a nonlinear narrative with rogue-like elements like perma-death and all that in a sinister horror setting. The game was able to create a huge fan base on Steam that’s still active today.

3.5 years later we‘re coming back with Dead Age 2 which includes many, many new features. The combat system has become even more complex and strategic but still retains the advantage of speed over tactical role-playing games. With the new tactical options, Dead Age 2 can definitely stand the comparison to other well-known tactic rogue-likes. In our first Feature Video, we would like to give you a glimpse over the improvements from the first installment to the new one – check it out:

The combined thrill of survival and exploration has been greatly improved with a large map and over 80 locations, giving it an open world feel while being very compact. The new base remains the center of events; this time completely in 3D.

There are multiple factions to fight or trade with, or you can receive quests from, where their successful completion means improved standing with the faction leaders. Dead Age 2 therefore feels much more like an RPG with numerous quests and different consequences depending on your decisions.

The developers of Silent Dreams have been working for 3.5 years to increase the quality and re-define the vision of Dead Age 2 and we’re pretty sure that players will like it as much as they liked its predecessor! 🙂

Dead Age 2 will release on PC in Steam Early Access on June the 3rd. To stay up-to-date join the official Dead Age Discord Channel, follow Headup on Twitter and check out the game’s Steam page.
