Razer Unveils New Naga and Tartarus Peripherals at BlizzCon 2017

ANAHEIM, Calif. (BLIZZCON 2017) – Razer™, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, today announced the Razer Naga Trinity gaming mouse and Razer Tartarus V2 gaming keypad. The customizable mouse and keypad can adapt to a wide range of games and playstyles, particularly Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) and Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) games.

The Razer Naga Trinity, the ninth iteration of the best-selling Razer Naga family, is a modular mouse featuring three interchangeable side plates. Users can opt for the iconic original 12-button thumb grid of the Razer Naga Chroma designed for MMO games like “World of Warcraft™”, or the seven-button thumb wheel of the Razer Naga Hex V2 for MOBA and hack-and-slash titles like “Heroes of the Storm™” and “Diablo III™.” A new two-button configuration completes the trifecta, sporting a minimalistic feel that is perfect for general use.

When using the 12-button configuration, gamers will have up to 19 programmable keys for customization.

The Razer Naga Trinity also comes equipped with an improved sensor over its predecessors, featuring a 5G, true 16,000 dots-per-inch (DPI) optical sensor with 450 IPS for faster and more accurate mouse movements.

For even greater game control at your fingertips, gamers can also own the Razer Tartarus V2. The new ergonomic gaming keypad has 32 fully programmable keys (seven more keys than its predecessor) and features Razer’s Mecha-Membrane key technology that offers both a soft, cushioned touch and a crisp, tactile click with each keystroke.

Users can further expand commands with the eight-way directional thumbpad and three-way scroll wheel, enabling full reign of movement and endless spell combinations. Existing commands may be doubled using Razer’s Hypershift mode, which opens a secondary set of commands for macros, windows shortcuts, and everything else that can be layered on top of your current settings. Multiple personalized gaming profiles can be created and saved in the cloud via Razer Synapse 3 (Beta) Cloud Storage.

The Razer Naga Trinity and Razer Tartarus V2 are also Powered by Razer Chroma™, with up to 16.8 million color options. Button remapping, surface calibration and Razer Chroma lighting effects are all configured and controlled via Razer Synapse 3 (Beta). Many popular games allow for Razer Chroma lighting integration, as well as tutorials, in-game actions and other interactive developer effects.

War Thunder Celebrates 5th Anniversary

Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 — Gaijin Entertainment’s popular vehicle combat MMO War Thunder is celebrating its five-year anniversary with a massive game update with free exclusive premium vehicles, gifts for active players, discounts on in-game content and more. Update 1.73 “Vive la France” introduces France as the game’s seventh nation, an early spearhead of Italian tanks and naval forces, new air and land vehicles for the other residing nations, and new gameplay features.

Update 1.73 “Vive la France” adds the seventh separate in-game nation, France, with more than 30 aircraft from early parasol aircraft to post-war jets. The French Air Force will be the first military branch represented in game, with other vehicles types to follow. Distinctive examples of French aviation found in War Thunder are the pre-war Arsenal VG.33 fighter, a plywood construction that reached an impressive 800 km/h dive speed, and the SO.4505 IIA Vautour, a multi-purpose jet that could perform tasks of both fighters and bombers, which serves as a prime example of post-war French jet design philosophy.

War Thunder now also features the first Italian tanks and ships. In advance of the launch of the Italian ground forces, early adopters can now head into battle with Premium vehicles such as the Italian P40 «Leoncello» and US-built M26 «Ariete», with the latter supplied to Italy after it switched sides during World War II. Participants of the Naval Forces Pre-Beta test also had the opportunity to try the Italian torpedo boats as well as the Soldati-class destroyer, among other vessels, on a new Naval forces location inspired by the North Seas. Additional vehicles for the other War Thunder nations include a new reinforcement for Rank VI, the armored fighting vehicle Begleitpanzer 57, and the production version of the Japanese heavy Ho-Ri tank.

The 5 Year Anniversary Celebrations kicked-off with the wheeled tank M8 Greyhound (USA) and I-29 fighter (USSR) being up for grabs as free exclusive anniversary vehicles through a set of in-game tasks. For competitive players, special anniversary tournaments offered the rare, super-heavy E-100 tank and an exclusive He 162A-1 Volksjäger jet fighter as ultimate prizes. Additionally, players that play the game between October 31st and November 6th can obtain exclusive decals and in-game boosters. Both the vehicles and rewards are dedicated to the anniversary and are only available during this period. Furthermore, all players can profit from extensive discounts of up to 50% in the War Thunder store.

Ubisoft Unleashes New Edition of Star Trek: Bridge Crew at IMAX VR Centers
