EA Sports has revealed the new Franchise and Superstar modes for their upcoming Madden NFL 12. Franchise mode will see players take on the role of a team manager with the abilities to create their own rosters, trade and pick up players in the draft, scout rookies, not to mention numerous other options such as realistic injury frequency and an all-new salary system.

Superstar mode will allow players to take on the role of their very own NFL superstar as their career grows in the league. This new incarnation of Superstar mode will feature an all-new trait system, allow players to request trades, and even assign skill points to their character’s progression. You can find out more about the two modes over at the official Madden NFL 12 website.

Madden NFL 12 is due out August 30, 2011.
