Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed Out Now

Outright Games, a leading global publisher of family-friendly interactive entertainment, in collaboration with Paramount Game Studios, are thrilled to officially launch their hugely anticipated title Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed. Developed by A Heartful of Games, this 3D Beat ‘Em Up’ Platformer is out now on PlayStation 4®, PlayStation 5®, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.

Set in the aftermath of the acclaimed 2023 Paramount Pictures film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, play as the four brothers to discover the mystery behind a new type of menace wreaking havoc across New York City. Go up against 10 brand new mutants, or “Mewbies” for short, each with 5 varying forms of mutation that are set to level up the challenge. Boasting high-energy gameplay, utilise the Turtles’ unique weapons and combat styles, from Mikey’s brawler-style close range attacks to Donnie’s bō staff-wielding prowess. The game also sees the voice actors behind the titular brothers return, with Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Brady Noon as Raphael, Micah Abbey as Donatello and Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, as the quartet reprise their movie roles.

In addition to the iconic Turtles, fans can also look forward to the return of other characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Take on surreal Dojo challenges from Master Splinter, assist April in creating her “O’News” broadcasts, and help Bebop and Rocksteady adjust to New York life with their new pizza place job plus much, much more!

With a distinct New York feel, the game offers multiple interactive locations to absorb fans into the world of the Turtles. Train in the Turtles’ Sewer Lair inspired directly by the film location, or visit new “hangout” spots such as the Coexisting Center, the Haunted Arcade and an abandoned movie theatre – all immersively changing with the game’s dynamic day and night cycle.

While exploring the game’s expansive map, players can complete main missions and NPC side quests, experiencing adrenaline-fueled boss battles, taking on pizza delivery challenges, and discovering hidden graffiti secrets around the city as players investigate the troublesome Mewbies’ origins. Completing quests to advance the story, players can unlock new abilities via gaining XP and levelling up Ally Bonds through immersive and infectiously humorous dialogue. Adding to the mayhem, players can even team up with a buddy in up to 2-player couch co-op as they vie to restore peace to New York City and help the Turtles achieve their dreams of attending a regular high school.

Introducing new characters authentically designed by the film’s lead character designer, Woodrow White, fans can delight in the faithful recreation of the film’s distinct and colourful art style, with a variety of fully voice acted dynamic 2D and 3D cutscenes. With unlockable skins based on the original comic book Turtles in black and white and a unique variation on the 80s cartoon Turtles, fans of all eras can enjoy this new gaming take on the incredible Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

Once Human The Way of Winter Scenario Launched

NetEase Games, the online games division of NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES, HKEX: 9999), has launched a brand-new scenario- The Way of Winter for Once Human, bringing new gameplay mode and a challenging new area to the game, filled with fresh content to experience and powerful enemies to defeat.
The Way of Winter is the largest and most content-rich scenario update since the launch of Once Human, featuring a core focus on hardcore multiplayer survival in the polar north. This adventure takes place on a brand-new map set in the far reaches of Nalcott. In this land, players can befriend new Deviations, team up with larger squads of friends to explore the environment, battle mighty Deviants, and challenge the savage Vultures faction that dominates the region.

This brand-new scenario format involves four main playing stages (over 35 days) and the season break (28 days). Here’s the exciting new content you can expect to see in The Way of Winter:
Once Human Introduces New Survival Mechanic – Temperature
The north of Nalcott is home to a new threat that players will have to face to conquer the tundra: temperature. On top of sanity, energy, hydration, and stamina, you’ll need to prepare for freezing cold and blazing hot climates.
The temperature in Once Human is determined by various factors, such as location, time of day, and the weather. The environment will have varying heat and cold, such as lava flow being hot. At the same time, items the player can hold can also influence the temperature, such as a torch or Molotov cocktail.
To prepare for the harsh climate, players must craft heat- and cold-resistant gear to survive. This can involve making clothing from the thick fur of slain enemies or cooking unique spicy dishes made in the north. Those who don’t prepare properly will see their movement restricted and their character falling ill from the extreme weather.
The north is home to unique crops for players to grow, including Spikematoes, Polar Peppers, and Sunny Ginger. Cooking these plants will be vital for helping you during long expeditions, as their warmth will stave off the cold.
Co-Op players can survive longer with the new Thermal Tower building!
The frozen north is one of the most challenging locations ever introduced to Once Human. As such, teaming up with friends to explore strongholds and scavenge resources will drastically increase your chances of survival. Not only that, but The Way of Winter introduces even larger squad sizes, allowing even more allies to join your adventures.
One key aspect of survival in The Way of the Winter involves a new building: the Thermal Tower. This crucial structure grants various bonuses to the territory you build around it, providing buffs and letting you control the temperature. These can speed up your production facilities and increase crop yield.
Protecting your Thermal Towers will be a crucial goal for you and your allies, as colossal Chaosweavers will appear and attack them, leading to epic confrontations with these titans as you rush to protect your heat source.
Massive Map & Monster Updates in The Way of Winter
The Way of Winter will introduce a whole new map for players to explore, with the ability to select from different starting points. From here, players can explore the snow-covered land to travel to Ember Strand, visiting new strongholds, such as Frost Forge, Fire Throat Sanctum, and Fort Obsidian, all filled with new mysteries, powerful enemies, and exciting treasures waiting to be discovered!
Naturally, the environment isn’t the only enemy Once Human players will face in The Way of Winter. The extreme temperatures have altered the Deviants and living machines that roam the northern wilderness, including the Rime Frosts, red-hot Crucibles, and a new Treant enemy. Players can also face a brand-new boss monster: The Secret Servitor.
Some monsters in the frozen lands can even work as allies for the players. The Way of Winter’s new Deviations have powers that match the environment, with Snowsprites generating razor-sharp ice crystals in battle, while Ice Pots create ice cubes for players to use. There are also Invincible Suns, who can deal Blaze damage to targets with their flames.
Monsters aren’t the only threat in The Way of Winter, thanks to the villainous army, The Vultures, led by the mysterious Igna, who seek to control the living machines. To stop Igna’s plans, you’ll have to attack the Vulture’s lands, find the Black Sector dungeon, and defeat the terrifying foes within.
The Way of Winter’s New Scenario Rewards
Those who log in to Once Human during the The Way of Winter scenario on October 17 can complete daily sign-up quests to earn exclusive cosmetic rewards that will help you look the part. These include the Strawberry Wool Hat, Smiling Sponge Vest, Smiling Pumpkin Lantern, Shattered Maiden – Wandering Witch, and Buzzy Bee – Pumpkin Lantern.
Limited-time Halloween rewards are also available for those watching Once Human’s Twitch category’s live stream for a cumulative 6 hours. These include the Weapon Charm: Kitty’s Hat-Trick, Dark Pumpkin Lantern, Wilderness Outlaw Hood, and Cervitaur Terror Headwear.
Once Human is Now Available in New Languages!
Finally, Once Human is reaching an even wider audience, the game now supports Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish (Latin-America) languages. These can be switched at any time in the game’s menu.
The Way of Winter is a massive update for Once Human, introducing new threats to face and treasures to uncover. The mysteries of Once Human’s world are slowly being revealed, with more challenging gameplay and more ways to tame the wilderness. Follow the Once Human social media pages to keep up to date with the game’s ever-evolving world.

Review of the Logitech G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL Gaming Keyboard

Ever wished for a keyboard that could keep up with your frantic typing and still look amazing on your desk? Enter the Logitech G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL. This thing just oozes luxury, but don’t let that fool you – it’s built like a tank and can handle even the most intense gaming sessions (and maybe a rage-quit or two). Logitech really stepped up their game with this one, taking what was already great about the original G915 TKL and making it even better. It’s not just for gamers, though. Anyone who wants a keyboard that looks amazing, feels fantastic, and works flawlessly needs to check this out.

The first thing you’ll notice is how sleek this keyboard is. It comes in black or white, and both look super classy with that minimalist design. The aluminum top plate isn’t just for show; it makes the keyboard feel incredibly sturdy. Say goodbye to those wobbly keys that plagued the original! Logitech completely redesigned the switches with a new cross-stem design, and they feel amazing to type on. They’re more stable, quieter, and just feel overall more premium.

Speaking of typing, this keyboard is a dream. Whether you’re writing a paper, coding up a storm, or destroying noobs online, the keys are responsive and oh-so-satisfying. The low-profile GL mechanical switches come in three flavors: tactile (with a nice little bump), linear (for a smooth glide), and clicky (for that classic keyboard clack). They’ve even improved the actuation point, making them super fast for that extra edge in games. And get this – the keycaps are now made of PBT plastic, so they won’t get shiny and gross after a few months of use. It’s the little details that make a big difference.

But wait, there’s more! The G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL is packed with features that make it stand out from the crowd. Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED wireless technology is insanely fast, with a 1ms response time, so you won’t have to worry about lag. Plus, you can connect it via Bluetooth or a wired connection if you want. Talk about flexibility!

Battery life? Forget about it! With the backlight off, this keyboard can last for like a thousand hours (that’s over a month of straight usage)! Even with the RGB lights going crazy, you’ll still get almost two full days of use. No more being chained to your charger!

And the customization options? Let’s just say you can make this keyboard truly your own. The Logitech G HUB software lets you personalize the lighting with a ton of colors and effects. You can create a crazy light show or just a chill ambient glow. You can even program macros with KEYCONTROL, making complex commands a breeze, whether you’re gaming or working. I played a great many sessions of Baldur’s Gate 3 with this keyboard and found it very comfortable for those long hours. Also, it retained that comfort while strengthening my gameplay due to its performance features in my time with Space Marine 2 and Rainbow Six: Siege. It’s simply a joy to use.

Now, let’s talk about the price. At $199.99, this keyboard fits very well right into its product space. The price is reasonable and makes the G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL a worthy investment of your money. One thing to mention is that while the low-profile switches are comfy for most people, if you’re used to taller keys, it might take some getting used to. It’s purely a preference thing but it needs to be noted.

The G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL is an amazing keyboard that combines cutting-edge tech, a gorgeous design, and a fantastic user experience. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer, a productivity guru, or just someone who appreciates nice things, this keyboard is a winner. It’s not just a keyboard; it’s a statement. The G915 LIGHTSPEED TKL is available now for $199.99 at the official Logitech G website.

Logitech G ASTRO A50 5th Generation Wireless Gaming Headset Review

The Logitech G ASTRO A50 5th Generation Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station makes a bold entrance in a competitive market, carrying a premium price tag and the weight of its predecessors’ reputation. Does it live up to the hype? After rigorous testing, I can confidently say that it delivers a compelling experience for serious gamers seeking top-tier audio quality and multi-platform versatility.

At the heart of the A50 Gen 5’s immersive soundscape are the PRO-G GRAPHENE drivers. These deliver exceptional clarity and precision across the 20Hz-20,000Hz frequency range, making them ideal for both subtle audio cues in competitive games and the booming explosions of cinematic adventures. While Dolby Atmos and Windows Sonic Spatial Audio are supported for a truly 3D audio experience, it’s worth noting that Dolby Atmos requires a separate activation card – thankfully, Logitech G has included in the box!

One of the most significant upgrades in this generation is PLAYSYNC AUDIO. This technology allows seamless switching between three connected systems—PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox—with a simple press of a button on the headset. This is a game-changer for multi-platform gamers, eliminating the need for multiple headsets or cumbersome audio adjustments. While the A50 X offers HDMI switching for video passthrough, the Gen 5’s focus on USB audio switching, with one USB-C port for PC (up to 24-bit/48kHz audio) and two for consoles (up to 16-bit/48kHz audio) on the base station, makes it a more streamlined and versatile option for many users. The added compatibility with a docked Nintendo Switch further expands its appeal.

Wireless performance is impeccable thanks to Logitech’s 24-bit LIGHTSPEED technology. I experienced no lag or dropouts during my testing, even with multiple wireless devices competing for bandwidth. The wireless signal maintained its strength even at a distance of up to 12 meters from the base station, as indicated in the specifications. This level of reliability is essential for competitive gaming where split-second reactions matter, and the A50 Gen 5 delivers without compromise.

The build quality is reassuringly robust, with a sturdy frame and comfortable earcups. While previous generations had some concerns about durability, initial impressions suggest that the A50 Gen 5 maintains a solid build. The headset has a premium feel, though it’s worth noting that it’s still primarily constructed from plastic. Comfort is exceptional, thanks to the plush memory foam earcups and well-padded headband. I was able to wear the headset for hours on end without any discomfort.

Microphone performance is good, though perhaps not quite reaching the “broadcast-quality” level that Logitech claims. Voice clarity is decent, and the omnidirectional microphone, with a frequency response of 60Hz-20,000Hz, effectively captures voice chat. Background noise cancellation is adequate, but it may not entirely eliminate unwanted sounds in noisy environments. Compared to the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, which features a retractable microphone and AI-powered noise cancellation, the A50 Gen 5’s microphone is slightly less impressive. However, it’s still more than capable for everyday gaming, streaming, and communication.

The base station is a functional and aesthetically pleasing addition to any gaming setup. It provides effortless charging and features the aforementioned USB-C ports for connecting to multiple devices. The minimalist design blends well with most gaming setups. The Logitech G HUB software and mobile app offer extensive customization options, allowing you to fine-tune EQ settings, adjust microphone levels, and personalize your audio experience.

Compared to other high-end wireless gaming headsets like the Razer Barracuda Pro, which boasts impressive battery life and a dual-wireless design, the A50 Gen 5 stands out with its exceptional audio quality, seamless platform switching, and long 24-hour battery life. However, the price remains a significant consideration. At $299.99, the A50 Gen 5 is a considerable investment. Potential buyers should carefully weigh their needs and budget before making a purchase.

In conclusion, the Logitech G ASTRO A50 5th Generation Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station is a top-tier wireless headset that excels in audio quality, wireless performance, and multi-platform compatibility. It’s a fantastic choice for serious gamers who demand the best and are willing to pay a premium for it. While the microphone performance may not be the absolute best and the price is high, the overall package is impressive and justifies its place among the elite wireless gaming headsets available today. The Logitech G ASTRO A50 5th generation is currently available now, please check out the official Logitech G website for the latest availability and pricing information.
