Razer Ripsaw Out Now

SAN FRANSICO, USA – Razer™, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, today announced the Razer Ripsaw HD, an external multi-platform video capture card with full HD capture and 4K throughput for a high definition streaming and gameplay experience.

High-quality recording and broadcasting with the Razer Ripsaw HD

The Razer Ripsaw HD is a compact external capture card with pro-grade features to meet the demands of broadcasters requiring high frame rate, detailed footage and crisp audio. Capturing video in Full 1080p HD at 60 frames per second, the Ripsaw HD is designed for super smooth gameplay recording and live streaming.

The Ripsaw HD features a 4K 60 FPS passthrough, allowing broadcasters to enjoy the latest ultra-high-resolution games as the developers intended, whilst sharing the gameplay with their audience with crisp 1080p Full HD resolution at super-smooth 60 frames per second.

“With the Ripsaw HD joining our extensive Broadcaster range, streamers now have a capture card ready to broadcast the latest games at high resolution and framerates from both their PC or console,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO. “Viewers will love the Full HD streams, while broadcasters can enjoy their games as they were intended with the 4K pass-through.”

The Ripsaw HD is compatible with PC and console, featuring a simple HDMI input and output for video capture with a single USB 3.0 connection. With built-in audio mixing, streamers can broadcast both their game and microphone audio through the Ripsaw HD with zero latency and no synching delays. The microphone input allows streamers to use one microphone across two PCs, removing the need for complicated audio mixer or software set-ups and allowing streamers to use in-game comms whilst still broadcasting their voice audio to their stream.

With the addition of the Ripsaw HD to Razer’s range of innovative broadcasting products, which includes the Razer Kiyo, the first streamer-focused camera with built-in ring light, and the Seirẽn Elite, a broadcaster microphone with built-in noise limiter, Razer now offers a high-quality audio and video solution to suit every streamer and broadcaster, across multiple platforms.

I Like Scary Movies Open Now

Los Angeles, CA – April 3, 2019 – In celebration of the April 4th opening of the I Like Scary Movies Experience, fans and industry icons came out to immerse themselves in the reimagined worlds of The Shining, Beetlejuice, A Nightmare on Elm Street, the first chapter of IT, and The Lost Boys. Experiential artist Maximillian, of Ultra Productions, was joined by Bryan Fuller (“American Gods,” “Hannibal”), Kevin Williamson (“The Vampire Diaries,” Scream), Glenn Hetrick (Star Trek: Discovery,” “Face Off”), Bobcat Goldthwait (“Misfits & Monsters,” Shakes the Clown), Sandy King Carpenter (In the Mouth of Madness, They Live), Katie Featherston (Paranormal Activity), DJ Skee, artist Alex Pardee, Powerman 5000’s Spider One, and many more!

I Like Scary Movies is the experience that all scary movie fans have been dreaming of – a groundbreaking interactive art installation celebrating some of their favorite films. This first-of-its-kind exhibit spans 25,000 square feet (nearly half a football field!) and features amazing large-scale photo opportunities and multi-sensory experiences. The exhibit is vast, and visitors can expect to spend an average of 90 minutes on their quest to capture their own iconic moments as they explore the rich worlds that have come to life.

Come play with us as we take you back to The Shining, where you can “sink” into the infamous carpet from the Overlook hotel and explore “redrum” hedges. Swallow your fear as you pass through the jaws of IT’s Pennywise and explore the clown’s sewer lair. Have a seat in the throne of Freddy Krueger and step into his boiler room to become snatched by his giant glove from A Nightmare on Elm St. Then have a turn as recently deceased guests in the Netherworld waiting room before visiting Beetlejuice’s graveyard. Test your strength as you hang from the Santa Clara train tracks before becoming part of a “noodle” dinner from The Lost Boys. These are just a few things that fans will interact with on their way to the Gift Shop at the end of the journey, where guests can find exclusive merchandise to take a part of their experience home with them!

The I Like Scary Movies experience is brought to life by Maximillian, the experiential artist behind 20 years of Comic-Con and Hollywood studio installations – from the Snakes on a Plane fuselage to the Pirates of the Caribbean Black Pearl shipwreck – Maximillian has recently orchestrated a wide range of national activations on behalf of his clientele, including the La La Land Aerial Dancers at City Hall, the drone lightshow at Dodger Stadium for Wonder Woman, and the Hollywood Bowl’s Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Live-To-Film performance.

“I want fans to be able to take a deep imaginative dive into some of their favorite movies in a way that is fun and gives them time to really explore and enjoy the thrill of it all. The Warner Bros. Consumer Products team has been incredibly supportive of our vision and we can’t wait for fans to experience it.”

I Like Scary Movies opens in Los Angeles on April 4th and will run through June 16th, 2019. Tickets and information are available at ILikeScaryMoviesExperience.com.

World War Z Gameplay Overview Video

April 5, 2019 – Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have just released a new gameplay overview trailer for World War Z, the highly anticipated co-op shooter inspired by Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster film. Narrated by Saber’s Creative Director Oliver Hollis-Leick, the new video dives into the intense action that players can expect while scavenging, running and blasting hordes of hundreds of zombies.

World War Z’s co-op campaign takes place across four episodes, each containing three chapters, set in New York, Jerusalem, Moscow and Tokyo. Before diving into a chapter, you will need to select a class and weapon loadout. Whether supporting the team with ammo and heals, specializing in explosives or unleashing devastating firepower, you’ll find a class suited to any playstyle.

In World War Z, every play session tells its own unique story of survival through the help of the AI director, which constantly adapts to the actions of you and your squad. For example, a stealthy approach is rewarded with far less zombie spawns, allowing you to conserve precious ammunition. When it comes to massive swarm events, struggling squads may also be granted additional defensive equipment, such as an extra auto turret or mortar.

Alongside the narrative-driven campaign, players can also compete against each other in 4v4 across a variety of Players vs. Players vs. Zombies modes. This includes zombified twists on classics such as King of the Hill, Domination and Deathmatch, as well as the all-new Scavenge Raid and Vaccine Hunt modes. Watch our PvPvZ trailer here to catch up on the competitive undead action.

World War Z is available to pre-order now on all platforms digitally and at retail at https://wwzgame.com/buy. All pre-orders come with the free Lobo Weapon Pack, featuring three golden weapon skins and the dual-bladed Lobo spade.

World War Z is expected to launch on April 16, 2019, on PlayStation®4, Xbox One and Windows PC via the Epic Games Store. For more information, visit http://wwzgame.com, and follow the game on Facebook at www.facebook.com/WWZGame, Twitter @WWZTheGame, and Instagram @WWZGame.
