Fate/Samurai Remnant – DLC Vol. 1 Trailer

KOEI TECMO America and developer Omega Force, alongside collaborators TYPE-MOON and Aniplex Inc., announced that the first DLC for their action RPG Fate/Samurai Remnant, is now available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™, and PC Windows via Steam®. DLC Vol.1 “Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship” adds all new story elements and controllable characters to the mix as Masters and Servants team-up to compete in the ultimate tournament against some of Fate’s greatest fighters.

In “Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship”, the boss of Babyloni-ya summons Masters and Servants to a mysterious arena, where he suddenly announces the commencement of the Keian Command Championship. In addition to Iori and Saber, players will be able to control the other characters, including the newly playable Rider, enabling everyone to experience the tournament from different perspectives that were not depicted in the main story. Between matches, players will discover new cutscenes and learn more about the characters – and if they manage to win the tournament, players will unlock an ending sequence unique to each team.

In addition to the seven different teams already participating, a new Servant will join the Keian Command Championship: the Divine Spirit Ibuki-Douji! Depending on the team players choose to play as, they may also be able to directly control Ibuki-Douji and fight their way to victory. And once players meet a certain condition, they will even be able to recruit Ibuki-Douji and the boss of Babyloni-ya as Rogue Servants in the main story.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is now available in both Standard and Digital Deluxe editions. The Digital Deluxe Edition features the base game, a digital artbook and soundtrack, the Fate/Samurai Remnant Season Pass that includes three DLC sets, and the Season Pass Bonus item “Hallowed Relic Sword Mountings”.

The Fate/Samurai Remnant DEMO is also currently available on all platforms. Starting from the encounter between the protagonist, Miyamoto Iori, and his Servant, Saber, to their first battle against Rider and Lancer, this demo version includes thrilling action as the team explores the town of Asakusa. Save data from the demo can be carried over to the full version*.

INDIE Live Expo Announces First 2024 Showcase

INDIE Live Expo, Japan’s premiere online digital showcase series connecting indie game fans all over the world, announces the date of their first 2024 event taking place on Saturday, May 25th, 2024.

With more than 10 million views during INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023, and 98.7 million views since the series inception in 2020, this May’s upcoming showcase marks the 10th ever INDIE Live event, commemorated by an all-new logo.

Serving as a gateway between indie scenes across the globe, INDIE Live Expo offers English, Japanese, and Chinese broadcasts. Viewers can tune in for the return of the rapid-fire “INDIE Waves” segment showcasing dozens of short-form content updates across a plethora of titles, and witness a deep dive into a new local indie scene with the return of “Indie Studios Around the World”.

Game submissions for indie developers and publishers are now open until Monday, March 11th, 7:00 PM PDT / 10:00 PM EST. Registration is free for up to one title per organization, be it a reveal of a brand new project, news for an upcoming game, major updates for previously released works, or a sale. Make sure it’s in your diaries: a new edition of NACON Connect will take place on 29 February at 19:00 CET. The French games publisher will use this conference as an opportunity to make some new announcements, and share with gamers from all over the globe new info on its two activities: video games and gaming accessories.

This new edition is set to feature 30 minutes of all-new videos showcasing the company’s accessories, as well as its action-adventure, sports and simulation games, including: Ravenswatch, Crown Wars: The Black Prince, GreedFall II: The Dying World, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, the new game based on the world of Terminator™, plus a few other announcements. Stunlock Studios today have published their latest dev blog post for V Rising, announcing some of the features that will be included in the 1.0 patch that comes with the full game launch, on Steam and PlayStation 5, later this year.

Since launching in Early Access, countless messages have been sent providing an invaluable resource of feedback to help the devs create the finest version of V Rising possible. The upcoming 1.0 patch makes big changes allowing players to fully express themselves while creating a satisfying finale to the main story. Some of the new content coming in the patch includes a whole new system that allows you to customize your armor’s appearance, enhanced equipment sets with 10+ new looks, weapons with enhanced abilities, and necklaces that come with alluring power but come paired with a little extra risk!
