The official Comic-Con trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them has been released, showing a lot more action in store for audiences come November, when the film releases.
Acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie brings his dynamic style to the epic fantasy action adventure “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.” Starring Charlie Hunnam in the title role, the film is an iconoclastic take on the classic Excalibur myth, tracing Arthur’s journey from the streets to the throne.

Every San Diego International Comic-Con, there are a few standout, surprise moments that I take with me for the rest of my life. The first moment like that for me at this year’s convention was getting the chance to see the screening of The Woods and its surprise transformation into Blair Witch. However, a much bigger moment was taking a chance on the 30th anniversary screening of James Cameron’s Aliens. I love Alien and Aliens and was never able to see the sequel on the big screen as a kid. So, we stood in line for about two hours at the United Artist theater in San Diego’s Horton Plaza. We were each issued an entry wristband and, as a nice surprise, a red card good for a free drink and popcorn. About an hour before showtime, we were escorted in and took our seats.
I thought something seemed up given that the theater crew were setting up a couple remote speakers near the front of the screen – perhaps a FOX marketing representative would talk up the 30th anniversary blu-ray release due out in early September? The theater fell dark and the original trailer for Aliens was played in all its old school film print glory. The grain, the pops and crackles – it was great. What happened next, however, was nothing short of awesome and a life-long dream come true for a geek such as myself.
The legendary James Cameron (Aliens, Terminator 2, Titanic), Gale Anne Hurd (Aliens, Terminator 2, The Walking Dead), and Sigourney Weaver (Alien, Ghostbusters, Gorillas in the Mist) came out in front of the theater to thunderous applause…. Simply. Outstanding. Cameron told how the cut we were about to see was from a 4K transfer from the original film negatives and he worked personally to make sure the color correction was perfect. When James Cameron says something is perfect, you better believe it! The three legendary personalities left the theater and the opening sequence of the film began.
Aliens looked beautiful, and I noticed a huge number of details that I had not in earlier releases. It’s crisp, clear, and I will absolutely be purchasing the new blu-ray release when it hits stores on September 13, 2016. Until then, stay frosty and check those corners!
SAN DIEGO–July 23, 2016–Today at San Diego Comic-Con, Nickelodeon world premiered the first official trailer from its upcoming action-adventure TV movie Legends of the Hidden Temple, inspired by the network’s iconic ‘90s game show of the same name. During the “Back to the ‘90s: Nickelodeon’s All That Reunion and Legends of the Hidden Temple” panel, Nickelodeon fans were treated to an exclusive first-look at the new original movie and moderated discussion, with returning cast members Kirk Fogg and Dee Bradley Baker, along with Isabela Moner (Transformers 5).
The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie is slated to debut in fall 2016.
The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie follows three siblings who break away from a lackluster tour in a jungle, finding themselves immersed in a high-stakes adventure comprised of obstacles that they must complete in order to escape alive. The TV movie will feature many elements from the original game show including: Olmec, a talking head who greets cast members Noah, Sadie and Dudley, and launches them on the adventure of a lifetime; The Steps of Knowledge, the entrance to the temple and launching pad for the mission; and appearances from a green monkey, red jaguar, and silver snakes, among others.
Legends of the Hidden Temple stars Kirk Fogg (original TV show host), Dee Bradley Baker (original voice of Olmec), Isabela Moner, Colin Critchley and Jet Jurgensmeyer.

Today during a panel at San Diego Comic Con, we released a new video asset for South Park: The Fractured But Whole.

HISTORY®’s hit drama series “Vikings” returned to San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 22 and revealed a sneak peek of the returning season four during a cast panel with Travis Fimmel (“Ragnar”), Katheryn Winnick (“Lagertha”), Clive Standen (“Rollo”), Alexander Ludwig (“Bjorn”), Gustaf Skarsgard (“Floki”) and Michael Hirst (writer/creator).

Groff and Weidman will confine themselves to the infamous house for the longest paranormal investigation ever on television in an attempt to capture the most convincing paranormal evidence ever to be recorded. World renowned paranormal researcher and demonologist John Zaffis, whose hit series HAUNTED COLLECTOR currently airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on Destination America, will provide analysis.
“The Black Monk House is an absolutely terrifying location that, as we’re hearing from the cast and crew, is already haunting the production team as they prepare to begin filming on location,” said Jane Latman, general manager of Destination America, “Marking Destination America’s first ghost hunt abroad, the special is an exciting milestone in our quest to present paranormal fans with the scariest supernatural stories known to man.”
Today, the Black Monk House sits empty. It continues to challenge paranormal investigators and enthusiasts, as no one has been able to withstand more than two days in the house. Over the last 50 years, visitors to the Black Monk House have reported unexplainable demonic sounds, objects levitating, and people being physically attacked. There was even an account of a little girl being dragged up a flight of stairs by an unseen assailant, forcing her family to flee the home. It’s believed that the spirits in the house can be traced to an ancient burial ground and gallows that were once located near the land where the house currently sits.
“There are few locations in the world that frighten me to investigate, and the Black Monk House has a strong energy pull like nothing else I’ve ever researched,” said Nick Groff, executive producer and host, PARANORMAL LOCKDOWN. “The history of the land holds a massive amount of bloodshed, and the house has a heart still pumping the negative forces continuing to harm the living.”
In addition to the special, PARANORMAL LOCKDOWN is currently filming its second season, slated to hit Destination America’s air in early, 2017.
