Freedom will ring at Knott’s Berry Farm on the 4th of July as the park celebrates our nation’s birthday with a spectacular fireworks show and special family-friendly entertainment. There is fun from sunup to sundown including the reimagined Fiesta Village, Ghost Town Alive! and Knott’s Summer Nights!

The new Fiesta Village offers another Knott’s original experience with enhanced theming, beautiful décor, authentic food, immersive entertainment, thrilling rides, and more. Lively entertainment continues park-wide with Ghost Town Alive! where guests are invited to become the star of this summer’s new action-packed storyline in the streets of Ghost Town.

The summer adventure continues long after dark, with a nighttime summer party that will liven up the night. Knott’s Summer Nights offers a variety of live music, classic summer eats, and games for the whole family to enjoy.

Today, KOEI TECMO America and developer Kou Shibusawa reveled the “Overview Trailer” for their upcoming historical simulation NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening. Additionally, the 16th entry in Kou Shibusawa’s famed franchise is now available to preorder on PlayStation®4 and PC Windows via Steam®, with preorders for Nintendo Switch™ to begin June 29. NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening will be available digitally July 20, 2023.

In NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening, players will experience Japan’s chaotic Warring States Period by taking over the role of daimyō – a powerful Japanese feudal lord – and leading their own clan. In order to succeed in their quest to unify Japan, players can establish their “clan target”, allowing them to set a guideline for the administration of their clan. By achieving their objective, players obtain useful rewards, which will prove to be strategic to their quest of unification of the country – such as the ability to apply new policies, labor increase, and even gold acquisition. It’s up to players to start with an easy target, or aim for those that are more difficult and offer greater rewards.

By completing their “clan target”, players also earn “commendations”, which they can bestow to their retainers as “accolades”. Granting such rewards to their retainers not only strengthens their loyalty to the daimyō, but also allows them to gain aliases like “The Experience” or “The Statesman”, as well as improved abilities. In their quest, players are faced with choices, such as whether strengthening an experienced retainer who has already made many achievements to keep them in the front line, or giving that chance to a promising new retainer. As players make choices, retainers earn various achievements, which leads to their aliases to change as they enjoy more powerful benefits with new aliases like “The Veteran” or “The Humanitarian”.

Throughout the game, players also discover various famous temples and shrines like Atsuta Jingū, Tōdaiji, and Izumo Ōyashiro, scattered across the country. These temples and shrines are important strategic points called “landmarks”. By conquering a county with a landmark, players activate its effect bringing a variety of benefits to their clan, both civil and military. Players can strengthen the effect of a landmark by fulfilling certain conditions to level it up, which will not be without a significant gold cost. However, if an enemy takes control of a landmark, players will have to be prepared to fight an unexpectedly harsh battle.

Blood Bowl 3 Season 1 Starts Today

Cyanide Studio and NACON are delighted to announce that the first season of Blood Bowl 3 starts today. As a reminder, Blood Bowl 3 is available on PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

With the start of the first season, players can now enjoy new features: the official Ladder, Blood Pass and a progression system where players can level up and unlock rewards as they gain experience. And, as a reward to our loyal player base, the Season 1 Blood Pass can be unlocked for free, giving players immediate access to the new Lizardmen faction.

In addition, a major feature much requested by the community and initially planned for Season 2 will now arrive during Season 1: players will be able to reconnect to their game for a limited time if they are disconnected.

The Lizardmen are also entering the game. If you are looking for brute force and a highly mobile team, this faction is for you! It is a fairly unusual faction because it includes strong and sturdy players as well as fast and mobile players. Although their passing game is probably not their biggest strength, Lizardmen certainly become more powerful with every match played and are an especially shrewd choice for experienced coaches!

World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends Get American Content for July

Wargaming, the publisher and developer of the popular multiplayer naval battle MMO World of Warships, has introduced two major July updates for both the console and PC versions of the game. Sailing into summer with celebrations for American Independence Day, as well as a special themed adventure with a skilled Commander as the final prize. Console players can also enjoy the Fourth of July festivities, as World of Warships: Legends introduces a load of American content including a five-week campaign with the Tier VIII cruiser Tulsa at the end. Legends also sees the Popeye the Sailor Man collaboration come to the game, with two themed Commander guises, and a themed skin, as well as the addition of Fleets to the game.

World of Warships: Legends Sees Star-Spangled Content
Making a splash in this update are batches of American-themed content arriving to the console edition of the game. Just in time for Independence Day, a classic five-week, 100-milestone “Always Courageous” campaign emerges. Waiting at the end of this campaign is all-new Tier VIII cruiser Tulsa as the final prize. Additional ships make their way to Legends’ harbors, as the impressive Tier VIII cruiser Salem makes her way to the Forge. Ready to lead these ships into battle is a special Lady Liberty Commander guise, equipped with a unique voice over.

The patriotic festivities don’t stop there, as this update brings plenty of random bundles. Waiting in these bundles is the completely new Premium cruiser San Diego, equipped with semi-armour piercing shells, and a special “Stars & Stripes” camouflage available for high-tier U.S. ships.

Fleets have also made their way to the game, as players can join and create their own and appoint their own commander and deputies. More options include various enhancements and bonuses for all Fleet members with an ability to acquire crates, both through the new Fleet-specific resource, Oil.

This update also sees Legends welcome a special collaboration with Popeye! Popeye the Sailor Man and Bluto the Terrible join the game as Commander guises, alongside their flags, a patch and a special spinach-themed skin.

From America to the Mediterranean in World of Warships
Independence Day festivities continue in the PC version of the game, as players can earn special themed tokens through in-game events and activities. These tokens can be used to redeem plenty of themed permanent camouflages, as well as a Statue of Liberty Commander with six skill points. Players can then head from the U.S. to Europe, with the “Conquest of the Mediterranean” adventure to celebrate the new line of European Destroyers. Navigating through special combat missions the Tier IX destroyer Jäger is waiting at the end as a handsome reward with both a permanent camouflage for this ship, as well as a special Commander Felix von Paar.

In addition, July’s World of Warships update launched an all new Battle Pass with players. With daily and weekly rewards to unlock, players can earn their way to a final reward with seven containers full of rare bonuses, as well as a Commander that boasts 12 skill points.

World of Warships is available on Steam, and World of Warships: Legends is available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

BATEN KAITOS I & II HD REMASTER Release Date Trailer

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. announced today that BATEN KAITOS™ I & II HD REMASTER, a remastered collection of both BATEN KAITOS™ games originally released on the Nintendo GameCube™, is coming to Nintendo Switch™ on September 14, 2023.

As the last character for Season Pass 1, Alternate World Diego gets a new fighting style for the Steel Ball Run character as his “Stand” special move is “The World,” famous for its ability to stop time.
