The masked killer introduced to Reagents with Project Messiah returns. Season 5.1 of The Outlast Trials brings holy huntress Sister Liliya from the luxurious Resort to the confines of the Sinyala Facility. For a limited time only, the priestess will hide herself in the background of every Trial, ready to pounce on unsuspecting Reagents. The “Recover the Amulet” variator promises additional rewards for those who retrieve every one of the mannequins’ amulets within the Trial, but beware of the murderous priestess, who is always concealed where you least expect her. Along with new Challenges and a special celebration in honour of the two-year anniversary of the launch of The Outlast Trials, Season 5.1 brings the first taste of terror to 2026.
The Advent of Bogomolva brings with it a new Limited-Time Catalog, available for the duration of the event. Players can spend their acquired Event Tokens in the Advent of Bogomolova Catalog to unlock exclusive cosmetics available until March 10. Once the Limited-Time Event ends, the Catalog will be removed and any unused Event Tokens will be forfeited. Be sure to spend your Tokens before March 10! As well, Season 5.1 will add two new MK-Challenges and two new Routine Therapies, the latter of which will debut after the conclusion of the Limited-Time Event.
