On Thursday July 17, 2025, Netflix’s Reality Universe took over the Santa Monica Pier, celebrating this year’s hottest shows and shining stars from Building the Band, Perfect Match, Hitmakers, Love on the Spectrum, Love is Blind, Temptation Island, The Ultimatum: Queer Love, The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, Selling Sunset, Selling the OC, Selling the City, Owning Manhattan, Million Dollar Secret, Battle Camp, Squid Game: The Challenge, Too Hot to Handle, America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and more!
This year’s event was hosted by AJ McLean (Building the Band) and co-hosted by Chrishell Stause (Selling Sunset). The evening was filled with musical performances from various artists including Abbey Romeo from Love on the Spectrum and four of the newly formed bands from Building the Band: Midnight Til Morning, Soulidified, 3Quency, and SZN4.
