Paradox revealed the Age of Wonders 4 expansion pass which includes two upcoming content packs and two upcoming full expansions. They also revealed a Premium edition that includes additional cosmetics alongside the Expansion Pass. Pre-orders for the Standard and Premium Editions are now available here.
Here’s a high-level description of what’s included in the Expansion Pass:
- Dragon Dawn: Introduces a Dragon Ruler type, a Reptilian Form, and New Tomes of Magic. Launching Q3 2023.
- Empires and Ashes: Includes a new Culture, new Tomes of Magic, new Empire Building options and a new Story Realm. Launching Q4 2023.
- Primal Fury: Your surroundings will be able to contain new forms of wildlife, creatures and bountiful resources. Primal Fury will become available in Q1 2024.
- Eldritch Realms: Brings more strange monsters, new racial forms, magical realms and locations to Age of Wonders 4. This full expansion adds a new dimension to the game in Q2 2024.
