KIBORG, the fast-paced action rogue-lite with brutal, cybernetic-enhanced combat from developer Sobaka Studio, gets its Body Split update today, adding a female protagonist and visual updates on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Get the game for a steal on PC with a 40% discount as part of a Steam Daily Deal, along with GOG and the Epic Games Store.

Take on a whole new look with a female variation on Morgan Lee, the hard-hitting protagonist seeking to make their escape from a prison planet by winning the galaxy’s most brutal game show, The Last Ticket. Redefine girl power as Morgan wields giant axes, annihilating shotguns, and cybernetically enhanced abilities to make her bloody escape.

New visual effects show the confines of Sigma with greater fidelity than ever before – both in the ascent up the Omega-201 tower and in the DLC Descent’s dangerous depths – growing grimier and dirtier with each completed difficulty level. Soon, the only thing uglier than the prison will be jailer Volkov’s face.

This free update represents the latest addition from KIBORG’s extensive post-launch support, as Sobaka Studio have added new content like August’s Showstopper update with new weapons, augmentations, and Arena levels. Past updates include significant rebalancing, split-screen co-op, and the Descent DLC extending KIBORG with three new biomes.

“Well before we launched KIBORG, we got a lot of requests to play as a woman, and we gave Morgan Lee a gender neutral name on purpose in case we could ever do it,” said Dmitry Kachkov, Head of Sobaka Studio. “Thanks to our fans buying significantly more than 100,000 copies, we finally were able to make this a reality!”

The KIBORG: Body Split update is available for free starting today at 10 am PDT on PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X|S & Xbox One, and PC via Steam, with a 40% discount on KIBORG on Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store ($14.99 discounted price, $24.99 regular price). KIBORG supports English, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, German, Korean, French, Spanish – Spain, Traditional Chinese, Polish, Portuguese – Brazil, and Turkish language text with English and Russian language voice acting.
