February 20, 2018 – BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. today has opened pre-registration for SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor, the latest addition to the SWORD ART ONLINE franchise, a popular anime and light novel series. SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor is a compelling role-playing game that will be available as a free download on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android mobile devices later this year.
SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor features original and exclusive stories with all-new plot twists, new characters and monsters, as well as familiar faces returning from the beloved series, including Kirito, Asuna and Yuna. In SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor, the player transforms into one of the players trapped in a death game that is the world of SWORD ART ONLINE, a virtual universe in which players who are killed in-game also die in real life. In order to escape the deadly game world, players will need to become the hero by teaming up with a new partner, Koharu, and join an Assault Team to destroy powerful monsters, clear difficult quests and conquer Aincrad, an enormous realm in SWORD ART ONLINE.
All users will be able to get 2,500 Arcana Gems, two types of in-game stamps and a 4-star Asuna Skill Record by logging in to the game after the game releases.
