EA Sports have announced the commentary teams for the game and there is a bit of a change coming to fans of the series.  The days of Andy Gray calling the shots with Martin Tyler have come to end most likely due to the scandal caused by some of his remarks.  Andy Gray made a comment regarding women referees that did not sit well with the international football community.  Partnering up with Martin Tyler this year will be Alan Smith which will provide some freshness to the commentary.  For those who want more options the FIFA team will also let players have commentary from Clive Tyldesley and Andy Townsend.

Alan will bring a fresh, new perspective and insight to FIFA Soccer 12, working alongside the trusted and well-known voice of Martin Tyler,” said David Rutter, Senior Producer of FIFA Soccer 12. “As one of the top-tier broadcasters in the UK, he brings enormous knowledge and expert analysis to the game so that we can deliver the most authentic FIFA experience this year.

FIFA 12 will be available on September 27th for just about every system known to man
