Bringing roguelite progression and intense boss encounters to the tactical arena, survival in Grit and Valor – 1949 often hinges on split-second decisions that can shape the outcome of the war.
The VR version makes commanding the battlefield more immersive than ever, with players directing their mech squadron across the battlefield with gesture-controlled precision. Thrilling battles play out across a battlefield diorama where units can even be picked up and examined up close.
Keepsake Games, a Swedish game development studio founded by veterans from Hazelight, Mojang and Coffee Stain, is excited to reveal that its debut co-op game ‘Jump Space’ will be releasing into Early Access on September 19th!
Jump Space, (former project name Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE in which players can transition seamlessly from crewing their very own space ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. The goal of each mission is to survive with the crew’s ship intact and make the next jump, picking up valuable resources, blueprints and weapons along the way.
First revealed in 2024, Jump Space has seen more than 500,000 players navigate nebulas and explore galaxies during the recent June Steam Next Fest, and more than 1 million players have now wishlisted the game on Steam in anticipation of its release.
Key gameplay features of Jump Space include:
Modular Exploration – Each adventure is divided into multiple jumps, giving players a chance to dip in and out of handcrafted adventures with randomised events and modifiers.
Seamless Adventuring – Operating a space vessel requires crewmembers to be scrappy and flexible. Players can exit their ship to repair the outer deck, explore the surface of an asteroid or jetpack towards an enemy vessel seamlessly, without loading screens or transitions.
Building and Maintaining Your Spaceship – Each adventure will yield materials and blueprints to upgrade the players’ ship for the next adventure. Crewmates have to work towards a common goal of making it out alive with as much loot as possible.
Jump Space is set to launch into Early Access on PC and Xbox on September 19th. For more information, visit the official website or follow Jump Space on Discord. You can find the official press kit here.
Anno 117: Pax Romana is the latest entry in the long-running, award-winning city-builder franchise, Anno, launching on November 13. Taking place at the height of the Roman Empire, Anno 117 places you in the role of a Roman governor whose job is to build up a small town into a bustling metropolis to rival Rome itself. Players are responsible for every decision that shapes their city, from the exact placement of roads and homes to worship of specific gods and research of new technology. Each city will be entirely unique based on the choices you make.
Free Anno 117 Demo
If you didn’t get a chance to play Anno 117: Pax Romana at Gamescom, it will be available for all players to try out via a free demo from September 2 – September 16 through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Ubisoft Connect. This will be your first chance to choose a starting province. Will you build near the heart of the empire in Latium, or embark on the uncharted lands of Albion? Play the demo multiple times to try out both provinces and different strategies for the full experience!
Anno 117’s Starting Provinces
Governors who begin in the sunny shores and lavender field of Latium (the same province as Rome), will build up their civilization to be fully Romanized, falling in line with Roman religion, technology, and military. Players who begin in the misty and wet lands of Albion (or expand there after Latium) will be greeted by an entirely foreign land and completely unique gameplay experience. The mysterious Celtic province of Albion offers up a choice for governors: protect and preserve Celtic traditions and ways of life, or enforce Romanization.
What Makes Albion Unique
Your choice to preserve local Celtic customs or introduce new Roman ones will dictate the development of your city in Albion. While starting out in Latium will allow you to worship gods from the Roman pantheon like Mars, Neptune, and Venus, expanding out to the Celtic provinces will give all of your settlements (in Latium or Albion) access to an entirely different pantheon of gods including Epona, Mercury-Lugus, and Cernunnos. Each deity offers unique, game-changing modifiers and stat bonuses, allowing you to customize each city to your desired need. Want to build a strong military complex in one of your cities? Pledge it to Mars, God of war, for boons to your military production. Need a boost to your animal farms and cart speeds? Consider honoring Epona, Goddess of domestication and protector of horses.
New uncharted lands in Albion will unlock new discoveries. Your Discovery Tree is where you’ll develop new technologies and advance your civilization. With over 150 upgrades to unlock across multiple branches like Civic, Economic, and Military, your Discovery Tree will shape the fate of your province. In the untamed marshes of Albion for example, Roman technology will allow you to research innovations like marsh drainage, while following the Celtic traditions will keep them undrained, influencing your agriculture in the region.
Anno 117 Release Date
Thankfully, you won’t have to wait too long if the free demo leaves you wanting more. Anno 117: Pax Romana launches on November 13 simultaneously on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, and Windows PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Ubisoft Connect. It’s also available as part of a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription.
The wait is over. Development team Digital Daredevils and German publisher Toplitz Productions are proud to lift the curtain on their highly anticipated life simulation roleplaying game Vikings Dynasty. Prepared for this year’s gamescom and premiered at Gamestar’s prestigious ‘Show Your Next Game’ event, the gameplay trailer gives a first peek into the unforgiving world of Vikings and the player’s slow rise to success in the unforgiving Steineyjar archipelago. Starting as a survivor, it is a long and dangerous way to become a jarl and take responsibility not only for your followers, but eventually a family as well.
Surviving, hunting, exploring the open and unforgiving world up to building your first house: The gameplay premiere showcases some of the trademark elements the community knows, loves and expects from a new entry to this beloved franchise – and then some.
The first in a series of gameplay trailers serves as a preview to the sneak peek presentation available to content creators, media and editors when they visit Toplitz Productions at their booth in Hall 4.1 Booth D-038g – C-029g.
Yet this is only the beginning. In the weeks and months after gamescom, Toplitz Productions will not only release further videos in this gameplay series but will also keep you updated with additional gameplay insights and themed deep dives across their channels from social media to YouTube.
Insta360 is proud to reveal GO Ultra, the latest evolution in the world of compact cameras. Still tiny, still hands-free, now with serious power for superior image quality.
“GO Ultra takes the advancements made with the Ace and X series cameras, and puts them into the type of compact, pocket camera our GO Series creators enjoy,” said Insta360 Co-Founder and VP of Marketing, Max Richter, “opening up new creative opportunities without sacrificing portability.”
The 1/1.28″ sensor, which is 221% larger than its predecessor, and new 5nm AI chip deliver imaging previously impossible in the GO series. Ultra-smooth, ultra-crisp 4K60fps video is the new cinematic standard for pocket cameras, and creative limits are pushed even further by PureVideo, which uses cutting-edge AI algorithms to reduce visual noise and enhance brightness in low light.
At just 53g, the size of a smartwatch, and with a built-in magnetic base, you can mount the GO Ultra Standalone Camera anywhere and capture angles other cameras can only dream of. With an upgraded Magnet Pendant and a vast array of new accessories, from the peel-and-use Sticky Tabs to the wholly original Toddler Titan Hat Clip, a new world of immersive shooting awaits.
Just as intuitive is the upgraded Insta360 app, with powerful AI tools to instantly turn your footage into shareable content. Transitions, effects, music, and more can be added with just a few taps. Cyclists can add their data—GPS, heart rate, speed—from Strava or a third-party device that syncs in real-time to their footage. The new AI Family Moments feature collates all your loved ones’ magic moments into a virtual album to cherish forever.
GO Ultra’s blend of heavyweight power, lightweight portability, and ease of use makes it essential for vloggers with active lifestyles, families sharing milestones, or travelers searching for new horizons—people who live in the moment.
GO Hands-Free
Capture the moment as you live it with GO Ultra. Attach the Standalone Camera to the Magnet Pendant or Magnetic Easy Clip to record your POV totally hands-free. This is wearable tech that’s sleek and simple to use.
The Standalone Camera’s built-in magnetic base can be used on any metallic surface and combined with the Pivot Mount, Flexi Strap Mount, and more, opening a whole new range of creative third-person angles.
GO Ultra uses Bluetooth to broadcast in real time from the Standalone Camera to the Action Pod. Give it to your little ones to play with and see the world as they do on the 2.5″ flip touchscreen.
GO Wherever You Want
GO Ultra is so compact, it can be put in a pocket, kept in a handbag, and added to hand luggage without tipping the scales. The Standalone Camera weighs just 53g and is as small as an Oreo.
But don’t let the size fool you, GO Ultra is designed to be used anywhere. From your baby’s birthday bash to getting strapped to the front of a BMX for a gnarly downhill, it can handle anything, even a raw dive down to 33ft (10m) underwater, thanks to its IPX8 waterproofing. Shoot up in the mountains, down in the city, and deep under the waves all in one day.
GO with Unbeatable Clarity
GO Ultra’s huge 1/1.28″ sensor vastly increases the amount of light captured by the lens, and the new ambient light sensor reduces flickering and calibrates colors in real-time for more authentic footage. The powerful 5nm AI chip reduces visual noise while still improving processing time for smooth 4K60fps shooting.
This doesn’t only guarantee cinematic vacay videos, the addition of Active HDR and PureVideo, modes for enhancing low-light performance, means your shooting doesn’t have to stop when the sun sets. From the beachfront to the bonfire, GO Ultra captures it all.
GO All the Way
Your life doesn’t stop—why should your camera? GO Ultra banishes battery life and storage woes with the latest in battery tech and customizable storage.
The Standalone Camera has a runtime of 70 minutes on a single charge and a whopping 200 minutes when combined with the Action Pod. When you finally do hit zero, the fast charging system can get GO Ultra back to 80% in only 12 minutes; essential for catching every step of a marathon or all the sights on a leisurely weekend away.
And unlike GO 3S, which has fixed internal storage, GO Ultra uses removable microSD cards. Not only does this instantly give you up to 2TB of storage space, but when the card gets full, you can pop it out and replace it with a new one in seconds. Say farewell to awkward file transfers.
Upload, Edit, and GO
You hit that PR, cut the cake, saw the sunset—now it’s time to share it with the world. Using the free Insta360 app (available on iOS and Android), you can upload your clips in seconds and edit however you want with intuitive controls. Need it now? Use Auto Edit to automatically find your highlights and turn them into a masterpiece in moments.
Availability
Insta360 GO Ultra goes on sale August 21, 2025, at the Insta360 Store, Amazon, and select retailers worldwide. The Standard Bundle is priced at US$449.99 and includes GO Ultra (Standalone Camera and Action Pod) in either Midnight Black or Arctic White, a Quick Release Safety Cord, Magnetic Easy Clip, Magnet Pendant, USB-C cable, and a Lens Guard.

At the Future Games Show, publisher NACON and its studio Rogue Factor had the pleasure to unveil an intriguing new trailer highlighting the story of the action-adventure game Hell is Us and the motivations of its main character, Remi. Players eager to learn more can experience the events that took place just before the game begins by reading an exclusive digital comic book, available [in + your local language, if applicable] on nacongaming.com. Hell is Us will be released on 4 September 2025 on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), and a demo version is currently available on all these platforms until 28 August.
Hell is Us offers a captivating story, where supernatural phenomena, human violence, and ancient, well-kept secrets collide.

Now a peacekeeper sent on a mission to this territory, he sees his return as an opportunity to uncover the secrets of his origins and the reasons that forced his parents to abandon him.
In addition to this quest for the past against the backdrop of civil war is the mystery of a curious phenomenon called ‘the Calamity,’ which causes strange creatures reminiscent of ancient headstones and monuments in the region to appear, and which Remi will have to face throughout his journey.
Furthermore, a 16-page digital comic covering the events that took place right before the beginning of the game is available, for free, on nacongaming.com.
Hell is Us is a third-person action-adventure game combining melee combat, exploration and a captivating story. Through its Player-Plattering approach incentivizing players to follow their instincts rather than markers, the title aims to return to the roots of adventure games.
