Blood Bowl 3 Season 7: Norse Trailer

Cyanide Studio and NACON are pleased to announce that Season 7 of Blood Bowl 3 is out now, featuring the fearsome Norse faction, the new Arena mode as well as many new features and improvements. A Season 7 packed with new features
  • A new faction, the Norse: the Norse teams love a fight above all else! These cold-hardened players excel in melee, blocking in all directions and punching their way across the field. In addition to their brute strength, this faction can also count on their intrepid and versatile Valkyries… or even on a boar who distributes beer to his teammates!
  • Arena mode, a new way to play: in this new competitive format, players must win a certain number of matches to win, while being careful not to lose too many matches, or risk elimination.
  • Eternal League is on the wayBlood Bowl 2‘s highly popular single-player mode will be opened up for in-depth community testing during the season, and will be available to all players from Season 8 onwards. The Eternal League will enable players to progress their teams ad infinitum by taking part in a number of themed competitions (opposing teams made up entirely of undead players, stadium caught in a perpetual blizzard, referee allowing cheating etc.).

No More Room in Hell 2 Infection Update Out Now

Torn Banner Studios, the hit developer behind the critically acclaimed and chart-topping Chivalry 2, announced today that the “Infection” update for the eight-player, co-op horror shooter No More Room in Hell 2, is now available. No More Room in Hell 2 recently launched into early access and “Infection” is a free update for players, which adds the core components of the game’s zombie Infection mechanic, the hotly requested Self Sacrifice feature, private lobbies, an update to the stamina system and various quality of life and bug fixes.

When grappled by a zombie, there’s a chance that players will become infected. Once infected, the virus will play out in Incubation and Onset stages. For a short period of time the virus incubates in our player and there will be no signs that they are infected. In the later stages of infection symptoms will grow more severe, and indicate that without treatment a player’s time is running out. Once infected, the player’s main focus in the game shifts from completing the map objectives to pure survival as they must find the proper treatment. The implementation of the game’s Infection mechanic introduces a new level of difficulty, strategy, and cinematic horror into No More Room in Hell 2. This first iteration of Infection comes with very limited UI and HUD, to make the experience feel as cinematic and realistic as possible.

This update also includes a major request from the community. Self Sacrifice elevates the overall immersive experience and gives players the ultimate agency in the way they chose to tackle (or not) the difficult realities of the active apocalypse. Nicknamed the “K” or “suicide” button, Self Sacrifice allows players to choose when and where their round ends. Making the ultimate choice to Self Sacrifice has a positive effect for fellow responders, as it eliminates the possibility of the player turning into a zombie. The feature also acts as one more potential treatment to Infection.

Torn Banner Studios has also announced that starting today players can queue into No More Room in Hell 2 privately with as few as two players. Squad Leaders in parties of 2-8 players will notice the choice to queue into either private or public matches.

Finally, with the launch of this “Infection” 0.2.1 update, sprinting will now require a small amount of stamina, and draw from the same pool as other stamina draining actions like melee combat. This means players cannot constantly sprint, and also makes it risky to use the stamina pool for sprinting, instead of defending against zombies.

Players can follow the game’s roadmap for future content and early access features and check the latest community/blog post for all of the latest updates. No More Room in Hell 2 will also be 20% off on Steam from December 9 – 16.

Broken Arrow Receives June 2025 Launch Window

Revealed during Slitherine Next, Steel Balalaika, the development studio behind Broken Arrow, unveiled exciting gameplay updates to the Broken Arrow community, as well as a June 2025 launch window confirmation.

The success of Broken Arrow, Slitherine’s majestic and immense RTS set in a fictional USA-Russia conflict, continues to go from strength to strength despite still being in development. The first scenario of the single-player story campaign was also showcased for the very first time exclusively during this reveal.

The developers also revealed that a scenario editor will be available pre-launch as part of the upcoming open beta. This will allow players to create their own bespoke scenarios even before the game is fully released, ultimately giving players full freedom in this RTS dream.

Post-launch will also see the arrival of new army types, additional theaters of war, and additional factions set to be introduced, further fueling the already high anticipation. Fans of Broken Arrow, both new and existing, can now mark their calendars and prepare for a groundbreaking strategy experience like no other.
