You were part of a resupply group helping scientists working in the Alaskan field lab. Finding the site devoid of humanity you stumble upon horrifying creatures, and during the escape, your group splits up. You were lucky enough to make it out alive and set up camp to plan your future expeditions to find your missing team and learn what happened.

Each day in this area is a tough fight for survival. Limited food and supplies, and your sanity stretching over the edge. Be prepared to improvise and look for any advantage you might have against various monstrosities. It’s all up to you whether the darkness fully consumes you or you manage to cling to what remains of your sanity.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Out Now on PlayStation 5

One month after Baldur’s Gate 3’s release on PC to a 96 rating on Metacritic and an “Overwhelmingly Positive” 95% user review score on Steam, Larian Studios has launched the next-generation Dungeons & Dragons RPG on PlayStation 5.

PlayStation 5 Features

In a post on the PlayStation Blog this week, Larian Studios posed an important question: “How exactly do you translate an uncompromising RPG to a controller without it feeling like eating a wet hotdog?”

The answer: Baldur’s Gate 3 has been built for the PS5 from day one, and much work has gone into delivering the game’s complexities in just a few buttons and triggers. Using the PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller, access to actions, spells, long rests and items becomes a matter of muscle memory.

Cross-Saves

Baldur’s Gate 3 features cross-save compatibility between platforms – including PC and PS5 – allowing players to carry their progress with them wherever they go. Accessing cross-saves requires players to log into a Larian account, but no PS Plus subscription or additional purchase is required.

Additional Platforms

Baldur’s Gate 3 is expected to come to Xbox Series X|S later this year and will feature split-screen co-op on Xbox Series X, as well as cross-saves between PC, PS5 and Xbox.

An official Mac release is currently planned for late September.

Hotfix #5

A hotfix released alongside Baldur’s Gate 3 on PS5 addresses PS5-specific issues and fixes a bug that blocked access to some of Minthara’s lines of dialogue. Read the attached patch notes for details.

The motorized scooter comes at an affordable price and entry-level features supported by smart technology. The competitively priced Atomi E20 enables riders to commute effectively without breaking the bank. The foldable Atomi E20 is designed to provide an eco-friendly and flexible mode of transportation at a price point attractive even to the most budget-conscious consumers. Even though the product is aimed at novices, the new micro-mobility solution is built to an Atomi quality level and comes with impressive features.

The Atomi E20 is the first scooter of the Atomi essential series. The new series of scooters offers smooth rides and an exceptional price/performance ratio without compromising on quality or high-standard reliability. Knott’s Spooky Farm Returns for 2023

Enjoy the spooktacular Halloween season at Knott’s Spooky Farm, a family-friendly Halloween celebration. Families can join in on the ghoulish fun as the park transforms with themed décor and wicked fun around every corner. The Fall Season of Fun offers Halloween-themed activities that celebrate the season, including trick-or-treating, a lineup of original shows, and pumpkin decorating. Knott’s Spooky Farm will be taking place in the daytime, Thursdays through Sundays, September 28 through October 29, 2023, plus Columbus Day and Halloween.

Kids can participate in a memorable trick-or-treating experience in the spooky streets of Ghost Town, where they will interact with an array of spooky but friendly shopkeepers and show off their festive Halloween costumes. Guests can also visit the Livery Stable to get close and personal with the Creepy Critters of Calico. Spiders, bugs, and more await at our Creepy Critters Corral. Whimsical jack-o-lanterns surround Calico Park as it changes into an enchanting Pumpkin Patch location for families to enjoy the season’s atmosphere with photo ops. Guests can get in the spirit by decorating their very own themed cookie or pumpkin right in the heart of Ghost Town. Miniature pumpkins or Halloween cookies will be available for a nominal fee. The residents of The Timber Mountain Log Ride will celebrate the Halloween Hootenanny, which adds a family-friendly seasonal twist to a park favorite. The ride’s interior features surprise after surprise as guests venture past the Calico Coffin Creeper Band, the town’s Green Witch and splash down Skull Mountain through a labyrinth of jack-o-lanterns. The fun continues for little ones at the Calico Mine Ride as it undergoes a fantastical transformation into a candy wonderland! Grab a seat to explore the caves and caverns for candy confections, but keep an eye out for the elusive Pink Fairy.
