M3GAN 2.0 Official Trailer Released

The murderous doll who captivated pop culture in 2023 is back. And this time she’s not alone.

The original creative team behind that phenomenon—led by horror titans James Wan for Atomic Monster, Jason Blum for Blumhouse and director Gerard Johnstone—reboot an all-new wild chapter in A.I. mayhem with M3GAN 2.0.

Two years after M3GAN, a marvel of artificial intelligence, went rogue and embarked on a murderous (and impeccably choreographed) rampage and was subsequently destroyed, M3GAN’s creator Gemma (Allison Williams) has become a high-profile author and advocate for government oversight of A.I. Meanwhile, Gemma’s niece Cady (Violet McGraw), now 14, has become a teenager, rebelling against Gemma’s overprotective rules.

Unbeknownst to them, the underlying tech for M3GAN has been stolen and misused by a powerful defense contractor to create a military-grade weapon k

nown as Amelia (Ivanna Sakhno; Ahsoka, Pacific Rim: Uprising), the ultimate killer infiltration spy. But as Amelia’s self-awareness increases, she becomes decidedly less interested in taking orders from humans. Or in keeping them around.

With the future of human existence on the line, Gemma realizes that the only option is to resurrect M3GAN (Amie Donald, voiced by Jenna Davis) and give her a few upgrades, making her faster, stronger, and more lethal. As their paths collide, the original A.I bitch is about to meet her match.

Directed by acclaimed returning filmmaker Gerard Johnstone, the film co-stars returning cast members Brian Jordan Alvarez and Jen Van Epps as Gemma’s loyal tech teammates, Cole and Tess, and new characters played by Aristotle Athari (Saturday Night Live, Hacks), Timm Sharp (Apples Never Fall, Percy Jackson and the Olympians) and Grammy winner and 11-time Emmy nominee Jemaine Clement (Avatar: The Way of Water, What We Do in the Shadows).

Produced by James Wan, Jason Blum and Allison Williams, the film is executive produced by Gerard Johnstone, Adam Hendricks, Greg Gilreath, Michael Clear, Judson Scott and Mark D. Katchur.

The first M3GAN film shattered box office records, opening to $30.4 million domestically to become the biggest opening weekend for a PG-13 horror film since A Quiet Place Part II. The film went on to gross more than $180 million worldwide.

  • Genre: Action/Horror/Comedy . . . M3GAN
  • Cast: Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Brian Jordan Alvarez, Jen Van Epps, Amie Donald, Jenna Davis, Ivanna Sakhno, Aristotle Athari, Timm Sharp, Jemaine Clement
  • Directed by: Gerard Johnstone
  • Producers: James Wan, Jason Blum, Allison Williams

White Knuckle – Early Access Release Date Trailer

Five months after the reveal of White Knuckle at the 2024 Indie Horror Showcase, Dark Machine Games and DreadXP are ready to share that the first-person speed-climbing horror roguelite will be coming to Steam Early Access on April 17th! At the start of Early Access, players can explore the first three regions of SUB-STRUCTURE 17 as they climb to escape the horrors of the decrepit underground megacomplex in a variety of gameplay modes.

Trapped in the decaying depths of SUB-STRUCTURE 17, you take on the role of a lone climber attempting to ascend the subterranean compound using a combination of precise movement, quick reflexes, and resource management. Climb deteriorating walls, jump over dangerous gaps, dodge lethal traps, and avoid the malevolent creatures lurking in the shadows as an encroaching mass rises below you, ready to consume you should you lose your grip. As you climb, you’ll find various tools to aid your ascent, but carrying too much will leave you encumbered and that much more likely to fall. Pulling tools from your inventory will also require quick thinking as you’ll need the hands you’re climbing with to grab the items in your bag, and spending too long fumbling with them will surely lead to a deadly drop.

As you ascend SUB-STRUCTURE 17 you’ll encounter new and more dangerous environments, each with unique challenges and increasingly hostile enemies to face. Travel through the deep dry storage of the Silos, the putrid sewers of the Pipeworks, and the haunted piers of Habitation as you make your way up ten thousand meters of crumbling concrete in an attempt to reach freedom.

While falling is ill-advised, it’s also inevitable. Choose from unlockable augmentations during runs to improve a variety of traits to aid your ascent. Increasing stats like jump height, climb speed, and stamina will help your chances of escaping the depths of SUB-STRUCTURE 17.

White Knuckle launches into Steam Early Access on April 17th and to prepare for the upcoming launch, players can hone their climbing skills in the highly-acclaimed demo available on Steam.
