Today, Atari and Nightdive Studios are excited to share that the genre-defining survival horror game, System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster, is now available on Nintendo Switch 2. The Nintendo Switch 2 version joins the title’s availability on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series and Nintendo Switch, bringing high-resolution models, bonus materials and cross-play capabilities for players to drag friends into the thrilling nightmare of the Von Braun.
In System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster, players awake from cryo sleep aboard the FTL ship Von Braun and must fight their way through hybrid mutants and deadly robots to save mankind from destruction. The 1999 original uniquely blended RPG, first-person shooter and survival horror elements making it an instant classic, while the remaster features modern enhancements that bring players closer to the year 2114.
