astragon Entertainment and weltenbauer. today reveal demolition as a new gameplay feature in Construction Simulator®: Evolution. The game will now launch in Early Access on PC first, while the console versions will become available at a later date.
Demolition with new machines and attachments
The new “Reshape the Future” trailer offers a first look at the feature, while the detailed Demolition In-Depth gameplay video provides a closer look at its mechanics.
Players will be able to use officially licensed machines and suitable attachments from both new and returning licensing partners. These include the SENNEBOGEN 670 E equipped with a wrecking ball, the hydraulic Combi Cutter CC 1600 U with universal jaws from Epiroc, and a handheld demolition hammer from Wacker Neuson. Choosing the right machine and attachment will depend on the material that needs to be demolished.
Visitors to this year’s gamescom will be able to try out the new feature themselves at the astragon Entertainment booth in Hall 6. In addition to a playable demo of Construction Simulator®: Evolution, visitors will also have the opportunity to see a real Volvo excavator at the booth.
