The Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion expands the firefighting simulation with new content focused on traffic accidents and how to handle them, including new missions, new gameplay mechanics, new tools, and more.
At the same time, the free Shannondale Update becomes available. It includes five new missions and additional content. Next to it, the update features one brand-new Motor Vehicle Accident main mission, offering players a sneak peek at the expansion’s content.

PlayStation®Plus and Steam Free Weekend
Now is the perfect time to join the firefighter crew of Oakridge City on PlayStation®5. Starting today, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is available in the PlayStation®Plus Game Catalog for all PlayStation®Plus Extra and Premium subscribers.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will also be playable for free on Steam during the upcoming Free Weekend. The Steam Free Weekend starts on July 23 at 10:00am PT / 7:00pm CEST and ends on July 26 at 1:00pm PT / 10:00pm CEST. Even more recruits can join the fire department and fight fires either solo or in 4-player co-op multiplayer.
The Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion and the free Shannondale Update are now available. The expansion will be priced at 14.99€ / $14,99 / £12,99 (SRP) for PC, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. It is also included in the Year 1 Season Pass, which is part of the game’s Year 1 Edition.
