Insider Gaming today announced 28 Games Later, a new digital showcase dedicated to upcoming and recently released horror and suspense games.

The showcase will air on October 1, 2026 at 3pm ET / 8pm BST, across Insider Gaming’s platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and more, with official co-streaming partners also broadcasting the event worldwide.

The event was inspired by Insider Gaming’s debut showcase in May, which received an overwhelming number of horror-focused submissions. More than 30% of the games submitted fell within the horror and suspense genres, prompting the creation of a dedicated event focused entirely on those experiences.

“The response to our first showcase exceeded our expectations, and we wanted to do something special for a genre that millions of gamers love,” said Mike Straw, executive editor at Insider Gaming. “Developers are making a lot of great horror games, and 28 Games Later gives those teams a place to showcase their work and connect with players around the world.”

Like the inaugural Insider Gaming Showcase, 28 Games Later will feature back-to-back game trailers alongside written previews and coverage on Insider-Gaming.com and within the Insider Gaming mobile app. Submissions are open to developers and publishers of all sizes, from independent studios to AAA companies.

Game submissions are open now and will remain open through July 17, 2026. Studios can submit their games HERE.
