Veteran videogame developer Blue Isle Studios has announced the release of its revamped 10th anniversary classic horror game. Slender: The Arrival is now available on PC, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S – just in time for Halloween. Every shadow, every material and every hair-raising encounter with the mysterious Slender Man is now rendered in the stunning detail only possible with Unreal Engine 5.

This anniversary update comes with a brand new chapter donned “Nightmare” that follows Charlie Matheson’s father as he descends deeper into madness. Slender: The Arrival features a complete visual overhaul and option to swap between the original version and new update on Steam by switching branches on the Steam client. Multiple new languages are supported, with redesigned pickups, readables, and subtitles for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese.

During Unreal Fest, Blue Isle Studios announced that a robust roadmap, including multiplayer, more chapters, and a cross-platform mod kit (supported by CurseForge and Overwolf), will be coming to Slender: The Arrival in 2024.

Slender: The Arrival completely overhauled and updated for Unreal Engine 5, is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Epic Games Store for $19.99
