A highly curated shopping experience of all things macabre intersects with the haunting beauty of historic Los Angeles on May 1, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Spooky Swap Meet – a matchless and immersive first-time event.

The Heritage Square Museum’s (3800 Homer Street, Los Angeles) several Victorian manors serve as the stunning backdrop of a buzzing marketplace featuring vintage and original Halloween décor, furnishings, costumes, props and more. Ghost stories and trick-or-treating from mansion to mansion are also included in the price of admission ($13). Parking is free.

“The outdoor museum setting will provide an amazing experiential atmosphere for guests to enjoy shopping from booth to booth – each offering one-of-a-kind finds,” said Spooky Swap Meet Co-Creator Sarah Cooke. “This event will not only support and showcase our local Halloween and haunt community vendors, but any enthusiast who has a collection of spooky items they would like to sell is also welcome to participate.”

Fortunes and food will also be available at the upscale flea market. Clairvoyant readings and purchases from a selection of food trucks may be made for an additional fee.

To manage crowd size, timed entries each hour will be utilized at the COVID-compliant event. Masks are required. All vendor booths will be equipped with hand sanitizers for public use, with additional hand washing stations accessible.
