My Memory of Us Trailer and Launch Details

March 14, 2018 — Publisher IMGN.PRO and developer Juggler Games, bring a story to PC, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One gamers in Q3 2018. Not just any old story, but a story about real people in real events from a history that we’d sooner forget than remember; but remembering these events is the only way to pay homage to heroes and victims of the Nazi occupation of Europe.

SxSW’s Gamer’s Voice Award nominee, My Memory of Us, is a puzzle-based, side-scrolling game of hope and heroism in the face of absolute terror. It begins in The City – a place inspired by the pre-Second World War Warsaw, where a young boy and girl from two different worlds come together to be kids, free to play and enjoy life.  War breaks out, the Evil King plunders the city, and his robot-soldiers separate citizens. Some are marked for being different, forced to move from their homes and live in a place sealed off from the rest of the city by a huge wall. Times of terror, pain, and exclusion in a world where people were forced to live in two artificially detached worlds. The young boy and girl’s friendship is the bond that may allow them to stay together, even though fate wants to tear them apart.

AMC Bringing The Terror Experience to WonderCon 2018

March 13, 2018 – To kick-off the launch of AMC’s new haunting drama, “The Terror,” the network is inviting everyone in the Anaheim area to enter the Arctic as the real-life crew of this ill-fated expedition did in 1845. The fully immersive, multi-sensory experience offers guests a first-hand look as a crew member aboard the ship’s disastrous trip through the desolate polar landscape. Guests will feel the bone-chilling air, smell the fear and despair and hear the horrific sounds of men fighting for their survival. From executive producers Ridley Scott, David Kajganich and Soo Hugh, the harrowing journey begins with a two-hour series premiere on Monday, March 26 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on AMC.

“The Terror” is a suspenseful thriller that follows a British Royal Naval expedition as they set sail in search of the Northwest Passage. Faced with treacherous conditions, limited resources, dwindling hope, fear of the unknown and attacks by a mysterious predator, the crew is pushed to the brink of extinction. The series is speculative fiction based on the lost voyage where more than 120 crew members inexplicably disappeared. Their fate is one of the enduring mysteries of the age of exploration. This epic series features distinctive imagery and landscapes, with a visual quality that is emblematic in scale and scope of a Ridley Scott production.

The ten-episode series stars Jared Harris (The CrownMad Men) as Captain Francis Crozier, Tobias Menzies (Outlander) as Captain James Fitzjames, Ciarán Hinds (Game of Thrones) as Sir John Franklin, Paul Ready (Cuffs) as Dr. Harry Goodsir, Adam Nagaitis (Suffragette) as Cornelius Hickey, Nive Nielsen (The New World) as Lady Silence and Ian Hart (Neverland) as Thomas Blanky.

Ghost Recon Wildlands New Assignment DLC Releases Tomorrow for Free

SAN FRANCISCO – March 13, 2018 – Today, Ubisoft announced that New Assignment, the new major free update for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Wildlands, will be available on next-gen platforms and Windows PC tomorrow, March 14th.

New Assignment continues to expand the Ghost War experience by adding three new classes and wraps up the total of six additional classes planned to be introduced within the span of the Ghost War roadmap. Available in all PvP modes, the new classes introduced in New Assignment are:

  • The Trapper: an expert shooter equipped with a semi-automatic sniper rifle with the ability to mark downed enemies and deploy remote KO-gas traps to stun and damage enemies.
  • The Guerilla: a support-class specialized in diversion tactics and equipped with a smoke-grenade launcher drone.
  • The Stalker: a sharpshooter specialized in silently dispatching her enemies thanks to her special abilities.

With 18 diverse classes to choose from, players will have more tactical options and ways to approach situations on the Ghost War battlefield than ever.

New Assignment will also introduce two new maps, “Refinery” and “Cliffside,” available for the Extraction mode exclusively, as well as a series of quality of life and gameplay updates addressing player feedback for both PvP and PvE modes. A new map-voting tool will notably allow players to vote for one of three possible Ghost War maps, each from a different game mode, at the start of every new PvP Quickplay and Ranked match.

The new maps and gameplay updates will be available free and simultaneously to all players. Season Pass and Ghost War Pass owners will immediately unlock the three new classes with an exclusive seven-day early access, while other players will be able to unlock classes with Prestige credits earned through progression or to purchase them via the in-game store. These classes round off the PvP content included in the Season Pass and Ghost War Pass offers.

Launched on March 7, 2017, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands received substantial post-launch support during its first year with the release of two expansions, a regularly updated tactical 4v4 PvP experience, as well as several updates for the PvE campaign including special missions and limited-time challenges. Following the release of New Assignment, Ghost War Updates 5 and 6 will merge into a single update planned for early April.

Shadows: Awakening Gameplay Trailer

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Pushed Back

March 13, 2018 – We know you’re as excited as we are about the upcoming launch of Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. As you have probably guessed, Deadfire is a huge game — significantly larger than the original Pillars of Eternity. Obsidian has been working harder than Abydon himself to make every inch of it awesome, as well as incorporating all the great feedback we have been getting from everyone playing the Backer Beta.

With this in mind, we are taking just a few extra weeks to polish and put those finishing touches on the game.

Our new launch date will be Tuesday, May 8th, 2018.  To tide you over until then, you can look forward to plenty of Deadfire-related news and content coming in the weeks and months ahead.

Secret World Legends Dawn of the Morninglight Announcement Trailer

OSLO, Norway – March 13th, 2018 – The next chapter of Secret World Legends’ epic storyline is here! For the first time since Funcom’s modern-day massively multiplayer online game went from the subscription-based The Secret World to the free-to-play Secret World Legends, Funcom is now adding a free story update that continues the already epic storyline of the game and expands into a whole new location: South Africa. Dawn of the Morninglight is a completely free update that launches on April 4th2018.

Up until now, players have had the chance to visit New England, Egypt, and Transylvania in Secret World Legends, battling monsters drawn straight out of the myths, urban legends, and nightmares of our own, real world. With Dawn of the Morninglight the story is expanded into South Africa. Here players must infiltrate the compound belonging to the Morninglight, a cult that prides itself as being “the fastest growing spiritual movement in history”. As they rise up within their ranks, players will experience a brand new, fully voice-acted storyline where they must battle creatures inspired by ancient South African folklore and uncover the sinister truths of the Morninglight cult.

 In The Council – Episode 1: the Mad Ones, you begin your journey with Louis de Richet on Lord Mortimer’s private island as you attempt to discover the fate of your secret-keeping mother – before it’s too late. Joining you are a number of high profile guests, including Napoleon Bonaparte and President of the newly-formed United States of America, George Washington. The strange nature of this private reception goes beyond just the prestigious guests –Richet’s own mother has recently gone missing on the island, while each and every one of the colorful cast seems to have their own hidden agendas.

In a new twist for the genre, the core of THE COUNCIL’s gameplay comes from manipulating and maneuvering through character encounters using the unique Social Influence system. During confrontations, skills and limited resources can be used to gain the upper hand and achieve the desired outcome. Players will be rewarded for their knowledge of each character’s psychological vulnerabilities and immunities, as well as their preparations made during prior exploration and investigation. Failing an encounter does not mean ‘game over’, and no action can be taken back. Richet’s numerous skills can be developed to align with your chosen approach to the adventure. Solve issues with diplomacy, delve into occultism to expand your historical and scientific knowledge, or play detective and see what others do not perceive. Your skills will have uses that extend far beyond your conversations with fellow guests. With 15 diverse skillsets to use and invest in, players are free to uncover THE COUNCIL’s mysteries how they see fit, with wildly varying consequences depending on their methods. The results will forever alter the life of Louis de Richet, of those around him, and shape history as we know it.
