The Walking Dead: A New Frontier – Ep 4: Thicker Than Water Trailer

April 20, 2017 – Today we can share the official trailer and release date for the critically-acclaimed The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – A New Frontier’s upcoming Episode 4: ‘Thicker Than Water’.

Beginning Tuesday April 25th, players can download Episode 4: ‘Thicker Than Water’ on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC/Steam, iOS, and Android-based devices. Players continuing onward from prior seasons have multiple options for quickly configuring their tailored backstory, or importing past save files from various platforms.
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – A New Frontier Episode Three: ‘Above The Law” is rated ‘M’ (Mature) for Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Strong Language, and Use of Drugs by the ESRB. Future content in the season is yet to be rated.

Knott’s and Komen Orange County Raise Over $108K Dollars For Breast Cancer Awareness

April 20, 2017 – Knott’s Berry Farm and Susan G. Komen Orange County have partnered for a fourth consecutive and successful year to raise more than $108,000 for breast cancer awareness and services for the local community during Knott’s for the Cure promotion in January. From January 9 to March 5, Knott’s and Susan G. Komen Orange County helped raise money through the purchase of “pink” tickets and select merchandise sold in the park. On April 18, 2017, Cherie Whyte, Director of Communications at Knott’s Berry Farm proudly presented a check of  $108,867 to Susan G. Komen’s Board Member­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Dr. Jessica Rhee in the historic Ghost Town area.

Since 2013, the partnership with Komen Orange County has collectively raised close to $500,000 dollars for the organization. The proceeds raised during Knott’s for the Cure will help provide underserviced women and men in Orange County with access to breast health care and services. Knott’s Berry Farm and the Komen Orange County are committed to raising awareness and providing vital funds to the community in efforts to end the fight against breast cancer.

Drop of Doom VR Announced at Six Flags Great Adventure

JACKSON, N.J. ─ April 20, 2017Six Flags Great Adventure, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, Inc., the “Official Technology Partner of Six Flags,” today announced an all-new, extreme virtual reality experience coming to the world’s tallest and fastest drop ride beginning May 5. Thrill-seekers will use Samsung Gear VR powered by Oculus to battle giant, mutant spiders while they plunge 41 stories at speeds up to 90 mph on Drop of Doom VR, a fully-integrated virtual reality (VR) experience on Zumanjaro.

While anxious riders buckle into their floorless seats and strap on their VR headsets, they are transported into a 360-degree virtual world where they become pilots of a futuristic gunship under attack by mutant spiders. This intense, interactive adventure features:

  • High speed, vertical ascent up 41 actual stories that transforms into 100 virtual stories while teetering off the edge of a helicopter;
  • A 360-degree rotating view high above massive city skyscrapers that are under siege by enormous spiders;
  • A high-intensity gun battle against a giant arachnid, spewing baby spiders that virtually crawl all over the rider’s body;
  • A thrilling 10-second fiery plunge straight down at speeds up to 90 mph between towering skyscrapers;

Ghost Recon Wildlands Narco Road DLC Launch Trailer

April 18, 2017 – Today, Ubisoft announced that Narco Road, the first expansion for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, is now available for season pass owners across all platforms. Season pass owners will have access to Narco Road one week before it releases for individual purchase on April 25 on consoles and PC for the suggested retail price of $14.99.

Narco Road trades in stealth and assault for subterfuge and tasks players with infiltrating three gangs of smugglers led by the elusive El Invisible. Players will have to go undercover and work their way up the ranks and earn the trust of the mysterious leader if they have any hope of bringing him to justice. Playable entirely in solo or co-op, players will have to earn the respect of gang leaders by completing brand new campaign missions and taking part in adrenaline-fueled racing challenges.

Leading up to the launch of Narco Road, a new title update is now available for all players that includes gameplay improvements and introduces weekly live season challenges in the form of solo, co-op and community tasks. Players who complete these challenges will be rewarded with up to three unique in-game rewards per week. Challenges will be available through multiple seasons, each of them lasting six weeks and featuring a specific theme. In the first season, The Rise and Fall of Unidad, players gather intel on Unidad’s operations and combat the threat to the country.
