April 7, 2017 – SEGA and Playsport Games today released ‘Aerodynamics’, their fourth “From the Pit Wall” video for Motorsport Manager™. The great and good of the Formula 1 grid head north to Shanghai this weekend for the 14th staging of the Chinese GP, on a track renowned for its long back straight and sweeping corners, so it makes sense that the latest in our Motorsport Manager™ “From the Pit Wall” video series covers the ins, outs, ups and overs of aerodynamics.

Courtesy of F1 driver-cum-TV analyst Karun Chandhok, find out how important the front wing is for cutting through the air and sending it purposefully back over the rest of the car, thereby maximizing the performance of the other aero parts like the floor, rear wing and even the drivers’ helmets. With speeds of over 300 km/h tempered by hairpins and other low-speed areas in Shanghai, this weekend will typify how essential it is for teams to understand how best to balance their car for maximum speed down the straights while not sacrificing too much stability in the corners.
