Turbine has released a concept image from its upcoming Rise of Isengard expansion for MMO Lord of the Rings Online. Isengard is set to launch on September 27 and will feature a new 24-player raid instance. Also, the expansion will add three new regions to explore, complete with new questlines and equipment, as well as the raising of the level cap to 75!
