Dynasty Warriors 6 EMPIRES – 50 New Screens Including New Character

There are 50 new screenshots released from the strategy action game ‘Dynasty Warriors 6 EMPIRES’, including some featuring a new character, ‘Meng Huo’.

You can also see screens of the edit mode. Edit Mode allows you to create new characters and you can play as them in empires mode.

Eidos Considering Tomb Raider Redesign


Apparently, Eidos was not impressed with the 1.5 million units of Tomb Raider: Underworld sold in the game’s first weeks out of the gate and will be considering a redesign of not only the character Lara Croft but everything in an attempt to make the game more ‘female-friendly’. The Tomb Raider games are a very long-running franchise, beginning back in 1996, and Eidos has even hired models to portray the character of Lara Croft at conventions and other events.

Demon’s Souls Trailer Shows off Gameplay and Atmosphere


Don’t get me wrong, the third-person fantasy RPG has been done before, but Demon’s Soul look sufficiently atmospheric enough to be entertaining. Under development by From Software and being published by SCE Japan, Demon’s Souls is setting up for a Japanese release on the PS3 this year. There is no word yet on a North American or European release but, as with all things, patience is a virtue.

Nielsen has released its official top ten most popular PC games in the United States for 2008. Nielsen uses their GamePlay Metrics system for determining the games on the list, which polls approximately 33,000 people across the country.
