December 3, 2014 — Today, 2K and Turtle Rock Studios announced Evacuation, an all-new way to play Evolve that combines the full array of maps, modes, Hunters, and Monsters in a dynamic experience that is different every time you play. To date, Evolve has been all about the Hunt. Today, 2K and Turtle Rock Studios revealed the game’s final three game modes – Nest, Rescue, and Defend – all of which are a significant part of the Evacuation experience. To accompany this major reveal, 2K and Turtle Rock Studios have released the all new “Evacuation Story Trailer,” which features all 12 of Evolve’s Hunters, outlines the story of the game, and illustrates what Evacuation is all about. Players won’t have to wait long to try Evacuation for themselves: 2K and Turtle Rock Studios confirmed today that Evacuation will be playable exclusively in the Xbox One open beta in January.
